Supplying and filling Cohession less non swelling soil (Murrum) of approved quality in foundations, plinth, under floors, pavements, road berms etc. including leveling, watering, ramming, etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints of RCC pavements after making the joints dust free with high pressure air jet cleaners, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Pre-moulded joint fillers shall be made of bitumen hot sealing compound impregnated fibre board having impregnation more than 35%, conforming to IS:1838 for fibre board and IS: 1834 (One RM considered as 2.5cm Width and 10.0 cm depth)

Demolishing RR masonry work including removing and disposing the dismantled material at designated places and stacking of serviceable materials all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Laying Random Rubble Masonry with available serviceable condition stones from the Dimolished RR Masonry in CM 1:6(1 cement: 6 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth, drains etc. including providing leveling course of cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) on top most layer, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing with G.I. barbed wire Fencing to "Y" angle iron post placed at required distance every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Note: Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.

Demolishing cement concrete work including removing and disposing the dismantled material at designated places and stacking of serviceable materials all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of flexible Bituminous pavements by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material including removal ,loading ,unloading and disposal of the same within the plant premises as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in Excavation manually/Exavator up to 1.50m depth for footings, foundation trenches or drains in all type of soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including de watering wherever required, back filling in layers not exceeding 150mm thickness including watering, ramming etc., and disposal of surplus within the plant premises complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Cutting of grooves on concrete /surface within 48 Hours (preferably within 6 to 18 Hours), after completion of laying of concrete, using a power driven concrete cutting machine with diamond studded saw, complete and as directed. Width of grooves 3 to 4mm & depth - 1/3 rd of pavement thickness (33 to 42mm mm) @ spacing of 1.0 to 1.2 mtr (square panels) with all tools, tackles, machinery, manpower etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and filling bituminous caulking/sealing compound from STP/Tiki Tar or other approved make in the grooves in concrete floors/pavements/roads etc. with putty knife or other means as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete,1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing etc. using ACC/ULTRATECH/JAYPEE of 43 Grade cement - All work up to plinth level in grade slab complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge : The cement consumption for this item is 400Kg/Cum. In addition to the cement the agency has to add 40Kg of fly ash per Cum of concrete. The total cementitious content will be 440kg/Cum. Ash from field No2 of boiler in CPP of HWPM will be issued free of cost to the contractor. It will be the sole responsbility of the contractor to match the property of fly ash to Grade I of IS 3812 before being used in the works. the rate for concrete shall also include taking delivery of ash from CPP HWPM, transportation of fly ash to work site, processing the fly ash to specified grading, mixing the fly ash with cement etc.free of cost. It is the sole responsibility of the agency to transport the fly ash field no.2 of Boiler in CPP site. Processing the fly ash to specified grading. mixing the fly ash wtih cement etc.

Providing, laying and fixing in position TMT reinforcement bars of TATA/VIZAG STEEL/SAIL/JINDAL for RCC works, including cost of supplying, cutting, bending, transporting, erecting, binding with 16 gauge MS annealed wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Fixing available chain link fabric fencing Made of G.I./MS wire of required width including strengthening with 2 mm dia G.I. wire, nuts, bolts and washers as required and providing complete including all tools /tackles , labour, transport, scaffolding as required and cleaning after completion of work etc.all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Note: payment to be made per Sqm of the fixed at locations)

Removing damaged / disturbed / bent / structural steel / concrete fencing posts / Electric street light poles including necessary excavation, chipping cutting & welding and handingover the same to the sectional stores all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Removing the existing damaged barbed wire and re-fixing the serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials etc., complete as per the instructions of the Engineer in charge.

Erecting, Fabricating, transporting, modifying and fixing in position of Existing structural steel members (Main Gate of Godown) for railing, ladders, brackets, embedded parts using M.S.pipes,angles, channels, beams, plates, flats, rounds, cleats including cutting, grinding, welding, bolting, Concrete foundation for columns and providing & applying a coat of red oxide primer & two coat of synthetic enamel paint including removing the old paint by scrapping/buffing, preparation of the surfaces, washing and including necessary repairs to scratches all complete as per the drawings, specifications, removing and stacking of small gate in store and all as directed by the Engineer.

Removing the damaged/disturbed chainlink fencing whereever required and handing over to the sectional stores as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
