Providing PCC 1:2:4, using 6mm HBG stone chips over a roof slab to average thickness of 4cm and plastering with C.M 1:5 12mm thick including cost of all materials, lead, lift, curing and T&Ps etc complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Supplying and fixing of New Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. Supplying and fixing white ORIYA TYPE water closet with flushing cistern of approved quality with 'P' and 'S' Trap embedded the closet with trap to shape in position with brick jelly concrete 32:12:5 using 40mm hard broken brick jelly finishing the top to required shape etc., including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing European Water Closet of best quality and approved make with “P” or “S” trap, double flapped seat and seat cover with brass hinges and 10 litre capacity PVC low level flushing tank with all internal fittings as instructed by the Enginer incharge including cost of all materials labour, lead, lift, T&Ps etc., complete as per standard specification and also giving necessary correction to the PVC pipe and painting the CI brackets with two coats pf approved paint over one coat of red oxide primer, dismantling the masonry and re-doing the dismantled masonry to original condition, etc., complete complying with standard specifications.
