Providing and laying Tack Coat over the Primer surface using 2.50 Kg of Emulsiom bitumen as binder for 10 Sqm. area including cost and conveyance of bitumen which will be supplied departmentally at departmental section store at Union Office and cost of the same which will be recovered from the contractor's bill at the rates specified in the special condition appended herewith including conveyance of bitumen from 'section stores to worksite handling charges of bitumen from section stores to worksite handling charges of bitumen at both ends and including all labour chargesfor cleaning the surface before the application of bitumen binder and heating the bitumen to the required temperature including labour charges for applying tack coat uniformly including hire charges of bitumen sprayer (with self heating and pumping arrangement) and all other tools and plants employed and also as directed by the Engineer incharge and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 505 of most specifications.

Provision for Road Marking with Hot applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising Glass beads on Bituminous Surface including all charges etc complete.,

Provision for KM Stone

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick bituminous macadam using 0.20cum of 26.50 -13.20mm, 0.43cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.08cum of 2.36cum of 2.36mm & below size IRC metal with 37Kgs of bitumen for premixing per 10sqm inclduing cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to requied temparature and mixing the min required temparature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks top a versite spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidted by 8-10 tonne vibrratory / Pneumatic roller to the requied density etc inclduing labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 to CMP with bitumen boiler tipper trucks paver finsher/ 9m paver finsher vibratory /pneumatic oller and all other tools and plant required inclduing fuel and all other incidental charges etc complete as per specification

Provision for HM Stone

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water as per 20A

Picking the existing BT Surface including all charges etc complete.,

Provision for Name Board cum Citizen Board etc.,

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 150mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Earth work excavation for foundation in all clauses of soils and sub soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and boiling out water whenever necessary et complete complying with standard specification

Strengthening the road from Pudukottai trichy road to Periya Sooriyur Road (via) Chinna Sooriyur Km 2/0-4/0 (R 66)Package No:10....Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burryingng and burning etc.,Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X '3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c )and supported dy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification.

Providing and Laying gravel soling to compacted thick including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to works site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required proctor density at 100% compaction at optimum moisture content and hire & fuel charges for power roller, water sprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights etc, complete. Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix ( one cement four sand and eight aggregate)using 40mm gauge hand broken granite tone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found ecessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted,etc., complete complying with standard specfication
