Supplying and fixing in position of 35mm thick Solid Core Flush Door Shutters Double Leaf with TW ply on both sides with TW lipping around 35mm thick on all edges with necessary adhesives and C.P. screws Alu. butt hinges (6 Nos. 125 x 30mm size) Alu. aldrop 1 No. 300 x 16mm size, Alu. tower bolt 2 Nos. 300 x 12 mm size, Alu. tower bolt 1 No. 150 x 12mm size, 2 Nos. Ornamental handle 150mm length, 2 Nos. Alu. door stopper with rubber bush shall be provided as directed by the SIDCO Engineers etc., complete.

Dadooing the Walls with Ceramic Tiles of size 300mm x 450mm x 8mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One of cement and two of M Sand) 10mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.4 Kg / m² including adding suitable colour pigments to suit the colour of tiles including finishing the joints neatly and curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The tiles should be got approved by the SIDCO Engineers before use on the work). (As per TNBP No. 39A)

Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use for any thickness of walls etc., complete

Supply and fixing of existing Modular Partition made with 76.2mm Square post Aluminium section powder coated panel based Modular Partition of required length and height of 1200 mm with Frame Work made up of powder coated aluminium section of size 76 x 56 x 22.2 x 2mm for for full Verticals, 76x52x22.3xx2.3mm for Horizontal section (connectors), 70.8x24x1.7mmfor half vertical, 48 x16x1.25mm top cover section and screwed together using No 10/35 mm hardened and galvanized metal screws. The Frame work shall be made up of 9mm pre laminated particle Board panels, pin-up board and maker board of required width and height. The Right angle turns shall be achieved by using 50 mm square connectors to achieve 2 way, 3 way or 4 way connections as required of approved colour and quality etc. Complete. The rate including cost of all Aluminium sections, pre laminated partical boards 9mm thick and labour charges for cutting and fixing the Aluminium section, pre laminated particle Board and necessary cutting for switch box A/C box fittings and making good look etc. complete. The quality for the all items involved are got prior applrval from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Supplying, fabricating and placing Reinforcement Steel of high yeild strength ribbed bar of various diameter and grade confirming to IS1786 of reinforced concrete work. The work including decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, fabricating and placing in position at all levels and floors including lead and lift according to drawings, specifications, etc complete. Supply and use of 18Gauge black annealed binding wire double fold to tie the bars in position, chairs pins, space bars, unauthorised laps which will not be measured separately neither for payment nor for reconsilation and providing precast cement / pvc cover blocks for main reinforcement to ensure specified cover and as directed. Steel and binding wire will be procured by the contractor at his own cost. (As per TNBP No. 30 & 86)

For Second Floor

Paving the floor with Double Charged Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of M Sand) 20mm thick and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works). (As per TNBP No. 39A)

Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium Sliding Ventilator (Two Track) of any colour with fixed glazing for a height 0.30m. The ventilator should be made with the following specifications. The bottom track should be made of WS 4211 series section of size 82.50 x 41.00 x 1.60mm 1.003kg/m. The top and side track should be made of WS 4212 section of size 82.50x41.00x1.60mm 0.887kg/m. The ventilator shutter top and bottom frame should be made of WS 1686 section of size 60.00x29.00x1.60 mm 0.750kg/m. The ventilator shutter vertical frame should be made of WS 2155 section of size 50.00x29.00x1.60mm 0.723kg/m. The ventilator shutter interlock should be made of WS 1694 section of size 50.00x29.00x1.60mm 0.874kg/m. The fixed glass outer section should be made of H section (4133) of size 41.00 x 40.00 x 2.50mm 0.638kg/m. The ventilator shutters and the top fixed portion should be provided with 4mm thick pin headed glass panels. The glass panel in top fixed portion should be fixed using single glazing clip 4135 of size 25.00x24.00x1.20mm 0.166kg/m.

