Providing Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 12mm thick including all cost materials,labour lead , lift, etc complete.

Providing and placing in position Reinforced Cement Concrete M 25 with a minimum cement cintent of 400 Kg using broken hard granite coarse aggregate size of 20mm down graded to I.S specified grading including placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts, labour etc., complete but excluding cost of steel reinforcement as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications.

Supplying , fabricating and placing in position of MS/RTS steel reinforcement for RCC works including labour for cutting bending tying and Fixing in position as per specification including cost all materials lead lift cost of binding wire etc complete.

Drilling in the leaking area in masonry portion with 14mm dia hole upto 60mm depth using hand drilling machine, placing the self grip injection packers into the drilled holes and injecting PU foam of make MC Injekt 2700L or equlvalent having low viscosity, solvent free, rigid sealing having compressive strength of 40 N/mm2 double component injection pump with controlled pressure until packer to packer contact is observed or materials rejection including cost of all materials, T & P, machineries, labours, scaffolding, hire charges for suspended platforms, insurance charges, transportation charges, all leads, lift etc complete in scourvent regular gate groove portion in Dam as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.

Providing 20 mm thick special fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar /micro concrete by using FOSROC - RENDROC - HS XTRA or equivalent with Polystyrene fibres and chicken mesh for binding the materials, after cleaning the concrete surface by hydro jetting, roughening the surface and filling the cavities with FOSROC- RENDEROC PLUG, applying a bond coat using FOSROC - NITOBOND-EP @ 1 litre / 4.5 m² and curing using FOSROC CONCURE 1315 including of cost of all materials,water washing, roughining the surface, labour, lead, lift, transport, scoffolding charges, etc. complete in scourvent regular gate groove portion in Dam as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.

Providing cementitious 1:3 mortar for filling of big cavity to the masonry joint upto 30 cm depth complete whereever required, as per specification including coat of all materials, machinery, labour, scaffolding, hire charges of cranes, insurance charges transportation with all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Chipping raised pointing and removing up stream side masonry mortar joint upto average depth of 50mm and removing the loose materials and clearing the joints, packing joints for 25mm with cm 1:3 with hammering and packing rod of different sizes and Filling with cm 1:3 for 25mm top depth and 20mm thick raised pointing for 65mm width over the racked joints in CM 1:3 including cost of all materials working platform rope, ladder, all labour charges, T&P , labour charges for operating hanging platform, curing, etc., complete in right flank saddle dam I & II.

Flush pointing with CM 1:3 including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lfit,etc., complete as per specification for the down stream face of dam including cost of hire charges for suspension platform rope, ladder, all labour charges, T&P ,all leads lifts, curing, etc., complete in right flank saddle dam I & II.

Water washing with high pressure for removal of lime leaching and fungus formation in the D/S face of Dam under hanging condition as per specification including cost of Steripure 100, all materials, labour charges, T&Ps required for the work scaffolding, etc., complete Wherever required as per instruction of Engineer in-charge at site in right flank saddle dam I & II.

Drilling bore holes in dam rubble/masonry with electrically driven hydraulic operated diamond drill using 50NX bit upto a minimum depth of 10m including cost of transporting of machineries, pump, water line and erection with all leads, lifts, etc., complete.

Grouting 50mm Dia grout holes up to bottom level at different stages or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work for grouting in Random rubble massonry portion in the drilled holes of different elevation in stages using packer method of required pressure in each elevation using fine cement of Blains value of about 3500 with 5% Bendonite including cost of cement grouting assembly and other charges of labours and machinery as directed by the Engineer-in-Charges of the work and complying with technical specification. During the process of grouting, the drainage holes in the vicinity of the grout hole being grouted have to be continuously jet washed by the agency during the grout work for Saddle Dam I & II.

Reaming the existing vertical drainage shaft of right flank saddle dam I & II to the entire depth upto a maximum depth of 10 m by rotary drilling from the top of the dam to the drainage gallery level including cost of machineries , equipements, consumables, other materials required for the work , labour charges for operation and cleaning the drille holes, transport cherges for machinery from one place to another place, water charges all leads, lift etc complete in right flank saddle dam I & II.

Painting two coats of approved quality of enamal paint over a one coat primer for steel doors, windows and grills, etc., including cost of all materials , labour, lead,lift etc complete.

Two coats of colour washing with Weather proof emulsion paint of approved quality and colour to over one coat of weather proof primer after through cleaning of the existing surface including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, scaffolding, etc., complete.

