Washing and cleaning the grout holes by means of sending water and air at different pressure until the return water turns out to be of the same character as the original water inserted without any foreign materials by complying with technical specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.

Conducting water permeability test in 75 mm dia holes in rock portion in the drilled holes at different elevation in stage using packer method at required pressure in each elevation including cost of all assembly hire charges and other charges of Labour and machinery with technical specifications as directed by the departmental officers of the work complete etc.

Grouting 75 mm dia hole to the required depth using chemical grouting material at different stages and all the works such as spacing of grout holes , pressure of grouting etc., shall be carried out strictly as per IS 5878(Part VII) 1972 and the cost includes cost of grouting material, grouting assembly hire charges and other charges of labours and machinery as directed by the departmental officers of work complete etc.,

Drilling 50 mm dia hole and Fixing in position of the 25 mm dia L shaped anchor rod of 3m length in rock portion and Grouting the anchor rod with Cement Mortar 1:2 by adding required admixture for bonding . Rate including the Cost of Rod and its fabricating and the Cost of drilling, fixing of rod and Cement Mortar with admixture, labours, machinery and all other ancillary operations complete complying with technical specifications and as directed by departmental officers

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Mild steel or Ribbed tor steel reinforcement grills for all RCC works as per the approved drawings and detailed specifications includiong cost of steel, binding wire, labour charges for cutting, bending and placing in position etc., complete complying with standarde specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work.

Fabrication supplying and fixing of Steel liner of size 2.74 m X 2.74 m using 10mm thick MS plate conforming to IS: 2041-1962 and fabricating the same in the site with welding the liners with process restricted to the following Manual metal arc, Submerged Arc and metal inert gas arc following IS: 4353 - 1967 with stagering joints and painting the same effectively using polyurethane/ epoxy based anticorrosive paint and the surface in contact with the concrete should be painted with thin coating of cement slurry to protect against corrosion and for proper bonding with concrete. The erection of steel liners should be supported by using 4 nos of MS angle of 55mm x 55 mm x 10 mm as a horizontal support and at every 1 m interval vertical support of ISMC 100 mm X 50 mm X 10 mm for outer frame along the length and to hold the steel liner 4 nos of horizontal channel of ISMC 100 mm X 50 mm X 10 mm and every 1m interval vertical flat plate of 40 X 8 mm in which has to be welded properly. The 25 mm dia anchor bar of 0.75m length should be drilled and grouted to the rock and welded with the horizantal and vertical member of steel liner arrangement to hold the steel liner setup firmly during grouting .Grouting duct has to be provided in the liner shall be plugged and shall be closed after completion of grouting. The rate includes cost of material and its fabrication, cost of handling, welding material, testing of welding material, erecting labour using heavy machinery, conveyance to site of work, one coat of primer and two coat of polyurethane/ epoxy based anticorrosive paint etc. completeas directed by the departmental officers. including conveyance of steel material using cranes ad trolleys etc, equipment such as power generator, gas cutting equipments, drilling machines, welding machines, pullies etc and completing the above work satisfactorily by codal provision of IS 5878 (part vi) - 1975 and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plain surfaces such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Below Sill) (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid) (vertical centering)

Providing and grouting, Standardised Concrete Mix of M35 which attains minimum compressive strength of 35.00 N/mm2 after 28 days, self flowable/self compacting Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 12mm hard broken granite stone jelly for RCC works with minimum powder content of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.4, including admixture (High range water reducing admixture/ viscous modifying agent) and bonding agent in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to retard setting of concrete, improve workability and flowability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of sand, including conveying the concrete mix inside the tunnel , pumping the concrete mix through the nozzles provided in the liner with essential lead and lifts etc complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS: 456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with Minimum cement content of 350 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m) 5156 kg. of 10-12 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs whereever necesary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate paymenrt will be made by the department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying and fixing of 110 mm dia PVC pipes of 6 kg/cm2 filled with no fine concrete for weep holes (Pressure relief arrangements) including cost of material, and labour changes etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of work

Supplying and fixing of 12 mm thick bitumen pad for construction and expansion joint for retaining wall at 15m spacing as per standard specification etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and Laying of Plain Cement concrete of 1:3:6 grade (one Cement three M.Sand and six Aggregate) using 40 mm HBGS jelly to IS specified grading and mixing by mixer machine including dewatering by bailing/ pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts , compacting and finishing the surface, watering, curing etc., for various depth and height below and above Ground level so as to obtain the profile and strength specified inthe drawings as per the direction of the departmental officers and complete complying with standard specification..

Providing and laying cement concrete of (wearing concrete) M20 grade design mix using crushed broken hard granite aggregate (well graded) of Nominal Maximum size of 20mm and down grade to I.S grading (to achieve the specified characteristics strength of 20N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer, placing in bays, vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete as per standard specification and as diredted by departmental officers.