Conveyance the Surplus Earth to the places shown by the Engineer incharge including loading into lorries, conveying unloading from lorries and spreading in places indicated as instructed by the Engineer incharge with a lead of 1 to 2 km etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting Centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29m height as detailed below with all cross bracings using Mild Steel Sheets of size 90 x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with Welded Mild Steel Angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casurina Props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at not more than 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid). (As per TNBP No. 86 & 86A)

For Ground Floor

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One of cement, one & half of M Sand and three of coarse aggregate) using 20mm gauge HB stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding centering, shuttering and also cost of reinforcement grill in position but including laying, curing and finishing etc., complete and also fixing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slab wherever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (As per TNBP No. 30)

For Second Floor

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Stone Dust in layers, not exceeding 150mm thickness well rammed, watered and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification etc., complete. (As per TNBP No. 24 & 25)

Earth work excavation for foundation in all kinds of soils and subsoils and to the required depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth in places shown with an initial lead of 10 meters and initial lift of 2 meters and clearing, levelling the site etc., complete. (As per TNBP No. 23 & 24)

For Open Terrace

Necessary rubber beading should be provided around the glass panels. The aluminium sections are to be in accordance with IS 1886/1961. Necessary locking arrangements and handles should be provided as per the direction of the departmental officers. The rate includes the cost of transportation and fixing in position with necessary power drill to the extent required and made good to the original condition etc. complete complying with standard specifications. All materials should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before fixing in position.

Supplying and erecting Shuttering with necessary supports for Plane Surfaces such as RCC Column boxing, top & bottom slabs, sill slabs, sunshade with all cross bracings including strutting using silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre etc., complete. (As per TNBP No. 86 & 86A)

Painting New Iron Work with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of Synthetic Enamel Paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work). (As per TNBP No. 66)

Supplying and laying of Rubber Moulded Hydraulic Pressed Paver Block of shapes, colour and texture having a thickness of 83mm and crushing strength of 40 W/sq mm over M Sand bedding with minimum of 50 mm thick using clear M Sand with less than 3% of silt and clay. Each paver block unit is to be placed firmly and providing vibration to the paver block with suitable plate vibrators and vibrating the M Sand into the joints till the M Sand tops and labour charges for fixing etc., complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the SIDCO Engineers. (As per TNBP No. 30)

For Open Terrace

Brick Work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of M Sand) using Fly Ash Bricks of size 230 x 110 x 75mm including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the SIDCO Engineers. (As per TNBP No. 31)

Earth work excavation for foundation in all kinds of soils and subsoils and to the required depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary, refilling the sides of foundation and basement with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed, consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in places shown with an initial lead of 10 meters and initial lift of 2 meters and clearing, levelling the site etc., complete. (As per TNBP No. 23 & 24)

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Well Gravel in layers, not exceeding 150mm thickness well rammed, watered and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification etc., complete. (As per TNBP No. 24 & 25)

Providing and fixing Storage Unit of wide 450mm with any Length and Height using 25mm thick and 18mm thick pre laminated particle boards (Synthetic resin bonded flat pressed 3 layer graded particle board) of regular grade confirming to IS 3087 laminated with edge bonded finish at all edges with 4 Nos of SS Soft Close Hinges, 4 Nos of SS tower bolts 80mm, 2 Nos SS Handle 100mm, 2 Nos of lock. The rate is inclusive of cost of 25mm & 18mm partical boards and other connected materials etc., complete and as directed by the SIDCO Engineers. The quality and colour for all items involved should be got prior approval from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

For Foundation and Basement

Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium Sliding Window (Two Track) of any colour with fixed glazing for a height 0.30m. The window should be made with the following specifications. The window shutters and the top fixed portion should be provided with 4mm thick pin headed glass panels. The glass panel in top fixed portion should be fixed using single glazing clip 4135 of size 25.00x24.00x1.20mm 0.166kg/m.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One cement, four of M Sand and eight of coarse aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for foundation inclusive of dewatering if found necessary, shoring, strutting, side shuttering, ramming, curing and laid in layers not more than 15cm thick etc., complete complying with standard specification. (As per TNBP No. 28)

For Column Centering

Painting New Wood Work with two coats of Synthetic Enamel Ready Mixed Paint of approved quality and colour in all floors including the cost of paint, labour and other materials like brushes, putty, preparation of surfaces and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the departmental officer before use on work). (As per TNBP No. 66)

Supplying and laying Galvalume Colour Sheet of 0.47mm thick including fixing the galvalume sheets with galvalume work bolts, up washers, joints clips etc., complying with standard specification incidental charges etc., complete. The rate including cost of sheets, transporting, bolt & nuts used, erecting charges, tools & plants engaged etc., complete and as directed by the SIDCO Engineers.

