Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One part of cement, 4 parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & 8 Parts of 40 mm nominal size metal ) for foundation using 40mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work for Sides of soffits, beams, landings, cantilever ridges and lintels not exceeding 1 m in depth in all floors upto full height of the building and removal of the same for in situ RCC work etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of Coarse sand & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., and excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement grills for all RCC works in all floors upto full height of the building etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and placing in position of M.S / Tor steel grills for R.C.C works in all floors including cost of Steel, cutting, bending, binding with 16 Gauge GI Binding wire and placing in position etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) ( One cement, five M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) using chamber burnt bricks for walls in Ground Floor of the building including cost of all materials, labour, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, three Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)), 6 mm thick of wall tiles over the existing wall up to 2.50 m height by chipping the wall surfaces wherever required and fixing with approved colour and quality of tiles including all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying the structural steel, MS Flats, Square Rods, Angles, Channels etc., for vertical members /bracing /stiffeners / Base plates or for any other usage as a structural member, fabricating, welding and erecting the frame work in position at the locations shown in the drawing including all labour, materials, conveyance, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers (Note : 1. While fabricating, necessary holes and bolt & nut shall be provided at no extra cost in the structural members. 2. In case, the specified MS section is not available in the market, the nearest alternative section may be used after approval of the Engineer).

Removing the old paint from steel and other metal surfaes and making the surface even including all labour, scrubber, sand papers, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying One coat of Red oxide primer over new steel and other metal surfaces including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steel wool, scrapers and sand paper etc.,complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the steel surfaces with Two coats of Synthetic enamal paint of approved quality (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all materials, labour, brushes, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and placing 'X' stone (10 to 70 kg) from any licensed quarry like Thattaparai, Srivaikundam, etc., conveying by road in dumpers/tippers including charges for production cost of stone, such as earth works, removal of over burden, breaking of stones, cost of explosives, seiginorage fee, royalty etc., labour for loading, unloading, weighing in the Department approved weigh bridge, dumping, spreading and sectioning to the required level, alignment and slope without causing any damage including engaging of divers with diving equipments required to form the rubble bund as per approved specification, conditions of contract and drawings and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling the pressed tiles and weathering course from the roof of building including cost of labour, dismantling tools & equipments and removing the debries from the site and dumping the debries to the nearby low laying area, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of weathering course with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M.Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) including all materials, labour, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

White washing with lime powder on new wall surfaces One COAT to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces, preparaton of wall, cost of lime powder, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting TWO coats with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and colour over New Wall surfaces including one coat of alkalin resistance primer of approved brand so as to give an even shade. Prior to applying the primer, the wall surfaces shall be thoroughly cleaned of all grease, dirt, loose pieces, scales and make the surface even by applying wall putty and make good of the surface with sand paper etc., The cost including preparing the surface, all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying TWO coat of Exterior (APEX) of approved quality over the existing wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surfaceeven and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying in trenches 160 mm dia. PVC inflow pipe line 6Kg./CM2 with necessary pipe specials such as elbow, tee, union joint etc., and the joints being tightened including threading cost of pipe, specials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying in trenches 110 mm dia. PVC inflow pipe line 6Kg./CM2 with necessary pipe specials such as elbow, tee, union joint etc., and the joints being tightened including threading cost of pipe, specials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 32mm dia. PVC pipe 10 kg. per cm2 working pressure in wall, ceiling and floor with necessary clamps and screws, making holes in the wall wherever necessary by drilling holes in the roofs and walls, packed the holes with necessary brick works or concrete wherever necessary plastering the surface smooth with required scaffolding including cost of pipe and special such as elbows, tee, union joints, reducer etc., cutting threading etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 25mm dia. PVC pipe 10 kg. per cm2 working pressure in wall, ceiling and floor with necessary clamps and screws, making holes in the wall wherever necessary by drilling holes in the roofs and walls, packed the holes with necessary brick works or concrete wherever necessary plastering the surface smooth with required scaffolding including cost of pipe and special such as elbows, tee, union joints, reducer etc., cutting threading etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Preparation of sub grade by excavating earth work to 15 cm average depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with power road roller including making the undulation area levelling etc., and disposal of surplus earth to the low lying area to a lead of 1km. etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by departmental officers.

Filling in basement with M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) to the required thickness in layers including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing, Supplying and Laying factory made Chamfered edge Cement Concrete 60mm thick Paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern of required strength, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & patten over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver block to the required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc., including all materials, labour, tools & plants, conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing of glazed Aluminium Partition with Aluminium frame section (manufactured to relevant IS Specification) for vertical and bottom of size 65 X 38 X 2 mm, horizontal section of size 100 X 45 X 2 mm including providing 5.5 mm thick glasssuperior quality at middle portion and Novapan of 8 mm thick at top and bottom with necessary accessories like snap on beading (clips), cleat angles, fully threaded 75mm long metal screws, wooden plugs & metal screws etc., including drilling holes in theconcrete / brick masonry etc., wherever required, all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Note: Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including using glazing clip, rubber beading for glazing and necessary screws, plugs etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
