The cost is inclusive of cost on account of careful handling, pvc coated binding wires touchup materials supplied by coating agency repair work loading and unloading strengthen of bent bars etc for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors, complete complying with standard specfication. Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS456:2000, using 20mm and downgraded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (palsticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m) 7730 Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about(3.3 cu.m) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about(4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centring and ashuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc., and providing fixtures without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards.( No seperate payment will be made by the Deaprtment for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying and fixing in position of seepage pipes of 63mm dia PVC pipe having working pressure of 6 Kg/cm2 required lengths for retaining wall including cost and conveyance of all materials to the work site complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality of country bricks of size 8-3/4" x 4-1/4" x 2-1/4" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Providing granolithic floor finish 25mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five P. sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three P Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of cement paint as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The colour and shade of the cement paint shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Providing and fixing pre-painted two track, two panel sliding system fabricated from roll formed sections made of galvanized steel powder coated (Base steel as per IS 513 'D' quality, galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 grams /sqm.) with total coated thickness of 0.58mm.Paint specification: Coated sections should be with primer coat of epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated to brick / concrete masonry by using nylon self-expanding caps and driving MS electro plated 80mm long screws into the caps through frames. with alkyd backer of 5-7 microns. Dimensions of sections: Section for frame two track should be of 59mm x 44mm, section for shutter should be of 35mm x 49mm for window, section for euro groove should be of 25mm x 24mm and for lap strip should be 30mm x 41mm. Fixing details: The frame and shutter sections should be cut to length, joined with corner brackets made of glass filled nylon. Ethyl Propylene Diamine Monomer (EPDM) Gasket should be used all around glass. Accessories: Corner brackets made of glass filled nylon gasket made of Ethyl Propylene Diamine Monomer (EPDM). Locking system should be of single pin locking for Windows. Single wheel rollers for windows should be provided. Glass: Glass shutter and fixed glass portion should be provided with a glass of 4mm pinhead glass. Window frame should be fixed to brick / concrete masonry by using nylon self-expanding caps and driving MS electro plated 80mm long screws into the caps through frames.

Supplying and Erecting Pull and Push Type Rolling Shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc. ROLLING SHUTTERS (WITH ISI MONOGRAM) Gear Operated Type (from 8 sqm. to 12 sqm. Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. Wiring with 3 x 1.5sqmm(22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylem sheet covered TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch (Two way) with continuous earth wire connection by 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed staircase light point. Supply and fixing of single box type 4'36 W fluorescent fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed FRLS Copper leads from terminals to the fitting ( sd - 87 )

Design, fabricating, supplying and erection of screw gearing stainless steel shutters of size above 4.20m x 1.30m width consists of skin plate made out of 12mm thick stainless steel (ss316gr) rsj plate and horizontally stiffened with 150 x 75mm rsj (ss316gr) at an interval not more than 0.60m and vertical stiffeners job made out of 150x10mm (ss316gr) flat at an interval not more than 0.60m and vertical job made up of 100x10mm (ss316gr) flats 2nos on both sides provided with 150mm dia (ss316gr) rollers 2nos on both sides with2 1/2" dia gun metal bushes and 2" dia roller for smooth operation. The shutter lifted with 12mm thick (ss316gr) gusset plate pf required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Providing leakage arrest pipe arrangements made with 75mm dia stainless steel pipe at both ends for required height hanged in chain from the top of the shutter the bottom seal made up of 75x10mm rubber seal covered with 65x8mm (ss316gr) flats fastened with required rust free bolts & nuts conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in the proper position by using necessary hoisting arrangements and for shutter groove channel made up of 200x200x200x8mm stainless steel channel for required height including welding hold fast of size 50x50x6mm angle 3nos on both sides. The groove angle weld with sill beam made out of size 150 x 75mm rsj of ms length of required and top of sill beam on ss sill flat with welding holdfast of 75 x 8mm ss flat conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent to correct position and for head set assembly heavy duty with