For Plane Surfaces

Dismantling Brick Masonry in Cement Mortar walls under 3m high

For Foundation and Basement

Supplying and fixing of Gutter of best approved quality and brand including cost of labour charges for fixing in position over the GI pipes with bolts, nuts etc., all complete and as direted by the SIDCO Engineers. (The brand and quality of GI pipe should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use)

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing Horizontal Level False Ceiling Grid System using mineral fiber fissured angled regular tile (Armstrong World, Techno or equivalent with ISI make) using hot dipped galvanized steel section. Exposed surface chemically cleaned capping pre finished in baked polyester paint. Prelude wall angle of size 3000 x 19 mm x 19 mm used in the periphery of the ceiling fixed to the wall / partition / R.C. Column / bank walls with the help of screws at 600 mm. 2 mm Main runner of size 24 x 32 x 3000 mm suspended at a 1200 mm C/C. by using 2 mm / 3 mm dia G.I. wire hanger and 6 mm adjustable bolt / nut securely fixed to the structural soffit of RC Slab by using 6 mm Anchor Fastener. Prelude cross tee of size 24 x 27 x 1200 mm to be interlocked between in Main runner at 600 mm to be fixed in between 1200 mm long cross tee for forming a grid of 600 x 600 mm. Finally laying mineral fiber Fine Fissured Angled Regular title of size 595 x 595 x 15 mm manufactured by M/s. Armstrong World Industries Ltd, Techno or equivalent.

Painting the Walls with two coats of approved interior Plastic Emulsion Paint of approved quality and shade in two coats over one coat of primer to give an even shade including scaffolding, curing etc., complete. The rate including all materials for putty, primer, emulsion paint and all labour charges and as directed by the SIDCO Engineers (The quality and colour of the emulsion, putty and primer shall be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work). (As per TNBP No. 66A)

Dismantling Pressed Tiles & Weathering Course

Paving the floor with Pre-polished Concrete Anti-Skid Step Tiles of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid using cement mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of M Sand) of 20mm thick base mortar including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.4 Kg/ sqm etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works) (As per TNBP No. 39A)

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Crushed Stone Sand (M Sand) in layers, not exceeding 150mm thickness well rammed, watered and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification etc., complete. (As per TNBP No. 24 & 25)

Painting the Walls with two coats of approved weather shield exterior Emulsion Paint in addition to one coat of approved primer cement paint over cement plastered wall surfaces etc., including cost of Emulsion paint, putty, brushes, watering, curing etc., all complete in all respects and as directed by the SIDCO Engineers (Paints and its shade shall be got approved from the Executive Engineer before using). (As per TNBP No. 66A)

Supplying and fixing Mild Steel Grills as per the design approved to doors, windows or ventilators using MS flats or square rods for inner and outer members including cost of steel & angles and labour for fixing in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers. (As per TNBP No. 86A)

Having fire rating of 60 min. as per (BS 476) noise reduction co-efficient (NRC) of 0.55, sound attenuation of 33 db, light reflectance of 84% thermal conductivity K = 0.052 0.057 W/mOK, weight of 3.5 kg / m2 and humidity resistance at RH 99. The quality and colour for the all items involved are got prior approval from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of M Sand) of 10mm thick including centering, strutting, finishing and curing etc complete complying with standard specification. (As per TNBP No. 56 & 57)

Supplying and fixing Teak Wood Frames for doors, windows, ventilators and any other similar joinery works including cost of teak wood scantling of required length and labour charges for wrought and put up in position and fixing the hold fast for doors, windows, ventilators etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (As per TNBP No. 74(4))