Supply, fabrication, erection and painting of hand rails by using vertical supports as ISA 75x75x6mm and horizondal support using MS pipe 2"Ø 3mm thick for top run, bottom 2 runs using 1"Ø 3 mm thick MS pipe at downstream side,up stream side steps providng for take vnotch reading and inspection purpose of drainage gallery of dam and steps providing for approach from quarters to dam including cost of materials, labour transportation etc complete

Painting and lettering of name board including cleaning the surface, painting 2coats primer, one coat base colour, lettering one coat including cost of paint,labour charges, transport,scaffolding charges, all lead, lift, etc., complete.

Loose boulders removal by excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift 2m of loose boulders of various size 150mm to 625mm,including cost of earth moving machineries, transporting charges all lead, lift etc complete.

Dismantling and clearing away from site for pressed tile and weathering course from the roof including cost of all lead, lift etc complete

Providing weathering course with white tiles of size 20 cm x 20cm x2 cm thick over one layer on top as weathering course over brick jelly concrete , using 20 mm brick jelly in slacked lime over RCC roof slab proportion being 32 : 12.5 for a required depth of 80 mm with required slope and well beaten with beaters, etc and placing the tiles one layer using C.M 1 : 3,mixed with crude oil 10 % by weight of cement and pointed with crude oil morter including cost of all materials, labour, lead,lift etc complete.

Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) sections. The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should be co-extruded seals.All tghe hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside.The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam.The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber.

Supply , fabrication , erection of structural steel angle, Chequered plate and MS pipes etc for shed proposed at top of Inspection Bungalow including cost of all materials , labour charges lead lift etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of Galvalume colour coated metal roofing sheet of 0.47 mm thick over MS structural frame in kodayar Inspection Bungalow to arrest water leakage with necessary screws as directed by the engineer at site including cost of all materials , labour charges, scaffolding charges , lead lift etc., complete.

Supplying and laying of RCC NP3 900 mm dia RCC Hume pipe confirming to IS is 458/2003 including cost of pipe as a finished work including all other incidental charges, testing charges including loading, unloading, transport and delivery in good condition at work site as directed by the site Engineer including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Conducting water permeability test as perIS code 11216 in 50mm dia holes in random rubble masonry portion in the drilled holes at different elevation in stage using packer method at required pressures in each elevation including cost of all assembly and other charges of labour and machinery as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work and complying with technical qualifications.

Supply and fixing of new suitable size single stem musical note rubber seal of size 45x100x16 or suitable size with hardness shore A 65-70 as per IS 11855 (2017) for 2 sides for the spillway gate of size (9.14 x 6.10 m) using new SS cover plate, SS CSK bolt & nuts washer, etc., complete after removing the old damaged rubber seal, seal cover plate, bolt and nuts,etc., complete using gas cutting machineries and special tools & tackles without damaging the parent body of the gate and thoroughly cleaning the surface of the seating area as per the instruction of engineer at site and also arresting the gate leakage to the permissible limit as per IS 4622 (2003) including the cost of materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete and less the cost of retrieved materials, which is to be taken away by the contractor.

Supply and fixing of new 100 x 16mm flat type rubber seal with good quality rubber and adequate hardness as per IS 11855 (2017) at bottom of the spillway gate of size (9.14 x 6.10 m) using new SS cover plate, SS CSK bolt & nuts, washer, etc., complete after removing the old damaged rubber seal, seal cover plate, bolt and nuts, etc., complete using gas cutting machineries and special tools & tackles without damaging the parent body of the gate and thoroughly cleaning the surface of the seating area as per the instruction of engineer at site and also arresting the gate leakage to the permissible limit as per IS 4622 (2003) including the cost of materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete. and less the cost of retrieved materials, which is to be taken away by the contractor.

Strengthening the Spillway gate of size (9.14 x 6.10 m) by replacing the distorted bottom members of the spillway gate and sill beam & seal seat supports of scour vent gates using suitable steel structures as per the existing design and IS 2062 (1992) including reduction of realisation of scrap which is to be taken away by the contractor as per the instruction of Engineer at site including cost of removal of the corroded steel structures, all labour charges, Scaffolding charges, concrete chipping & safety equipments charges, transporting charges, loading and unloading charges etc., complete.

Dismantling, overhauling and reassembling of guide rollers, pulleys etc., of spillway gate complete using whatever suitable size/type spare required such as bearings, eccentric pin, oil seal, aluminium bronze bush spacer plate, gasket, spring, etc., with good quality as per IS 4622 (2003) for ensuring the trouble free operation of the above said parts as per the instruction of engineer at site including the cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete and less the cost of retrieved materials.

Cleaning, scraping, and removing the old paint in the existing surface of the spill way gate and painting with two coats of EPOXY coal tar with priming one coat of red oxide Zinc Phosphate of approved colour and quality as per IS and instruction of the Engineer at site, including cost of materials, lead, lift, etc., complete.
