Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Stone Dust in layers, not exceeding 150mm thickness well rammed, watered and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification. (As per TNBP No. 24 & 25).

Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement, five of M Sand and ten of coarse aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for foundation inclusive of dewatering if found necessary, shoring, strutting, side shuttering, ramming, curing and laid in layers not more than 15cm thick etc., complete complying with standard specification. (As per TNBP No. 28)

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One of cement, one & half of M Sand and three of coarse aggregate) using 20mm gauge HB stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding centering, shuttering and also cost of reinforcement grill in position but including laying, curing and finishing etc., complete and also fixing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slab wherever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (As per TNBP No. 30)

Supplying and erecting Shuttering with necessary supports for Plane Surfaces such as RCC Column boxing, top & bottom slabs, sill slabs, sunshade with all cross bracings including strutting using silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre etc., complete. (As per TNBP No. 86 & 86A)

Supplying and erecting Centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting for Plane Surfaces such as RCC slabs, rectangular beams 'T' or 'L' beams, lintels, bed blocks, staircase, waist and landing slabs, landing beams, canopy etc. with all cross bracings using silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre supported by casurina post of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc. complete. (As per TNBP No. 86 & 86A)

Brick Work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of M Sand) using second class bricks of size 9" x 4 1/2" x 3" including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification. (As per TNBP No. 31) For Superstructure

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing Mild Steel Single Leaf Fully Panelled Door of size 0.90m x 2.10m with outer frame and shutter frame in MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm with MS flat 25mm x 25mm x 6mm and MS sheet of 18 gauge including ventilating arrangements using 20mm square MS rods with locking arrangements including two coats of approved enamel paint over coat of red oxide including cost of angles, plates, sheets, fabrication charges, cost of hold fast and transportation charges etc., complete and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers.

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of Mild Steel Window of different sizes with the following specifications. The outer frame of window made out "Z" section (F7D) of size 33 x 25 x 3mm at 1.419 Kg / m and mullion of "J" section (F4B) of size 45 x 25 x 3 mm at 2.28 kg/m including one coat of red oxide primer etc., complete and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of M Sand) of 12mm thick including centering, strutting, finishing and curing etc complete complying with standard specification. (As per TNBP No. 56 & 57)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of M Sand) of 20mm thick including centering, strutting, finishing and curing etc complete complying with standard specification. (As per TNBP No. 56 & 57)

Painting with two coats of approved weather shield exterior Emulsion Paint in addition to one coat of approved primer cement paint over cement plastered wall surfaces etc., including cost of Emulsion paint, putty, brushes, watering, curing etc., all complete in all respects and as directed by the SIDCO Engineers (Paints and its shade shall be got approved from the Executive Engineer before using). (As per TNBP No. 66A)

Supply and erection of 5.0 HP Submersible Pump as directed by TANSIDCO Engineers etc., complete.

Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches tarter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days.

Supply and fixing 3 Phase Panel Board including labour charges as directed by TANSIDCO Engineers etc., complete.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) (6 points per coil) SD 20

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylem sheet cover for 5A 3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 5A flush type switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC plug point. Wiring with 2 x 4 sq.mm. (56 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box for 15A 3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 15A flush type switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC power plug point. Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard suitable for 11W CFL lamp with CFL. SD 83

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'36W Fluorescent Fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting. SD 87

Construction of Circular Manhole Chamber of following inner dia, steining wall thickness and depth (cover slab bottom to invert level) as per drawing including necessary earth work excavation in all kinds of soils with stone dust refilling, Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One of cement, five of M Sand and ten of aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for a depth of 0.10m for foundation, RCC bottom raft slab for 0.15m depth, RCC circular side wall 0.20/0.23m thick, RCC cover slab for 0.15m thick using RCC 1:1.5:3 (One of cement, one & half of M Sand and three of aggregate) using 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly, channeling with PCC 1:1.5:3 (One of cement, one & half of M Sand and three of aggregate) using 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly, supplying & fixing of 600mm dia FRC Manhole Cover to suit 600 mm clear opening manhole frame and 600mm dia FRC Manhole Frame to have clear opening of 600mm dia to suit 600mm dia FRC cover, bedding and channeling including refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth and depositing the surplus earth with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift upto 2m as directed by the departmental engineers including finishing, curing, cost of all materials, labours, shoring, strutting and bailing out of water wherever necessary etc. complete (As per the type of design of manhole)

Supplying, laying and jointing of following dia of HDPE Pipes of IS 4984 / 2016 using PE 100, PN 6 grade raw material for sewer pipe line including necessary earth work excavation, jointing & laying the pipes to proper grade & alignment, testing the pipes with required pressure of water including cost of pipe, labour for jointing & laying the pipe, refilling the trench as before after the pipes are laid, all lead charges for conveyance of water for testing, dismantling the brick work and making dismantled portion good and as directed by the SIDCO Engineers including shoring, strutting, side shuttering with labour charges and bailing out water wherever necessary etc. complete. (The HDPE pipe should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.)

Supplying, fabricating and placing Reinforcement Steel of high yeild strength ribbed bar of various diameter and grade confirming to IS1786 of reinforced concrete work. The work including decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, fabricating and placing in position at all levels and floors including lead and lift according to drawings, specifications, etc complete. Supply and use of 18Gauge black annealed binding wire double fold to tie the bars in position, chairs pins, space bars, unauthorised laps which will not be measured separately neither for payment nor for reconsilation and providing precast cement / pvc cover blocks for main reinforcement to ensure specified cover and as directed. Steel and binding wire will be procured by the contractor at his own cost. (As per TNBP No. 30 & 86)

Colour Washing two coats over one coat of white washing with fine screened shell lime approved colour pigments gum conjee etc., The rate includes one base coat of white washing, two coats of colour washing and labour charges. (As per TNBP No. 64)

Construction of Chamber of size 0.60m x 0.60m x 0.85m internal dimensions as per drawing including necessary earth work excavation in all kinds of soils, M Sand filling, Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement, five of M Sand and ten of coarse aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard broken stone jelly, brick work in CM 1:5 (One of cement and five of M Sand) using IInd class brick work of size 9" x 4 1/2" x 3", plastering with CM 1:5 (One of cement and five of M Sand) 12mm thick for inside, outside, top & bottom, Manhole Cover SFRC of size 750mm x 750mm and painting two coats of exterior emulsion including all materials & labour charges etc., complete and as directed by the TANSIDCO Engineers.

Restoration of trench cutting in BT Surface of size 2.00m x 1.20m including necessary earthwork excavation, Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement, five of M Sand and ten of coarse aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for a depth of 0.15m over stone dust filling upto a depth of 0.15m and finishing with Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One of cement, one & half of M Sand and three of coarse aggregate) using 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for a depth of 0.15m etc., complete and as directed by TANSIDCO Engineers with standard specifications.
