Construction of Wet Mix Maccadam by providing Coarse graded material confirming grading - I and confirming to Table 400 - 10 and Table 400 - 11, mixing at Base mix plant (PUG mill) including cost and conveyance of all materials to Base Mix Plant, conveying the mix in tipper trucks to the required site, spreading the mix in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface to the specified grades and cross section and compaction by 8-10 tonne Vibratory roller to the required density etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for BMP, tipper trucks, Loader, Water tankers, Motor grader, Vibratory rollers and all other tools and plants required including all labour charges, all other incidental charges MORTH Rev 5 etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing and Laying Prime Coat over WBM/WMM surface using 7 kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SSI) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per the Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5 etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing and Laying Tack Coat over WBM/WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RSI) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per the Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5 etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing and laying 95mm compacted thickness dense bituminous macadam using 0.40 cum of 37.50 - 13.20 mm IRC size graded metal 0.35 cum of 13.20 - 2.36mm IRC graded metal and 0.36 cum of 2.36mm and below IRC size HBG metal with 71.30 kg of VG 30/VG 40 bitumen for premixing for 10 Sq.meter includin cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site , heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hoti mix plant 20-30 tonnes capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of75mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by 8-10 tonnes power roller to the required density etc., including labour charges for loading the bitumen in bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire,fuel charges for 20-30 tonnes capacity CMP unit bitumen boiler, tipper ttrucks, paver finisher/9m paver finisher, vibratory /Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charegs etc., incidentakl charges as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 of MORTH Rev. 5.etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing and laying single coat of low viscosity liquid bituminous material using 2.00Kg. of liquid Bituminous Emulsion complying with IS 8887 for 10 sq.m. area over the DBM surface as Tack coat, including cost of bituminous binder including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat by bituminous sprayer etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORT& H specification.

Providing and laying 40mm compacted thickness bituminous concrete using 0.13 cum of 19.0 - 9.5 mm graded IRC size HBG metal 0.17 cum of 9.5-2.36mm IRC graded metal and 0.26 Cum. of 2.36 mm and below size graded metal with 50.30 of bitumen grade VG 40 confirming to IS 73 for pre mixing for 10 Sq. meter and using materials as per table 500 - 17 and staifying the physical requirement for material for course aggregates for BC as per table 500 - 16 of MORTH REV-V including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site , heating the bitumen andaggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 tonnes capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidation 80-100 KN vibratory/Pneumatic road roller to the required density etc., includinglabour charges for loading the bitumen in bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire, fuel charges for 20-30 tonnes capacity CMP unit bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finaisher/9 m paver finisher /Vibratory/Pneumatic road roller , and all other tools and plants requried, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 OF MORTH REV. specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officer.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including refletorising glass beads @ 250 gms per Sq.m. area , thickness of 2.50 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH Specification No. 803. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Road Markers/ Road Stud with Lens Reflector: Providing and fixing reflective Road studs of category 'A' Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / methyl methercrylate/ABS moulded body conbfirming to ASTM - D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro-reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No.RW / NH. 33023/10/97- DO.III dt.11.06.97. The height, width and length shall not be less than 15mm, 90mm and 100mm and with minimum relective area of 13 sq.cm on each side and slope to the basec shall be 35 + //- 5 degree. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 2 of said MORT &H circular. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical Shanks, ( of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2mm and height not lewss than 30 +/ 2mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the enginer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC 35- guidelines and MORT&H specification 804 etc.,, complete and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Painting two coats of black and white bands alternatively each coat separately using black and white enamel paints of approved quality including cost and conveyance of paint, painting articles and utencils, labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and laying 80 mm thick TAMIN heavy duty road paver interlocking block with super embedded anty skid with texture design meeting their international standard size with Zig Zag design with higher loading capacity rate including supply and laying of Quarry dust 50 mm thick, cost and conveyance all other required materials at site and all labour charges for laying, compacting with paver vibrator and lall taxes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

