Providing and laying open graded premix carpet of 20mm compacted thick using 0.18 cum of 13.20mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips and 0.09 cum of 11.20mm IRC HBG machine crushed chips with 14.6 kg of bitumen for 10 sqm of premix carpet including laying of seal coat type A over the premix carpet using 0.09 cum of 6.7 mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips with 9.8 kg of 60/70 grade bitumen per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of chips and stacking them to departmental gauge for premeasurements including cost of bitumen which will be supplied by the department at departmental section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including spreading the same and finishing and compacting the same by power rolling to the specified lines and grades including all labour charges application of bitumen for seal coat over the premix carpet and spreading the seal coat and power roller rolling seperately as per MOST specification 509 and 513 (III revision) including all labour charges hire and fuel charges for mini hot mix plant power roller 80-100 KN capacity and all incidental charges etc., complete.

Clearing Surub jungle without alignment for the widening of the formation of the road cutting of trace up to 30mm girth products the cleaning are to be stocked in such a place as ordered by the departmental officer and the ground shall be left in a perfectly clean condition. All holes of hollows whether original , existing (or) produced by digging of roots shall be carefully filled up the earth well rammed and levelled of and the entire work completed in all respect as per SI 17(2) Km 2/0-4/9

Providing and laying TACK COAT over the WBM surface using 4.00 Kg of bituminous emulsion RS-1 for 10 sqm. Including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by the department at section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying tack coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.
