The bidder should have executed a minimum physical quantity of work, including: * Earth work Excavation: 5213.25 cum * Masonry work with Brick Solid block: 2534.63 cum * HYSD steel bars: 588.52 MTs * Cement Concrete for RCC and VRCC: 3026.25 cum * VRCC Slabs: 11770.13 sqm * Plastering’s: 42304.13 sqm * Paintings: 50672.16 sqm * Flooring with vitrified tiles: 9088.50 sqm Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactory execution of a Group of Works costing not less than Rs. 55,20,12,325.00 and a Single Similar Work in one single agreement costing not less than Rs. 27,60,06,162.00 as a Prime Contractor in the same name and style in any one financial year. The available bid capacity is calculated as 2AN - B, where A is the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one financial year during the last ten financial years, updated to the current price level, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the work, and B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works. The bidder's liquid assets and/or credit facilities should be at least Rs. 13,80,03,081.00. Tenders up to 5% excess of the estimated contract value will be considered, and tenders with an excess of above 5% will be summarily rejected. For tenders less than 25% of the estimated contract value, the difference between the tendered amount and 75% of the estimated contract value shall be paid by the successful bidder as an additional security. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned as a requirement.
