Supplying and erecting Steel Centering including necessary supports for Plane Surfaces in foundation and basement for reinforced cement concrete works such as column footings, plinth beam, Grade beam, and Stair Case steps, riser, still slab etc., which requires only nominal strutting using stiffened with mild steel sheets of suitable size 90cm x60cm and BG 10 stiffened with mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding aid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 7.50 cm spaced at about 60 cm centre to centre and supported by the casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia placed at 75 cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and Erecting, Centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm and BG 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm X 7.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at not less than 75cm centre to centre at sutiable intervals etc., complete in all floors for complying with standard specifications.

Plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, rectangular, square, Tee or L beam, lintels, bed blocks staircase waist slab, landing slab, landing beams, portico beams, portico slab etc.,

Plane surface such as RCC square or rectangular columns, top and bottom slab of sunshade, boxing sill slabs, etc.,

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Reinforced Cement Concrete Mix M-20 Grade Design Mix in accordance with IS:456-2000, using HBGS jelly of 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m) 7730 kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m) 5156kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670kg of MSand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirement of IS standards.( No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild steel or Ribbed tor steel reinforcement grill for RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The contratctor will have to make his own arrangements for the supply of MS plain rod / RTS rod and binding wire)

Providing additional strutting to centering of RCC slabs of plain surface for every additional 1.0 metre height or part thereof but not less than 30 cm, over the initial 3.00 metre height from floor level using casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia including cross bracing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers.

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three crushed stone sand and Six hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm size hard broken stone jelly for dummy columns, excluding cost of centering shuttering reinforcement grills and fabrication charges but including curing etc. complete. (Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 for slab to be extended upto top of splashing with pressed tiles and future extension rods to be embedded in CC 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three crushed stone sand and Six hard broken stone jelly). Dummy columns should be at least 1 metre height)

Finishing the top of slopped roof, sun-shade with Machine Pressed Ornamental Tiles of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 20mm thick mixed with WPC at 2% by weight of cement used and top pointed with the same red oxide mixed mortar etc complete, complying with standard specifications

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality Double charged Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white Cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with matching colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. The rate is inclusive of the charges for cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, conveyance, electrical charges, etc. complete etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, and fixing M.S. GRILLS for open courtyard grill, grill work to doors, windows and ventilators etc, using necessary flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed or welded to masonry or column including necessary dismantling or making holes and redoing the same to original condition as directed by the departmenta officers inclusive of cost of providing one coat of best quality red oxide primer complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing Designing the Semi Unitised Structural Glazing System with open groove joint as per design intent, preparation of shop drawings for approval, supply, fabricate, erect as per approved shop drawings at all floor levels and all floor heights including conducting field test as per the test criteria set out in the particular specification (Metholodgy should be got approved by the Dept. Officials.) Design the framing system (i.e. male & Female frame) to support vision panels, spandrel panels either with glass or aluminium composite panel, openable, window panels on a continuous framing supported between floors. Also design the split framing unutilized glazing system in case of strip or punched windows with vision panel proposed with either insulated / Monolithic glass, groove width in the system both in horizontal and vertical shall not be more than 20mm. Glazing of panel shall be done only at factory at the controlled atmosphers etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying wrought fixing ornamental teak wood entrance door as per the drawing and design approved by the departmental officers. The size of the opening is 2.10 x 2.40. The outer frame of the door is 150 mm x 125 mm teak wood. The main door shutter opening size is 1.80 x 2.03 m.The main door should be double leaves and each door shutter fully panel. The door panells shall be of 50mm thick teakwood planks with ornamental designs approved by the Executive Engineer. The Lock rail and bottom shall be of 200 x 50mm tk teakwood, top rail 230x50mm to teakwood. The door frames and shutters shall be given of cost of best aproved quality melamine finish, The rate inclusive of cost of approved quality teakwood, 10mm thick designed toughend glass Special type Heavy Brass Aldrop 300mm X 20mm. Special type heavy Brass tower bolt 300mm Length. Special type heavy Brass tower bolt 250mm Length. The cost includes cost of material, fabour charges, conveyance charges fixing charges, designing charges and glass design charges, electricity charges and all other incidental charges. etc. All materials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.

Supplying and laying of Interlocking Paver Block Stone 60 mm thk. Over a base layer of crushed stone sandfilling incl. Cost of materials laying and Labour charges etc.,

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surfaces of RCC work such as RCC slabs, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase. Waist slab landing slab etc., with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) 10mm thick including hacking and providing necessary cement mortar nosing, beading etc., wherever necessary and as directed with the same cement mortar etc., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five P.sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Ornamental plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five P.sand), 20mm thick with WPC (Water proofing Compound) in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting the wall two coats with approved weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint over one primer coat of over Cement plastered wall surface etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bar balustrades etc., with best approved first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive of all materials, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and fixing in position best approved ISI quality PVC Rain water Downpipes of 110 mm diameter having working pressure of 4kg/cm2 including cost of PVC pipe, with necessary shoes, bends, nails, teakwood plugs, screws etc.,

Providing Pre construction of Anti termite Treatment for the Construction of building including all chemicals as per standard specifications. Labour charges for preparing the areas for treatment, spraying chemicals and other incidential charges etc.,complete. The rate shall be inclusive of giving anti termite treatment to the building for the following four stages including breaking the termite moulds, making holes with crow bars at an interval of 30 cms to a depth of 50 cms in the pheriphery of building and pouring chemicals etc., complete as per ISI 6313 ( Part 2) 2001. The antitermite chemical chloropyriphos 20 EC used should form 0.5% concentrate for the entire operation etc., as directed by the Engineer in charge and including cost of chemicals labour transportation etc.,

Supplying and Fixing of Stainless steel Dye Cast Letters of approved size and colour. The colour treatment process is achieved with MRF colour coat and then the processed coloured layer is set into the kiln for the heat treatment process for the following size etc., Complete complying with standard specification.
