Dismantling and Re-locating of an existing PVC water tank, with a capacity of 2000 liters (3nos) and demolition of the Brick Work supports on which it currently rests. The first step is to disconnect all piping from the tank, to ensure that the pipes and valves, are not damaged and to convey the same tank to a temporary location as instructed by the authorities. All debris from the demolition will be removed and the debris should be taken away from the site as per information of Board engineers etc.,complete.Once the tank has been safely relocated, the temporary site will be prepared by leveling the surface to ensure a stable base. The water tank is reinstalled at the temporary site, ensuring that all pipe new connections are securely provided and tested against leaks. The work is coordinated with the authorities to meet their requirements and complete the work efficiently within the specified timeframe.

Providing and grouting with single component Polyurethane Foam injection grout at dripping leakage points, grout mixed at ratio of 10:1 (10 parts of Resin: 1 part accelerator) at the rate of 0.40kg/nozzle which will foam after reaction with water/moisture, cream time 20 seconds, rise time 30 seconds, foam expansion more than 30 times. It has a mixed viscosity of 350 cP as per ASTM D 2196. Allow the PU foam grout to cure for 5 -10 mins. Providing and grouting with two component Polyurethane based resin injection grout mixed at ratio of 2:1 (2 parts of Base: 1 part Hardener) which will injected through same nozzle at the rate of 0.30kg/nozzel which gives Adhesion strength 2.5 MPa, Adhesion in wet concrete 1.5MPa, Elongation 80%. It has a mixed viscosity of 350 cP as per ASTM D 2196. The finished cost to include surface preparation, fixing of non-return valve injection packers at dripping leakage locations and damp patch locations, seal the nozzles with polyester resin anchor grout Instant leak plug 0.2kg/nozzle. All the application procedure shall be as per the direction of the Engineer In charge.,etc,complete.

Providing Polymer Coating (Water Proof Coating) for Terrace (Above the roof slab) and the surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foregin, matters lose materials or any other deposits of contamination by rubbing with wire brush. Slurry: Dry blend and polymer liquid blend shall be mixed into the desired ratio as per recommendation of the supplier. The mix shall be stirred thoroughly until no bubbles remain in the mix. Any lumps found in mix shall be removed. Apply first coat of polymer modified cementitious slurry by brush on wet cleaned surface. After drying, second coat shall be applied on the first coat as directed by the departmental officers etc. The rate inclusive of cost of materials and labour, etc., complete.
