Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and applying Prime Coat with Bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) using Emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.70 kg per sqm on the prepared Granular surface (Wet Mix Moisture/ Wet Mix Macadam layer) treated with Primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (ii)

Providing and applying Tack Coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using Emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared Granular surface (Water Bound Macadam Gr III layer/Wet Mix Macadam Layer) treated with Primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (ii)

BC 25/30/40mm Thick (Grade-II) Using VG30 Bitumen and Plastic Waste  Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 25/30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 46.28kgs of VG30 bitumen and 4.02Kgs of Waste Plastic for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Provision for HM stone at each Furlong/Hectameter - 200m (regular intervals) as per standard dimensions and specifications mentioned in the departmental specifications etc., complete

Provision for KM stone at each Kilometer - 1000m (regular intervals) as per standard dimensions and specifications mentioned in the departmental specifications etc., complete

Providing and laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., complete as per MORT&H specification No.803. - Road Marking with Hot applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface.
