Filling in foundation and basement with Quarry dust or stone dust including all cost of materials and conveyance and proper watering ramming and consolidation complying with relevent standard specification etc. complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one of cement, four of M-sand and eight of hard broken stone) using 40mm size hard broken stone for foundation inclusive of shoring, strutting, bailing out water, ramming, curing, etccomplete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying the READY MIX CONCRETE of M 35Grade in accordance with IS: 456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works, sulphate ressistant Cement//Portland Slag Cement with a minimum cement content of 425 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (Plasticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accerlerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials.)

Providing form work for centering, shuttering etc., for all reinforced concrete work such as plinth beam, raft beam, raft slab, grade beam etc., including strutting and shuttering wherever required using MS sheets of suitable size of BG 10, stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm (Spaced about 91cm center to center) distance and supported by casurina props of size 10cm-13cm dia (spaced at 75 cm center to center) and removing the same after a specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers. For Grade Beam, Plinth beams,Column Footings etc..,

Providing form work for centering, shuttering etc., for all reinforced concrete work like slab, beams, lintels, loft etc., including shuttering, upto 3.00m high using MS sheet of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10, stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm (Spaced about 91cm center to center) distance and supported by casurina props of size 10cm-13cm dia (spaced at 75 cm center to center) and removing the same after a specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers. (Slabs, Lintels & Lofts) For slabs, linets, beams etc.,

Providing form work for centering, shuttering etc., for all reinforced concrete work like lintels, window boxing etc., including shuttering, upto 3.00m high using MS sheet of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10, stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joist of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm (spaced about 91cm centre to centre) distance and supported by casurina props of size 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced at 75cm centre to centre) and removing the same after a specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers. (Sunshade/Window/Boxing / column) For Sunshades,columns window boxing etc.,

Fabricating and placing the following kinds of steel grills Fe 500 D grade steel reinforcement bars as per IS 1786-1985 for all reinforced cement concrete works such as plinth beam, lintels, beams, sunshade, roof and floor slabs etc., including cost of steel and fabricating the reinforcement grills in position etc., complete in all floors (The rate to include the cost of binding wire steel also)

Plastering with Cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and Three of P- sand) 20mm thick with necessary water proofing compound at the rate of 1.06 kg per 10m2 including finishing smooth, setting, curing etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the walls with cement mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of P-sand) 12mm thick including scaffolding, finishing smooth, setting, curing etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying & fixing C.I. Step of size 14" of approved brand having ISI mark officers etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmetal officers.

Filling in basement with 40mm size hard broken jelly in drying beds in other similar works including cost of materials, labour charges etc., all complete and directed by the departmental officers.(For filter media)

Filling in basement with 20mm size hard broken jelly in drying beds in other similar works including cost of materials, labour charges etc., all complete and directed by the departmental officers.(For filter media)

Filling in foundation and basement with filling M-sand in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification including the cost of supplying filling m-sand etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Ellis Pattern flooring 20mm thick (Ellis pattern) with layer of cement concrete 1:3 (one of cement and three of hard broken stone) (No sand) using hard blue granite chips of size 3mm to 10mm and surface rendered smooth over RCC slab including supplying and fixing 20mm dia GI pipe outlet etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 (One of cement and six of M-sand) using Fly ash Bricks of size 230×110×70mm for super structure in the following floors including fixing the frames of doors and windows, scaffolding, proper setting curing etc, complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers. Ground Floor