CONSTRUCTION OF RCC SIDE DRAIN

Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murram, etc. except hard rock requiring blasting as per SS 20-B and depositing the same to the low lying area/embankment portion with a initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m in all classes of soil,etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supplying and filling of Stone dust to the required thickness in layers of not exceeding 150mm including cost and conveyance of materilas to work site including labour charges for filling and spreding in layers as specified by the Engineer-in-charge including watering, consolidation , compaction and all other incidental charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One cement, four M.sand and eight Jelly) using 40mm size Hard broken granite stone jelly laid in required thickness including dewatering wherever necessary, well rammed, consolidated etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour to work site for mixing, laying, compacting etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and shuttering to the required height for RCC items using MS Sheets or suitable size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm of boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50cm spaced at 90cm c/c and supported by casuriona props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm c/c complying with standard specifications etc., complete and as directed by SIPCOT Officers - For Vertical surface. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supplying, Fabricating and placing in position steel reinforcement grills using M.S. / R.T.S. rods of required sizes of reinforcement for all Reinforced cement concrete works including cost and conveyance of steel, binding wire,spacer bars, cover blocks, labour charges for unbending of rods, straighteing, cutting, fabricating, tying, lifting, placing in position, overlaping to the required length whereever necessary cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by "SIPCOT" officers. (The steel rods must be Fe 415 grade of any brand with ISI marking and necessary test certicate to be produced before using it at site) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing and laying in position , standardised concrete mix M-25 grade in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20 mm and 10-12 mm HBG ISS stone jelly for including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site excluding cost of centering, shuttering, strutting and cost of MS / RTS Reinforcement grills placed in position but including machine mixing of concrete, laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing,with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claim for extra and and all labour charges for mixing concrete, laying, curing, vibrating charges, hire charges for all tools and plants and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

PROVIDING STREET LIGHT ARRANGEMENTS

Supply, delivery and erection of 9 metre height GI Steel Tubular Pole for street light - Single/Double Arm bracket pole with base plate of size 300 x 300 x 6 mm with 4 Numbers of 20 mm dia. MS " J "bolts of size 750 mm long top - EN8 grade foundation bolts along with Template for the above poles etc., complete with following specifiction. (114.30 mm OD X 5.40 mm thick X 5000 mm length, 88.90 mm OD X 4.85 mm thick X 2000 mm length, 76.10 mm OD X 3.25 mm thick x 2000 mm length) For Single collar Pole etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 120 W LED - Outdoor street light fitting with reputed make and design including supply and layng of 2 core x 1.50 Sqmm copper cable connection from Pole box to fitting etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing foundation arrangements to the street light poles as per following specifications etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Fabrication, supply, installation, of out -door street lighting service pillar box of suitable size made by 16 SWG sheet steel metal fitted with required size of wooden plank board, 1 No. 100 Amps main switch, 3 Nos. of 100A fuse unit, suitable copper bus bars for neutral line, etc., complete. The pillar box fabricated with front double door arrangements with locking facility painted with one coat of primer and 2 coats of aluminium finish. The pillar to be erected with suitable angle iron frame pedestal with concrete grouting etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Fabrication, supply and installation of TNEB service connection distribution pillar box outdoor type of size 1250 mm x 900 mm x 300 mm made out of 16 SWG MS sheet steel with lockable door, with 1 No. 100 A TPN rewirable fuse switch with 12 Nos. 63A porcelain fuse cut-outs with 1No. copper earth link and neutral link and 1 No. of 63 A TP Contactor with 230 V Coil and 1 No. of 24 Hours Timer of L & T make with its contorl wiring power interconnection with 7/16 copper wire from main switch to contactor and contactor to fuse DB etc., complete. The pillar painted with one coat of red-oxide and 2 coats of aluminium finish as required by TNEB etc., The pillar to be installed in angle iron frame pedestal with concrete grouting etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supplying and laying of the following armoured under ground cable aluminium conductor in the trench to be excavated at depth of 1m putting 0.3 mtr. layer of sand brick and refilling with earth and as the specification. The price shall be inclusive of all end termination jointing as required at the site. Necessary cable brackets shall also be taken into account for the cables to be brought into the feeder pillars and lighting cubicle as per ISI 1554 (Pt.II) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

The wall thickness shall be not less than 3 mm, bottom opening door provision for cable termination, mast with suitable base plate, top section full moon type bracket collar suitable to mount 6 Nos 200W LED flood lights with junction box provision, the entire mast to be Hot dip Galvanized not less than 75 microns including transportation charges (with angle ladder provision).etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supply & installation of 1 X 150W Led flood lights on top of the 10 Mtrs Mini mast tower including 2C X 1.5 Sq.mm copper wire from junction box to fitting, etc. (Make: Phillips / Crompton / Bajaj / Havells) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Erection of Mini mast using suitable tools & tackles, crane hire charges, Supply of 2C X 1.5 Sq.mm copper wire from junction box to 1 X 200W LED flood light fitting, 6 Nos & aviation lights etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supply & running of 4 C X 4 Sq.mm PVC unarmoured copper cable from bottom of the mini mast to top of the mast junction box etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Earthing as per ISI specification with an earth elctrode of 2.1 m class "B" GI Pipe of dia not less than 40 mm with copper earth plate of size 125 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm with necessary funneling arrangements with necesssary masonry work and with 38 mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supply and laying of 63 mm dia. HDPE Pipes - PN 6 including cost and conveyance of pipes, and labour charges for laying pipes into ground and refilling cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.
