In-situ fabrication, erection and assembly of fire fighting discharge water storage tank made up of carbon steel which includes supply of hot rolled structural steel members such as plates, angle, channels etc., conforming to material standard IS 2062-2011 Grade E250 Quality- A, nozzles and flanges etc.,. Scope also includes fabrication such as marking, cutting, rolling, edge preparation, fit-up, alignment, welding of plates,nozzles and structural members using SMAW/GTAW process complete in all respects as per drawings and technical specification. Scope of work includes preparation and submission of detailed drawing for approval of EIC, handling, transportation, shifting of pre-formed/fabricated sections through existing personal entry staircase, further shifting through doors to the actual equipment location at (-) 7.2m elevation, arrangement of manpower, erection and assembly at the actual equipment foundation & fastening wherever required, scaffolding, P&M, tools & tackles, all consumables (including welding electrode, nuts, bolts, washer etc.), etc.,. Scope of work also includes non-destructive testing, water fill testing, providing & applying of NPCIL approved painting (Inside and outside) as detailed in Section-V.