hexagonal brass nut with gear arrangements to be fixed inside the headset, warm gear wheel shaft with provision to operate by motor and by hand provided for the operation of shutter 5hp motor with frames to be fixed for the operation of shutter. Design, fabricating, supplying and erection of operating platform (deck bridge) suitable for vertical gate Arrangement of size 4.20 m x 1.30 m. The deck bridge shall be made with main girder in ISMB 400, base plate & bearing plate of 20mm thick. The anchor rods shall be made with 20mm dia ms rod and cross girders with ISMC 200. The hand rails and connecting angles shall be done with ISA 75 x 75 x 8 mm. The hand rail pipes shall be made with 25 mm dia MS pipes and chequered plate shall be 6mm thick. Providing Auto mechanical arrangements and including design, fabrication, supply and erection of worm gear box and electric motor for easy operation of shutter.The new 3Tonne capacity worm gear box assembly consist of cast iron top and bottom plates, worm nut made up of gun metal, worm shaft made up of EN8 steel rod and two numbers of thrust bearings. The top and bottom plates machined to suit the worm nut and shaft. The worm nut threaded inside to suit the 80mm dia screw rod and the outer side formed with helical teeth cutting to suit the worm shaft. The worm shaft machined to the required shape and size and provided with helical teeth to suit with the worm nut. The assembly fixed with two numbers of thrust bearing one on top and another on bottom of the worm nut and fastened with required bolt and nuts. The operating key made with 80mm square rod shaping with wire cutting machine and welded with operating handle made up of 32mm dia steel rod for required length. The gear box connected other side with 3Hp reversible geared motor with output Rpm125, 3-Phase, 400-440 volts, 50 cycle suitable for reversing is to be fixed with reduction gear box drive shaft by using suitable flexible couplings and provided with dog clutch arrangement made up of cast steel of required size for switching manual to mechanical operation is to be provided in the worm shaft in between the worm gear box and motor. The motor and gear box assembly fixed over the stand on platform made up of 75 x75 x 6mm SS angle and 16mm thick SS plates and the stands should be rested on 150 x 75mm SS channel to be provided as additional stiffener of existing platform. The motor and gear box assembly protected with a dust proof cover made up of 18G GI sheet stiffened with mild steel angles. The motor controlled by reversible starter with suitable main and all other accessories, provided in the panel board. The Panel board made up of 18G sheet for required size strengthened with MS angles. Limit switches for lower level and upper level of the shutter to be provided in the steel pipe for control the operation of the gate. The level indicator with limit switch striker is to fixed on the top of the screw rod to measure the opening level of the shutter and cut off the power at lower level and upper level of the shutter synchronized with the limit switches. Painting the motor and worm gear box assembly with two coat of aluminium oxide paint over two coat of zinc rich primer. The rate including cost of worm gear, cost of all materials required, labour charges, process charges like gas cutting, welding, machining, milling, labour charges for dismantling, loading, lifting, unloading, transport, erection, charges for equipment’s like derrick, chain pulley block, conveyance charges of to and fro of equipment’s and labours to the site including cost of trial operation of the motor assembly, exclusive of all taxes, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing protection arrangements to hoisting arrangements of regulator made by vertical posts to required height made up of 65x65x8mm mild steel angle fixed at an interval of 1.20 m and connected at top with same 65 x 65 x 8 mm mild steel angle for required width and the horizontal barricade made up of ¾" GIB - Class pipe at an interval of 0.30 m fixed to the vertical posts and top protection angle. The protection angle cutting to the required sizes and straightening to vertical. The angle should be drilled for 20 mm dia by drilling machine at an interval of 0.35 m and the GI pipe is to cut to appropriate length by using cutting machine at workshop. The angle and pipes conveyed from workshop to work side by using lorries and unloaded at site of work. The angle is to be fixed on the top of the platform in vertical position and welded with welding machine operated with power generator. The GI pipes is to be fixed through the holes provided in the angle and extended with GI specials. the GI pipes is welded at all holes rigidly with power electrodes. Inner side of the protection arrangements a protection grill made up of 1" square weld mesh with 25x25x6mm MS frames to be fixed to the vertical posts with required bolts and nuts. the protection arrangements is to be painted with two coats of epoxy paint of approved color over one coat of zinc rich primer. the cost includes cost of all materials. Process charges like gas cutting, welding manual labour charges loading lifting unloading transporting erection hire charges for equipments, power charges for generator, scaffolding charges, risk allowance fee working at a height of more than 3m conveyance to side and clearing them after completion of world warranty for 5 years inclusive of all taxes etc., completed and as directed the departmental officers.
