Supply of Plain Steel chair of standardised and customised with following specification. The frames are made of 2.54 cm MS round hollow pipes. The seat and backrests are provided with CR sheet of 16gauge. The backrest is of size 17"x12" and seat is of size 18"x18". They are firmly welded to frames. All joints should be grinded smoothly and without burrs and applying of electro powder coated with the colour as specified by the department officer. The rate inclusive of cost of all materials, welding charges, bending charges, labour charges, electro powder coating, transportation as applicable and supply to worksite.

Manufacturing and supplying of steel cup-board / wardrobe of size 3'X7'6"( width 18") standardised and customised. The rack shall be made of 1mm thick,18 Gauge CR Sheet for front side, sides, top & bottom and 20 gauge CR sheet for rear side (ISI & ISO Certified) which are to be profile folded at all the edges for all sides of cupboard. The plates for compartments (18" width - 4 Nos) are made with 18 gauge CR sheet. It includes one locker arrangements of size 38"X18", shall be located at middle horizontal rack with locking arrangements. Bush arrangements and front double leaf shutter arrangements made with the CRCA sheet with 6mm thick toughened glass and stiffened with 60 microns powder coating. The rate Inclusive of cost of necessary ornamental handles, hinges, painting, power consumption, loading, unloading, transportations to site of work and installations etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of Aluminium Natural Colour Mat finish Fixed Glazing the glass used shall be of 5 mm thickness. The Aluminium Section are to be anodised under electrically controlled condition as per IS 1868/1962 for an anodic film thickness of 15 microns. All the materials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before execution of works.

Manufacturing, supplying and placing in position Plywood Dias of size 3.60x1.80m of height 0.20m supported with two Nos. of horizontal scantling of size 75x50mm across the Dias. All the 4 sides and top is covered with 19mm commercial plywood. The Dias is fully covered with red cushion carpet and step is provided of size 600x600x400mm comprising of two threads and two riser complete complying with standard specification. The cost is inclusive of supplying, fixing of all materials, labour & carving charges, conveyances and all other incidental charges etc. complete complying with standard specification. The ply wood Dias shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.

Manufacturing and supplying of T.W. Executive Chair (For Judges) of size 21" x 24" x 54" made of T.W Scantling of size 3" x 2" shaped to design seat and back with plastic cane knitted, and the legs are made of 15 mm Dia Carving TW. Then 50mm thick LATEX FOAM covered with cloth will be fixed. All T.W. Portion fitted on steel revolving base, wooden portion with polish finish etc., complete complying with standard specification. Specification for curved modular wooden table - 25mm Pre laminated particle board for table top (as per approved shade) , 18mm Pre laminated particle board for legs, shelf, dividers and sides and 8mm Pre laminated particle board for front curved side. Top to be fixed with screw connecters and metal clamps. Each cubicle, shall be provided to following size . The top of the table was covered with Pre laminated particle board and on three sides for a height of 76cm. Floor bushes shall be fixed at wherever necessary. The outer vertical planks shall be made of 25mm thick exterior grade both side pre laminated particle board (ISI & ISO certified). Other than vertical planks,18mm thick exterior grade both side pre laminated wood particle board (ISI & ISO certified) shall be provided. Necessary holes with neat PVC edge finishing shall be provided for mic arrangements. The particle board cutting edges are finished with PVC edge banding. Manufacturing and supplying of Teakwood Chair with cushion seat back with good rexine finish. The type design for the grills should be got approved by the departmental officers before execution.

Manufacturing and supplying of Steel Senior plain Cupboard of size 3' L x 1.5'B x 6.5'H. The cupboard shall be provided with 20 gauge CRCA sheet for sides and 18 gauge CRCA sheet for doors. The cupboard shall be divided into 5 compartments with 4 plates of 20 gauge CRCA sheet. ISI grade Aligarh branded lock shall be fixed. The cupboard shall be Coated with 70 micron thick powder coated with seven tank cleaning process. Manufacturing, supplying and fixing of Teak Wood Dias of size 6.00x3.00m of height 0.60m consisting of vertical members made up of 75x75mm teak wood leg of 34 Nos and top connected with Teak wood scantling and tie member of scantling of size 100x75mm and Teak wood bottom scantling and intermediate of size 50x40mm and tied with nails and wooden plugs and the Top portion is finished with 25mm water proof plywood over which red cushion carpet has been provided. Front side and one side face is covered with 6mm teak ply. All the exposed teak wood surfaces should be polished with best lac polish finish.
