The required prior work experience for the bidder is 3 years of experience in providing similar type of services. The bidder should have successfully executed/completed similar services with specific requirements, including: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder needs to have a minimum average annual turnover of 200 Lakh (2 million) for the last 3 years. The bidder should also have experience in operation and maintenance of substation - complete system. Furthermore, the bidder must provide proof of two similar nature contracts currently on hand anywhere in India.