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three P-sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Weathering course in concrete broken brick jelly 20mm size in pure slacked lime over RCC roof slab the proportion being 32:12 1/2 (Thirty two parts of broken brick jelly and twelve and half of slacked lime) laying to a thickness of 110mm and compacked and well beaten to 80mm by using wooden hand beater of weight not exceeding 2 kg hand beating sprinkling liberally with lime water and a small proportion of solution prepared by soaking kadukkai dry nut powder and jaggery (vellam) and giving required slope and thickness on roof etc. complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof slab with one course of Hydraulic pressed tiles 23cm x 23cm x 2cm using cement mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of M-sand) mixed with water proofing compound at 2% by weight of the cement and pointing with the same mortar, finishing, curing etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the walls with two coats of cement paint of approved brand and quality over one coat of white cement including the cost of cement paint, brushes, scaffolding etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the new iron work with one coat of first class synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour in addition over the existing primer coat including the cost of paint patty brushes and scaffolding etc. complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing of 110mm dia PVC Rain water downfall pipe of 4 kg/cm² conforming to IS 13592-1992 (Type-A) with necessary bends, shoes, cost of special clamps, coupler if necessary including cost of solvent cement, proper aligning, teakwood plugs of approved quality etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of MS Grill for fixed grills using MS angle (IS 808-1989) and MS sheet of specified size and gauge including the cost of furniture fittings, welding, finishing and including painting one coat of primer with red oxide primer of approved quality etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabrication and supply of M.S Door of overall size 910mm × 1980mm with MS angle frame for three sides using angle of size 35mm × 35mm × 5mm (IS 808 - 1989) using the same angle for hold fasts (6 nos of 200mm long), MS flat for bottom side using flat of size 32mm × 6mm with suitable door shutter (single leaf) using 22 gauge GI sheet (IS 277 - 1992) and MS angle frame alround using the angle of size 25mm × 25mm × 3mm (IS 808 - 1989), shutters with single leaf with stiffeners 200mm width at top, middle and bottom at rear side of the shuter, vertical grooves (dumpling - machine pressed) of 25mm width and 15mm deep at a distance of 60mm to 75mm including supply of 3 nos of I.O. butt hinges (IS 1341 - 1992) of size 120mm long, 1 no of I.O aldrop of size 300mm × 12mm and 2 nos of I.O. tower bolt of size 200mm × 12mm including proper welding with MS angle frame and shutter alround in proper alignment, inclludiing welding the hinges to the door frames and door shutters and fitings such as aldrop, tower bolt etc., to be welded with door shutter with required base plates of width 110mm to 120mm and height 150mm to 160mm using same GI sheet, placing in shutter wherever required with propere welding etc., including one coat of primer with red oxide of good quality etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers. Fabrication and supply of GI sheet window of overall size of 1220 mm x 1220 mm using 24 Gauge ( 0.63 mm thick ) G.I.sheet ( I S 277 -1992 ) with MS angle of size 35mmx 35mm x 5mm ( I S 808 - 1989 ) for outer frame alround and "T" section ( I S 1173 - 1978 ) of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for central vertical post 2 nos, 4 nos of hold fasts of size 35mm x 35mm x 5mm , 150 mm long, suitably welded with outer frame and split at the ends, including providing 10mm MS Square rods ( I S 1732 - 1989 ), totally 11 nos placing at 100 mm centers, GI sheet window with 3 shutters, every shutter covered with alround frame using MS angle ( I S 808 - 1989 ) of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm, shutters with vertical grooves (dumpling - machine pressed ) of 25mm width and 15 mm deep at a distance of 60 mm to 75mm , suitably welded to the MS angle frame and GI sheet shutter including fixing 6 Nos of I.O.Butt Hinges ( I S 1341 -1992 )of size 100mm, 3 nos of C.P. hook and eye, 150mm long, 3 nos of handle resting on the MS plate 75 mm x 40 mm x 2 mm thick suitably welded to the shutter/frame wherever required, grinding for smooth finish including one coat of primer with red oxide of good quality etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers. Wiring with 2 of 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100 V grade with ISI mark with continuous earth connection by means of 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100 V grade with ISI mark in suitable PVC rigid pipe 2mm thick with ISI mark on surface run with suitable size concealed 16 gauge M.S. switch box covered by laminated hylem sheet 3 mm thick for LIGHT POINTS including the cost of cable, PVC pipes and specials, brass screws, ceiling rose, flush type 5 Amps SP Mark switch, PVC junction box, 16 gauge M.S.switch box covered by laminated hylem sheet 3mm thick T.W.plugs, cement and labour, circuit mains etc., complete. box, covered by laminated hylem sheet 3mm thick T.W.plugs, cement and labour, circuit mains etc., complete. in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing of 5 A 3 pin and 2 pin combined flush type wall socket with 5 A flush type switch concealed in existing MS box in flush with wall and covered with 3mm thick hylem sheet including cost of wall socket, switch and labour charges,etc., complete as directed bu the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of CFL Bulb for suitable for fixing it to pendent/ bakelite battern holder of best approved variety and as directed by the departmental officers.(The materials should be got approved from the EE before use)

Earthing as per ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.1mt class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less that 40mm and with 20mm dia copper earth flat of size 125mm x50mm x6mm, with funneling arrangement using charcoat, common salt, G.I reducer,. check nuts etc., and mansonry work and providing RCC cover slab 38mm thick for the Brick mansonry including cost of steel and fabrication of reinforcement etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and run off 8 SWG copper wire on walls or below ground level with necessary "U" nails earth work excavation and refilling & including the cost of all materials etc complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing water tight Bulk Head fitting (heavy type) with guard suitable for 100/60W bulb including the cost of bulb, necessary connection cost of materials etc.,complete. in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40W fluorescent fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with conduit pipe suspension from the ceiling with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting with tube etc., complete in all resspcets as directed by the departemental officers.

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm (48") AC Ceiling fan condensor with stepped electronic 300W regulator with in down on the existing clamp as directed by the departemental officers.
