Annual maintenance works;Engaging of Labour to be utilized for desilting of sewer laterals in narrow lanes (less than 3 feet width lanes) where desilting using sewer jetting vehciles is not possibleas per instructions follwed by departmental officers including all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as directed by the HMWSSB Engineers.

Annual maintenance works;Engaing of Air compressor of 7 cmm including cost of fuel charges lubrications and wages for operator and helper for CC road cutting and BT road cutting etc. as directed by departmental officers, including leads and lifts, all incidental and operationals charges etc. and depositing the same on bank with an intial lead of 10 Mts. and excluding dewatering etc. complete as directed by the H.M.W.S.&.S. Board Engineers.

Annual maintenance works;Engaging of excavator Shovel of 0.85cum 110HP including hie charges wages of operator helper oil lubricants including leads and lifts, all incidental and operationals charges etc. and depositing the same on bank with an intial lead of 10 Mts. and excluding dewatering etc. complete as directed by the H.M.W.S.&.S. Board Engineers.

Annual maintenance works;Lowering, laying 300mm SWG pipes ready made trenches true to alinement and gradient,jointing and testing of stone ware pipes including cost of jointing materials such as CM(1:1) proportion and hemp yarm but excluding cost and conveyance of pipes etc., complete as directed by the H.M.W.S.&.S. Board Engineers.

Annual maintenance works;Lowering, laying 250mm SWG pipes ready made trenches true to alinement and gradient,jointing and testing of stone ware pipes including cost of jointing materials such as CM(1:1) proportion and hemp yarm but excluding cost and conveyance of pipes etc., complete as directed by the H.M.W.S.&.S. Board Engineers.

Annual maintenance works;Lowering, laying 200mm SWG pipes ready made trenches true to alinement and gradient,jointing and testing of stone ware pipes including cost of jointing materials such as CM(1:1) proportion and hemp yarm but excluding cost and conveyance of pipes etc., complete as directed by the H.M.W.S.&.S. Board Engineers.

Annual maintenance works;Carting of SWG pipes from departmental stores including loading, unloading, conveyance charges and dumping the carted material at the contractors cost labour charges, all leads and lifts, all other incidential and operational charges etc., complete. as directed by the H.M.W.S.&. S. Board Engineers.

Annual maintenance works;Redoing of 150mm domestic sewer line connection including EWE in all available soils and including supply delivery of following dia SWG pipes and including lowering laying and jointing in CM(1:5:1) prop. Etc., complete upto 3' depth abd refilling with water and tampering etc.,Complete as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.

Annual maintenance works;Redoing of 100mm domestic sewer line connection including EWE in all available soils and including supply delivery of following dia SWG pipes and including lowering laying and jointing in CM(1:5:1) prop. Etc., complete upto 3' depth abd refilling with water and tampering etc.,Complete as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.

Annual maintenance works;Plastering in 20 mm thick in two coats with a base coat of 16 mm in CM (1:6) prop. and top coat of 4 mm thick in CM (1:4) Sqm. inclusive of scaffolding, Area allowances @ 40% & OH & CP@ 10.615% per 1 sqm, 'using natural river sand with sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials to site tools and plants, labour charges, leads, lifts, curing, scafolding and all ather incidental and operational charges etc complete as directed by the HMWSSB Engineers

Annual maintenance works;Construction of 1.2M X 1.2M dia meter sewer manhole additional depth with cement bricks in CM 1:6 prop. With CC bed 1:6 prop. With CC bed 1:4:8 prop. Benching with CC 1:2:4 prop. Internal plastering 20mm thick in CM 1:3 prop. And external plasterting 12mm thick in CM 1:6 prop. including cost of all materials fixing of CI steps and only fixing charges FRC cover and frames as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.

Annual maintenance works;Construction of 1.2M X 1.2M dia meter sewer manhole up to 1.8m depth with cement bricks in CM 1:6 prop. With CC bed 1:6 prop. With CC bed 1:4:8 prop. Benching with CC 1:2:4 prop. Internal plastering 20mm thick in CM 1:3 prop. And external plasterting 12mm thick in CM 1:6 prop. including cost of all materials fixing of CI steps and only fixing charges FRC cover and frames as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers..

Annual maintenance works;Construction of 0.9M X 0.9M dia meter sewer manhole up to 0.1m additional depth with cement bricks in CM 1:6 prop. With CC bed 1:6 prop. With CC bed 1:4:8 prop. Benching with CC 1:2:4 prop. Internal plastering 20mm thick in CM 1:3 prop. And external plasterting 12mm thick in CM 1:6 prop. including cost of all materials fixing of CI steps and only fixing charges FRC cover and frames as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.

Annual maintenance works;Construction of 0.9M X 0.9M dia meter sewer manhole up to 1m depth with cement bricks in CM 1:6 prop. With CC bed 1:6 prop. With CC bed 1:4:8 prop. Benching with CC 1:2:4 prop. Internal plastering 20mm thick in CM 1:3 prop. And external plasterting 12mm thick in CM 1:6 prop. including cost of all materials fixing of CI steps and only fixing charges FRC cover and frames as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers..

Annual maintenance works;Bailing out water from the pipe line trenches with (5HP) oil engine driven pumpset, including hire charges, fuel charges and wages for pump driver and helper etc., including all labour charges, all operational charges etc., but excluding conveyance of pipes from Board stores to work site etc., complete as directed by the H.M.W.S.&.S. Board Engineers.

Annual maintenance works;Barricading, Boarding, lighting and Watching etc., for pipe line trenches etc., complete as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.

Annual maintenance works;Earthwork excavation and depositing on the bank in all types of soils like black cotton soil, red earth, and ordinary gravel, hard gravelly soils, mixture of gravel, soft disintegrated rock,hard disintegrated rock,Conglomerated rock , stoney earth and earth mixed with fair size boulders except rock requiring blasting with different lifts as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental officers, including protecting the walls and other structures , existing water supply lines, sewers, power cables, telephone cables/ducts, storm water drains, traffic signals etc., wherever it is possible so as not to distrub the existing utility services etc., taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas such as urban areas including diversion of the traffic,removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and including backfilling for man hole trenches including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete. (For manholes, Junctions & Sluice Valves)

Annual maintenance works;Earthwork excavation and depositing on the bank in all types of soils like black cotton soil, red earth, and ordinary gravel, hard gravelly soils, mixture of gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with fair size boulders except rock requiring blasting with different lifts as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental officers, including protecting the walls and other structures , existing water supply lines, sewers, power cables, telephone cables/ducts, storm water drains, traffic signals etc., wherever it is possible so as not to distrub the existing utility services etc., taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas such as urban areas including diversion of the traffic,removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and including backfilling for pipeline trenches for laying Water supply/sewer lines including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers. (For pipeline trenches where depth is more than 1.5 times the width).

Annual maintenance works;Cutting open CC Road surface including labour charges all leads, lifts and conveyance of all materials labour charges and other incidental and operational charges, tools and plants etc. complete as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.
