Providing and grouting with single component Polyurethane Foam injection grout at dripping leakage points, grout mixed at ratio of 10:1 (10 parts of Resin: 1 part accelerator) at the rate of 0.40kg/nozzle which will foam after reaction with water/moisture, cream time 20 seconds, rise time 30 seconds, foam expansion more than 30 times. It has a mixed viscosity of 350 cP as per ASTM D 2196. Allow the PU foam grout to cure for 5 -10 mins. Providing and grouting with two component Polyurethane based resin injection grout mixed at ratio of 2:1 (2 parts of Base: 1 part Hardener) which will injected through same nozzle at the rate of 0.30kg/nozzel which gives Adhesion strength 2.5 MPa, Adhesion in wet concrete 1.5MPa, Elongation 80%. It has a mixed viscosity of 350 cP as per ASTM D 2196. The finished cost to include surface preparation, fixing of non-return valve injection packers at dripping leakage locations and damp patch locations, seal the nozzles with polyester resin anchor grout Instant leak plug 0.2kg/nozzle. All the application procedure shall be as per the direction of the Engineer In charge.,etc,complete.

Providing Polymer Coating (Water Proof Coating) for Terrace (Above the roof slab) and the surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foregin, matters lose materials or any other deposits of contamination by rubbing with wire brush. Slurry: Dry blend and polymer liquid blend shall be mixed into the desired ratio as per recommendation of the supplier. The mix shall be stirred thoroughly until no bubbles remain in the mix. Any lumps found in mix shall be removed. Apply first coat of polymer modified cementitious slurry by brush on wet cleaned surface. After drying, second coat shall be applied on the first coat as directed by the departmental officers etc. The rate inclusive of cost of materials and labour, etc., complete.

Re-installation of the dismantled 2000-liter PVC water tank(3-nos) in its original location with site preparation, ensuring the leveling and stability of the surface and carrying out the necessary repairs to the foundation or support structures. The contractor will provide the necessary support during this phase to ensure stability. Once the site is ready, the shifted dismantled water tank is carefully reinstalled to its original location without damage. Once the tank has been positioned, all connections, including pipes, valves and fittings, are securely reattached and properly aligned to prevent leaks. Once reinstalled, the entire piping system is tested to ensure that it is functioning properly and has no leaks. Coordination with the authorities is maintained throughout the process to ensure that all work meets the standard specifications as per instruction of Board Engineers,etc.,complete.

Paving the Top of roof with Solar refelective ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)
