Sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective border of 70 mm width and required message, letters, figures with reflective engineering grade tape as per MORD specifications of required shade and colour. supported and welded on 47 mm x 47 mm of 12 SWG Square tube of 3050 mm height duly strengthened by 25 mm x 5 mm M/s flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1701 MORD.,including overhead charges & Contractors profit ,but excluding Seignarage charges.

ITEM;Supply & fixing of Reflective Raised Pavement Marker (STUDS) confirming to ASTM D 4280 type H having reflective panels made of prismatic lens only providing total internal reflection, electronically welded to the body made of plastic and moulded from polycarbonate whose height, width, length and area shall not exceed 20mm, 130mm, 105mm and 13 sq.cm respectively with the slope of retroreflective surface within the limit of 35 +/- 5degree to the base. The marker shall display an initial minimum luminous intensity of 279 mcd/lux at an entrance angle of 0 degree and observation angle of 0.2 degree. The corresponding values for 20 degree entrance and 0.2 degree observation shall be 112 mcd/lux with colour multiplying factors on either cases for white, yellow and red markers being 1.0, 0.6 and 0.25 respectively (inclusive of all taxes). including Contractors profit and Overhead charges but excluding Seignorage charges and taxes etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

ITEM;Providing P.C.C grade M 10 Nominla Mix concrete for plain in open foundations using 40 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate and minimum quantity of cement of 220 kg/Cum, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH. For Levelling Course, including Contractors profit and Overhead charges but excluding Seignorage charges and taxes etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

ITEM;Excavation for roadwork and culvert in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading , trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 MORD / 301 MORTH including all material, equipment and labour charges, Contractors profit and Overhead charges but excluding Seignorage charges. complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

ITEM;Providing hot applied thermoplastic road marking compound,for Lane/ Centre line/ Edge marking/ Transverse marking and any other marking2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass bead as per IRC: 35, the material should be of BERGER Company/ BERGER Equivalent/ Equivalent brand and must comply with the following: a) White index for the product should be in the range of 60-70 when measured against standard reference. The applied panel 7/8 number must be submitted for checking up the white index in the department lab. In case the department approves the white index of any vendor, the department engineer may carryout random checking of the applied products at site against the approved panel. In case of any major deviation, beyond acceptance limit, department reserve the right to cancel or reject the total supplied consignment of the said material and will compell the vendor has to replace the full consignment by the desired material as per approved panel at his own cost and additional demurrages may be claimed due to loss of man days (as per the rules of the department). ITEM;Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified Grading II (13 mm nominal size), premixed with bituminous binder VG 30 @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic big paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects with all leads (MORTH 5.8) including lead and lift charges, Contractors profit and overhead charges but excluding Seigniorage Charges and taxes complete for fiished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge MoRT&H 509/5.8
