Earthwork in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with lead of 0 to 100 metre deploying earth moving machineries and tippers including benching, formation of bunds, breaking clods, sectioning etc. complete including extra watering and compaction of earth fill layers to specified density of 95% of proctor density through deployment of appropriate compaction equipment (standard 8-10 ton power roller; short width drum vibratory power roller; vibratory power roller, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Earthwork deploying earth moving machinaries for desilting channel and forming bund on either side and depositing the earth on banks including jungle clearence etc complete having a width more than 10m.

Earthwork excavating and depositing bank with an initial lead of 10m. and initial lift of 2m. in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, Hard red earth, shales, Murrams, stoney earth and earth mixed with small sized boulders and other gravelly soils SS 20B

Earth work excavation for foundation in all kinds of soils and sub soils except hard rock requiring blasting full depth as may be directed and depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the Engineer in - charge of work and leveling the same with all leads and lifts including shoring, strutting, shuttering, baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc. complete, complying with technical specifications and drawings as directed by the Engineer in - charge of work. (Specification No.4.2.2.)

Suppling and filling with CS sand for filling in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed with water complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M 15 grade using well graded aggregates of nominal maximum size of 40mm and downgraded to I.S specified grading (To achieve the specified charaterstics strength of 15N/mm² in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by bailling / pumbing and diverting wharever necessary, placing concrete in layers, watering, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications.

Supplying and erecting water tight steel centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and shuttering including strutting for retaining wall and all RCC works such as column, footing, plinth beam, etc., upto 3.29m height and all cross bracings using mild steel BG 10 sheets of size 90cm x 60cm gauge stiffeded with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak ( country wood ) joits of size 10x6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and suitably supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre including cost of materials etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers the payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid and the retrived materials should be taken back the contractor.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of HYSD ( High Yeild Strength ) bars for all reinforced cement concrete works including cost of binding wire, steel rods, conveyance charges and labour charges etc., complete, complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work

Providing and placing Plain Cement concrete M 15 grade (1:2:4) using well graded aggregates of nominal maximum size of 60% of 40mm and 40% of 20mm I.S specified grading ( To achieve the specified charaterstics strength of 15N/mm² in 28 days ) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by bailling / pumping and diverting wharever necessary, placing concrete in layers, watering, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications.

Providing and placing Reinforced Cement oncrete M 20 grade (1:1½:2) using hard well graded aggregates with the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 20mm; weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 20N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering of placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays, Vibrating, compacting and finishing, adequate water curing so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications

Drilling holes in hard granite stone 50mm dia etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Grouting the holes of 50mm dia with CM 1:2 with water, cement ratio of 0.33 in the existing weir/anicut body wall provided at a spacing of 70cm c/c in a staggered manner in the vertical surface for fixing the anchor rod of 16mm dia. RTS rod of 1m long in such position that 60cm length embedded into the masonry wall at a down ward inclination of 5 degree with horizontal and 40cm length projected and bend outside the wall including clearing the drilled hole, fixing the rod and other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing steel shutters of size 1.5m x 1.6m with consists of skin plate made out of 8 mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 100 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm steel channel (ISMC) at an interval of not more than 0.5 m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.6 m and provided with 8 mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Groove Channels of ISMC 100mmx100mmx10mm mild steel angle for required height up to 2.40 m including welding hold fast of size 40 mm x 40 mmx 6 mm mild steel angle 3 numbers on both sides. Providing Sill Beam of 150mm x 80mm x 6mm, 3.30 m length and providing of 63 mm dia screw rod made of mild steel duly machined and fully threaded to suite the Head set assembly with required height up to 3.4 m and required holes. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolts and nuts in proper alignment to the Head Set. Providing of Top Beam made up of 200 mm x 100 mm x 6 mm (ISMB 200) for the length of 2.05 m duly drilled to suite the Providing Head Set assembly with required bed bolts made out of 25 mm mild steel round rod duly threated with suitable anchorage arrangements to the height of 0.6 m with necessary fish plate made out of 16 mm mild steel plate of size 0.2 m x 0.3 m 2 numbers with require bolts. Providing Head set assembly medium duty with Hexagonal nut (approximate 70 kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and Hexagonal nut threaded to suit screw rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. The whole shutter assembly should be painted with two coats of anti-corrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer paint. Erecting Shutter including crane hire charges (As per SR p .257) The rate is inclusive of all materials, labour charges including Lathing, Drilling, Welding, Gas cutting, Hydraulic bend removing of M.S. rod, hire charges of Crane and also inclusive of cost of covering plate, Foundation bolts, all bolt and nuts, conveyance to this site, Loading and unloading charges, Grease packing, Lubricating oil, Operating key, Locking arrangement and checking the Shutter operation etc., complete as directed by the Departmental Officers. The rate is Excluding GST.
