Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking material and without disturbing nearby structure of Plain Cement Concrete etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications etc complete. (specification 5.4 C)

Earthwork excavation for open excavation with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2 m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small sized boulders & hard gravelly soil etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications.

Refilling with excavated earth (other than sand) with all leads and lifts for filling the open cut wherever necessary in layers including breaking clods watering and compaction using Power Roller to atleast 95% of Proctor Density at OMC in each layer and sectioning etc as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Earth work excavation for foundation in hard stiff clay , stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shale’s, murrams, stony earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil except hard rock requiring blasting full depth as may be directed and depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the Engineer in - charge of work and levelling the same with all leads and lifts including shoring, strutting, shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc. complete, complying with technical specifications and drawings as directed by the Engineer in - charge of work. etc complete and as per the technical specifications. (Specification No.4.2.2.)

Collection and Supply of Sand gravel mix 1:1 (one sand and one gravel) ratio for basement / filter zone including stacking, mixing and spreading the sand gravel mix in layers of not exceeding in 150 mm thickness over properly prepared surface, watering and consolidating the same with approved type of compaction equipment including stacking for pre-measurement etc complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work.

Providing and placing in position of plain Cement concrete of grade M10 using well graded aggregates with the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 40mm weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 10 N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering the placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary; laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick and in bays; compacting and finishing the surface with all leads and lifts; watering curing complete so as to attain the profile and strength as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications (as per specification 5.2.1) (without vibration)

Supplying and erecting steel centering for vertical surfaces such as Abutment, Wing wall, Body wall, Weir, Returns including necessary supports for Reinforced cement concrete works, which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90 cm x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angels of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joist of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm spaced at about 75 cm center to center or at suitable intervals etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete has been laid)

Supplying, fabricating & placing in position of ribbed tor steel grills for Reinforcement of RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire and labour charges for decoiling, cutting, bending and tying the grills complete complying with standard specification. Steel and binding wire will be at the contractor's own cost.

Rough stone dry packing for Revetment and Apron new rough stones for Revertment stacking the rough stone for pre measurement etc., cost of new stones, wedges for filling the gaps, finishing neatly etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing weep holes of 110 mm dia PVC pipes upto a required length for check dam, abutment and wing wall including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site including cost of labour charges for 90 cm spherical backup arrangements with 100 mm dia size broken granite gharges of the periphery and labour charges for fixing etc., complete to drain the back fill (working pressure 4 kg/cm2) complying with the standard specification

Dewatering using 3HP Diesel pump set including Hire charges, Cost of diesel, Engine oil, Pump operator, labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and any other incidential charges etc complete.

Drilling holes of 50 mm dia in the existing weir / body wall for placing anchor rods of 16 mm dia including cleaning, fixing in position, grouting with cement slurry to a depth of 45 cm etc., complete

Grouting the holes of 50 mm dia at a spacing of 70 cm c/c in a staggered manner in the existing weir / body wall vertical surface for fixing the anchor rod of 16 mm dia RTS rod of 1 m length in such position that 60 cm length embedded into the masonry wall at a downward inclination of 50 with horizondal and 40 cm length projected and bend out side the wall with CM 1:2 with a water cement ratio of 0.33 including clearing the drilled hole fixing the rod and all other incidental charges extra complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:4 (One cement and Four sand), 20mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of 63 mm screw rod made of mild steel duly machined and fully threated to suite the Head set assembly with required height up to 4.00 m and required holes. Providing Head set assembly medium duty with Hexagonal nut (approximate 70 kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and Hexagonal nut threaded to suit screw rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. The whole shutter assembly should be painted with two coats of anti-corrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer paint. Erecting the Shutter assembly by Durky post and Chain block fixing the top beam with necessary. The rate is inclusive of all materials, labour charges including Lathing, Drilling, Welding, Gas cutting, Hydraulic bend removing of M.S. rod, hire charges of Crane and also inclusive of cost of covering plate, Foundation bolts, all bolt and nuts, conveyance to this site, Loading and unloading charges, Grease packing, Lubricating oil, Operating key, Locking arrangement and checking the Shutter operation etc., complete as directed by the Departmental Officers. The rate is Excluding GST.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing steel shutters of size 0.85 m x 1.05 m with consists of skin plate made out of 8 mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 100 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm steel channel (ISMC) at an interval of not more than 0.5 m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.6 m and provided with 8 mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Groove Channels of ISMC 100mmx100mmx10mm mild steel angle for required height up to 3.00 m including welding hold fast of size 40 mm x 40 mmx 6 mm mild steel angle 3 numbers on both sides. Providing Sill Beam of 150mm x 80mm x 6mm, 0.85 m length and providing of 63 mm screw rod made of mild steel duly machined and fully threated to suite the Head set assembly with required height up to 3 m and required holes. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolts and nuts in proper alignment to the Head Set. Providing of Top Beam made up of 200 mm x 100 mm x 6 mm (ISMB 200) for the length of 1.45 m duly drilled to suite the Head Set assembly with required bed bolts made out of 25 mm mild steel round rod duly threated with suitable anchorage arrangements to the height of 0.6 m with necessary fish plate made out of 16 mm mild steel plate of size 0.2 m x 0.3 m 2 numbers with require bolts. Providing Head set assembly medium duty with Hexagonal nut (approximate 70 kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and Hexagonal nut threaded to suit screw rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Dismantling the existing damaged shutter assembly conveying and stacking at section store.
