Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing & fixing pre-painted metal door frame and double leaf shutter of approved make as per particular specifications with overall size as per site requirement. Door frames shall be made with 1.2 mm thick galvanised steel sheet pressed to single rebate profile of size 95X50mm with Mitered Joint. Door shutter shall be made with 0.8 mm thick GI sheet pressed formed to provide not less than 46mm thick fully flush double skin panel with lock seam joints at style edges. The internal construction of panel shall be honeycomb. Shutter and frame shall be finished with zinc phosphate steel primer & polyurethene paint etc. complete.

.The shutter is to be fixed to frame with SS304 ball bearing hinges 4 No's on for each shutter of size 100x75x3mm, mortise dead lock with keys,hydraulic door closure, SS D type handles on both sides, toughened glass vison panel,flush bolt, all complete hardware of approved make as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate includes cost of frame and shutter, all door fittings/hardware for fixing door including fixing charges for all levels and leads etc. The clear opening in masonry shall be measured for payment.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sideswith required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing,paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately)

Providing and laying solid concrete blocks masonry with block of M7.5 grade cement concrete block of required thickness as per drawing in superstrcture with RCC band and mullion as per structural detail in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) all complete as per direction of Engineer. (The payment of RCC elements shuttering and reinforcement shall be made for separately).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Providing and laying vitrified (full body-mat finish) floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08%and conforming to IS : 15622 , of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in:

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Drilling and anchoring of HIT V M20 5.8 20mm x300mm Threaded rods with HILTI RE 500 V4 chemical Grout. Drill dia 24mm and depth of 200mm to the Concrete Beams for fixing of base plates etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)
