Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1 1/2 :3 (One Cement, one and half M.sand and three broken stone jelly) using machine broken 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill, fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing, etc., complete and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slab wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of wall, beam etc. shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three P.Sand) 12mm thick and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.sand) using second class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9”x 4½”x 3” for the following including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification For superstructure in First floor

For superstructure in Second floor

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five P.sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three P.Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Paving the floor with Designed Colour Double Charged Vitrified tiles of size 60cm x 60cm x 8mm in all floors over a base layer of Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.3 Kg/sq.m including finishing neatly and curing, etc. complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The basic cost of tiles shall be not less than Rs.80/-- per Sq.ft)

Flooring with the Kota Stone slab size 60 x 60 cms of 20 to 25mm thick laid over cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.Sand) 20mm thick and pointing the joints to full depth of slabs with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.Sand) mixed with colour oxide including laying, finishing, polishing with machine polish, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting the walls with two coats of exterior emulsion paint over one coat of exterior primer as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications. (The colour and shade of the paint shall be got approved by the Engineer incharge at site before use of work.)

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, windows bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer,i/c., before use on works).

Supplying and fixing flush door shutters of single leaf with skin type paneled door of 35mm thick made up of hard wood of approved quality including fixing necessary furniture fittings such as iron oxide MS hinges of 125mm x 30mm size 3 Nos., aluminium aldrop of size 250 x 16mm – 1 No. aluminium tower bolt of size 250 x 12mm – 1 No. Aluminium tower bolt of size 200x12mm – 1 No., D type aluminium handle of size 125mm – 2 Nos. Aluminium door stopper / magnet catch 3” depth – 1 No. respectively, etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing Country wood scantling (first quality wood) for door frames including labour charges for making, applying anti corrosive paint on the back sides of frame and fixing the frame in position, etc. complete complying with standard specification. (The wood have to be got approved by departmental Engineers before use on work).

Painting new wood work with two coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over a priming coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive cost of all materials and labour including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer,,i/c., before use on works).

Supplying and fixing of Steel door with new one of MS doors with single / two leaves, door outer frame 40x40x6mm angle, shutter frame 35x35x6mm angle, M sheet 20 gauge intermediate stiffner 'T' section 25x25x6mm, panel should be covered with 20 gauge MS sheet withnecessary tower bolt 30cm length, butt hinges, MS handle on bothsides iron hold fast including red oxide primer, conveyance and the rate is including necessary dismantling making holes in RCC columns beams masonry wherver necessary using polwer drill to the extent required and made good to the original condition after fixing as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (Open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI / 1mm 125 GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (Black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connection mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing alround the frames. The window should be got approved from the Engineer,i/c., before use on work.

Providing cup-board shutter with frame using termite and water proof plywood of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1mm thick fixed outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary furniture fittings, such as, hydraulic hinges, tower bolt handles, multipurpose locks etc., as directed by the departmental officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, laminated sheet and other materials should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Supplying and fixing of M.S.grill of approved design for open courtyard, grill, grill work to doors and window openings etc., using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of M.S. pipe of various sizes of approved make and good quality of materials fixed in correct position and alignment with a coat of primer ect. complete.

Supplying and fixing of powder coated galvanized aluminium metal roofing sheet 0.47mm thick jsw or equivalent of ISI make of different colour sheet for roofing with necessary adjustable ridges seater by using “U” or “J” bolts and nuts with washers or SDST screws and also the labour charges for fixing in position etc., complete as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Providing brick partition wall of 11.50 cm thick using best quality second class chamber burnt bricks of size 9” X 4 ½” X 3” in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) including supply and fixing hoop iron reinforcement if considered necessary by the departmental officers as directed etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The hoop reinforcement will be measured and paid separately). For superstructure in First floor

Casting and fixing of RCC precast slab of 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement two M sand and four aggregate) using 20mm thick hard broken stone jelly and river sand including the cost of reinforcement grills (The reinforcement grills and fabrication charges, moulding, curing finishing charges and fixing in position neatly etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Supplying and fixing in position steel balustrades using 20mm square rods spaced at 150mm centre to centre so that the two balustrades in each step shall be placed centrally and the top of balustrades connected with the hand rails (cost of hand rail shall be measured and paid separately) by means of MS flats of size 40mm x 6mm in the groove 40mm x 6mm provided at the bottom of hand rail; the bottom of balustrades shall be fixed on to the top of step concrete. An additional MS flat of size 50mm x 6mm shall be provided at the centre of balustrades connecting all square rods to the entire length including cost of square rods, flat and applying one coat of red oxide primer to the iron surfaces, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing expansion joint in RCC floor slab for 25 mm width using polysulphide as sealant on the top and bottom for a depth of 7.5mm each and packing the inner space using compressible non-absorbent filler materials including cost of labour for cutting and fixing filler materials and laying polysulphide sealant with necessary spatula etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed

Providing expansion joint of 25 mm wide in between RCC twin columns from top of pedestal to full height including filling the inner space with suitable non-absorbent, flexible and well compressible filler materials of approved quality and brand; finishing the sides of RCC columns with polysulphide sealants for a depth of 7.5mm on either side covering the inner space filled with filler materials as above etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size of 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (No M.Sand to be used) over the RCC roof slab, the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 31:12.5 by volume laid over in a single layer and consolidated to the required designed and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden of beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling water, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Finishing the top .of roof with one course of MACHINE PRESSED TILES of size 230mmx230mmx20mm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming and the top pointed with the same water proofing compound and red oxide, etc., Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Fabricating, supplying & fixing in position Structural glazing, Strip Windows to external faces of the building either straight or curved in plan consisting of panel work of verticals and horizontals made out of specially designed extruded colour anodised aluminium sections anchored to RCC/STEEL elements through hot dipped GI clamps. Single glazed panels of 6mm thick toughened heat strengthened 6mm SCG COOL-LITE Graphite good quality. spandrel in-fills of 6mm thick GREY toughened tinted glass. The single glazed glass panels shall then be securely bonded to frame work with structural sealant to ensure absolute water tightness, spandrel infill's with insulation backing (50mm thk semi rigid black faced mineral wool at density of 60kg/cum Galva bond backing) and a backing of 12mm thk gypsum board or equivalent fixed to frame work with suitable angles,brackets,fasteners,etc. as per the manufacturer's detail including approved structural sealants,EPDm gaskets, fixing and other accessories and all incidental work complete as per drawings etc. complete to the satisfaction of the TANUVAS officials .Rate shall include the fire dampers in vapour cured GI sheet formed
