Fabrication supplying and fixing of Steel liner of size 2.74 m X 2.74 m using 10mm thick MS plate conforming to IS: 2041-1962 and fabricating the same in the site with welding the liners with process restricted to the following Manual metal arc, Submerged Arc and metal inert gas arc following IS: 4353 - 1967 with stagering joints and painting the same effectively using polyurethane/ epoxy based anticorrosive paint and the surface in contact with the concrete should be painted with thin coating of cement slurry to protect against corrosion and for proper bonding with concrete. The erection of steel liners should be supported by using 4 nos of MS angle of 55mm x 55 mm x 10 mm as a horizontal support and at every 1 m interval vertical support of ISMC 100 mm X 50 mm X 10 mm for outer frame along the length and to hold the steel liner 4 nos of horizontal channel of ISMC 100 mm X 50 mm X 10 mm and every 1m interval vertical flat plate of 40 X 8 mm in which has to be welded properly. The 25 mm dia anchor bar of 0.75m length should be drilled and grouted to the rock and welded with the horizantal and vertical member of steel liner arrangement to hold the steel liner setup firmly during grouting .Grouting duct has to be provided in the liner shall be plugged and shall be closed after completion of grouting. The rate includes cost of material and its fabrication, cost of handling, welding material, testing of welding material, erecting labour using heavy machinery, conveyance to site of work, one coat of primer and two coat of polyurethane/ epoxy based anticorrosive paint etc. completeas directed by the departmental officers. including conveyance of steel material using cranes ad trolleys etc, equipment such as power generator, gas cutting equipments, drilling machines, welding machines, pullies etc and completing the above work satisfactorily by codal provision of IS 5878 (part vi) - 1975 and as directed by the departmental officers.
