Supply and run of 1" x 1/8" (25mmx3mm) tinned copper flat with necessary clamps/supports on all / floor/ ground for earth connection.

Outgoing : (1)Supply and fixing of 630A TPN Double break switch with HRC Fuse—2 Nos, (2) Supply and fixing of 400A TPN Double break switch with HRC Fuse—3 Nos. Inter connecting the all LT ACB’s and Switches to bus bar with suitable insulated tinned copper flats and painting/PVC sleeve color coding of phases and neutral indication. Double Earth connection of the switches and ACB’s to earth bus using suitable tinned copper flats by 2 runs of 1” X 1/4”. Supply and fixing of RYB LED lamp arrangements with toggle switches to control each phases and with rigid connection in suitable separate compartments within the cubicle as per CEIG rules with 1set, supply and fixing Electronic Trivector meter EC,300N class 0.5 flush mounting L&T or equivalent make–ModelER300N., Supply and fixing of danger board with Siemens grey powder coating with super scribing the names of places to which supply is fed feeder sizes of cables direction of cables etc. Erection of panel board complete with suitable foundation bolts and nuts including suitable M.S Channel, concreting ,testing and commissioning (L&T,C&S,SIEMENS,ABB)

Supply and clarnping of 3.5x185sq.mm PVC LTUG armoured LTUG cable on post or on wall with MS Clamps. ( From Main Panel to Laundry)

Supply and erection of 200 KVAR 415/440Volts 50Hz 3 Ph automatic power factor correction panel, 8 stage, (at 0.95 lag), made up of powder coated, 14/16 SWG CRCA sheet steel enclosure with 1 1/2" x 1 1 1/2" x 1/2" AI Frame work with RCC concreting foundation and bolted to masonry pedestal with 400A triple pole MCCB as incoming (L&T/Siemens/C&S) with Delta Connected capacitors (BCH/EPCOS) MOO Type operating in multiple stage with 3 current and Voltage Transducers (CVT) at the phases simultaneously to activate the desired power factor switching time between steps 120 seconds, switching off time in case of fault 3 seconds with a LCD display to show the following Parameters.
