The rates mentioned here under are for fittings, zinc coated externally with inside mortar lining (with finishing as per class 13/IS 9523/2000) ( ex-works)

Replacement of pipeline across sangaredyy canal in mulugu mandal;Manufacture and supply of MS pipe of Following dia Confirming to IS 3589/2001 using mild steel plate manufactured with electric resistancewelding (ERW) or submerged arc welding (SAW) proccess longitudinally or spirally welded from MS plates confirming to IS 2062, grade-A/B in suitable lengths to suit the site condition as directed by the departmental officers including 10% radio graphic testing at fatory and 100% ultra sonic testing at field welded joints and hydraulic testing at factory including Out side Painting two coats to New MS Pipes with Anti Corrosive Bitumen (Black Gr-I) and Food grade epoxy protective coating with procoat SNF (item 279 SSR) paint 3 coat inside the pipe and other required materials and inclusive of all taxes and duties and delivery of fabricated inline and outcoated pipes to site and hoisting and carefully lowering the pipes into the trenches are keeping in positions on ready built pedestals or supports and laying them true to alignment and radials and perfect lining by jacking and jointing with three run arc welding and inlining and outcoating off field weld joints with Anti corrosive Bitun=men black as per the above specifications incl of all jointing materials, earthwork excavation in all soils except rock required blasting, and refilling the trenches with excavated earth (otherthan rocky soils and boulders) labour charges and hydraulic testing of pipeline to a field test pressure in conviant streches and as directed by the departmentatl officers incl of cost of necessary testing equipment and other incidental and operation charges etc complete for. 300 mm Dia MS 8 mm Thk @ Navodaya

All internal parts such as float, shell etc., all cover bolts, of stainless steel, and Gaskets and seals of EPDM food grade quality Epoxy powder coating (EP-P) inside and outside colour blue.
