Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m

Demolishing brick work in cement or lime mortar and stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 50mts lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in:Channels, angles, tees and flats etc,in existing ladder and other works.

Removal of existing lime plaster from ceiling and other RCC members to expose the base surface and cleaning by means of wire brushes and with water under pressure to remove all loose materials dirt etc. in areas apparently undamaged and chisellling the defective loose concrete (thickness varying 25mm to 75mm of beams/columns/slab along with plaster from concrete surface in visually affected locations upto core concrete or beyond core concrete or upto a sound base as directed by engineer incharge including removal of excess laitance by means of wire brushes and cleaning with water under pressure. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of scaffolding:propping,suitable tools for taking adequate care not to disturb undamaged portions and stacking the debris obtained from above with in a lead of 50mts as directed.

Dismantling the PCC (Plain cement concrete of any mix) at all levels & disposing the debris as directed within a lead of 50 mts .

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading,transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads and lifts etc., complete as directed by EIC. Note: Qty's as per items (5&8) shall be measured for payment

Dismantling G.I. pipes (external work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : Above 40 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S.clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Supply and fixing D.I. specials of class K-12 such as Valves, tees , bends, flangs, tail ends, etc , all accessories as required types and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge (up to 300m diameter of approved make).

Providing and laying S&S Centrifugally Cast (Spun) / Ductile Iron Pipes conforming to IS : 8329: 100 mm dia Ductile Iron Class K-9 pipes of approved make.

Providing and laying S&S Centrifugally Cast (Spun) / Ductile Iron Pipes conforming to IS : 8329: 150 mm dia Ductile Iron Class K-9 pipes of approved make.

Providing and laying Double Flanged (Screwed/ Welded) Centrifugally (Spun) Ductile Iron Pipes of Class K - 9 conforming to IS : 8329 : 100 mm dia Ductile Iron Double Flanged of approved make.

Providing and laying Double Flanged (Screwed/ Welded) Centrifugally (Spun) Ductile Iron Pipes of Class K - 9 conforming to IS : 8329 :150 mm dia Ductile Iron Double Flanged of approved make.

Providing push-on-joints to Centrifugally (Spun) Cast Iron Pipes or Ductile Iron Pipes including testing of joints and the cost of rubber gasket : 100 mm dia pipes of approved make.

Providing push-on-joints to Centrifugally (Spun) Cast Iron Pipes or Ductile Iron Pipes including testing of joints and the cost of rubber gasket : 150 mm dia pipes of approved make.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections of Tata/Jindal of approved make for making trusses, ladders,gates etc.,and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc., all complete and as directed by EIC.

Providing, fixing and welding of additional reinforcement of required diameter as directed by engineer-in-charge.Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work/ RCC members including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.Thermo- Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more of Tata/Jindal/Sail of approved make.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : for columns, lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers with water proof ply 12 mm/18mm thick for above as required to suit site conditions of approved brand and manufacture as per IS:710 etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying 50mm average thick Renderoc 'RG' of FORSOC product a polymer modified mortar as per the manufactures specifications in the chipped areas of concrete on external surfaces for columns,beams,slabs etc. including all leads &lifts etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and Applying a bond coat of Nitobond 'EP' of FOSROC product to the exposed surfaces of all structural members i.e., slabs, beams, columns etc., as per the manufacturers specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Grouting the porous slabs through entry ports with cement slurry ( grout ratio 15 Kgs cement with 20-22 litres of water ) under pressure of 40 psi by using admixture (Cebex - 112 of FOSROC Product or its equivalent approved make )at all levels of floors including using silica fumes powder if requred 10% by weight. Prior to grouting all drilled holes shall be cleaned with compressed air.

Providing & fixing entry ports of suitable size (material, size and length as per requirement) after drilling holes at locations in the form of well defined grid with spacing not less than 500mm x 500mm. The entry ports shall be fixed properly to make them leakproof. After completion of grouting the entry ports shall be removed and surfaces made clean/ smooth.

Providing and fixing 125mm long shear connectors (bent to L-shape) of 12 mm diameter steel bars of TATA /Vizag Steel/ SAIL of approoved make with epoxy ( Locset / Locfix of FOSROC Product ) or its equivalent approved make, by drilling holes of suitable depths and diameter in structural members with high speed drilling machine as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of necessary tools and equipment etc., complete

Providing and applying Brush Bond RFX of FOSROC product in 2 coats as per the manufacturers specifications at levels as directed including required scaffolding etc., complete..(Area to be taken up inside over head tank-OHT)

Providing and applying two coats of Deck guard paint over an under coat of Deck guard primer of FOSROC product as per the manufactures with all leads & lifts etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weld mesh made out 10gauge M.S. wire with 50mm x 50mm openings in all damaged locations including cutting bending, binding and placing in position with shear connectors as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all levels (laps of minimum width of 100mm or shall be provided as per IS codes specifications and shall not be paid extra and shear connectors shall be paid seperately under item 26).

Exposing the corroded steel around its full circumference and cleaning the same to remove all loose scales and corrosion deposits by hard brush with emery paper or, by any suitable mechanical means as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, so as to get bright conditions and removing the corrosion deposits from pits and imperfections within its surface by compressed air and water at a high pressure and providing and applying one full coat of anti corrosive treatment of epoxy (Nitozinc primer/ Zinc rich primer of FOSROC Product ) or any other equivalent approved compound over the cleaned and prepared surface as per manufacturers specifications.

Providing and Applying Polymer modified mortar using Renderoc "S2"of FOSROC product or its equivalent approved product as per the manufacturers specifications at all levels as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.'
