Crack Treatment: Prepared cracks shall be Filled in the “V “groove with Conbextra EP 10 Low viscous Epoxy Grout based on substrate condition.

Cracks Cutting: The Existing Walls cracks shall be cut opened in” V “Shape With Mechanical groove cutting machine with required joint for application.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balaconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slury coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-Charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300mm height including cleaning for surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre. including scaffolding at all heights.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Surface Preparation: Removing the loose portion by scrapping for removing any laitance and cleaning the surface with water / Air Blower / Wire Brush as per the surface condition.

Providing and fixing of expansion joint system of approved make and manufacturer for various roof locations as per approved drawings and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The joints shall be of extruded aluminium base members with, self aligning and self centering agreement support plates as per ASTM B221-02. The system shall be such that it provides watertight roof to roof to corner jont cover expansion control system that is capable of acccommodating multidirectional seismic movement without stress to its components. System shall consist of metal profile that incorporates a universal aluminium base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and roof treatments. The cover plate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfy moment and loading requirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacturer’s pre-engineeredd self-centerign arrangement that freely rotates / moves in all directions. The self centering arragement shall exihibit circular sphere ends that lock and slide inside the correespondign aluminium extrusion cavity to allow freedom of movement and flexuture in all directions falling ice, exposure to UV, airborne contaminants and occasional foot traffic from maintenance personel. Provision of Moisture Barrier Memberance in the Joint System to have water tight joint is mandatory requirement. (Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063). Roof Joint of 100 mm gap.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufcture of required colour to give an even shade (One or more coats on old work). including scaffolding at all heights.

Sealant Application: Application of Nitoseal PU 40/ PU 50 Single component PU Sealant in the prepared joint to accommodate Movement in the walls.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc, including scaffolding at all heights. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with wall joint (internal/external) location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The joints shall be of extruded aluminium base members, self aligning / centering arrangment and support plates as per ASTM B221-02. The material shall be such that it provides an Expansion Joints System suitable for vertical wall to wall / wall to corner application, both new and existing construction in office Buildings & complexes with no slipping down tendency amngst the components of the Joint System. The Joint System shall utilize light weight aluminium profiles exhibiting minimal exposed aluminium surfaces mechanically snap locking the multicellular to facilitate movement. (Material shaall confirm to ASTM 6063). Wall Joint of 100mm gap.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade. (Old work Two or more coats on existing cement paint surface applied @ 3.28 Ltr/10 sqm.

French spirit polishing: one or more coats on old work.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc, including scaffolding at all heights. Complete.
