VRF Indoor Units: Supply & installation and commissioning of Indoor floor standing unit. The indoor unit shall have independent electronic control valve to control the refrigerant folw rate respond to variations of the airconditioning load of the room. The fan shall be aerodynamically designed turbo multiblade type. Statically and dynamically balanced to ensure lowest noise. The cooling coil shall be made of seamless copper tube. The tube shall be Hydraulically or mechanically expanded and tested for 21Kg/cm2. The minimum Energy Efficiency Ratio shall be as per ASHRAE STANDARDS 90.1 -2001 table 6.2.1B. The cassette/ ducted type indoor unit shall have the inbuilt drain pump arrangement. Indoor units shall have a wireless/ wired remote control, as per Specifications and as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supply, Installation, Testing, vacuumising, refrigerant charging of suction & discharge lines of 16G Copper tube conforming ASTM B280 with 19mm thick insulation by nitril rubber tubular covered by polyshield tape connecting the indoor units and outdoor units with supports like clamp,threaded rod ,anchor fastner,nut ,bolt & washers as directed by engineer. The work also includes providing pressure testing of tubing with nitrogen, arrangement of consumables, necessary tools, tackle, manpower, scaffolding, supply of clamp supports along with rubber pad,tray, brazing gases, filler wire, flux etc. for completion of work. The work also includes preparation and submission of erection reports for acceptance of NPCIL.

Supply and application of anti corrosive Paint in Structural Steel: The work includes a) Surface preparation by grit blasting, supply and application of zinc rich epoxy primer of thickness 75 to 80 microns as per technical specification b) Supply and application of High build Epoxy finish paint in two coats (150 to 160 microns) and to get overall DFT (including primer) of 230 to 240 microns on structural steel surfaces as per the instructions given in technical specification.

Identification, marking, mounting and setting up machine, performing core cutting of reinforced concrete wall/floor using diamond core drilling of required size, removing and disposal of debris & cleaning the area. VRF Outdoor Units: Supply & installation and commissioning of Digital/ Invertor based compressor with Variable Refrigerant Flow [VRF] system (with R-410 A) connectable to multiple indoor units. Outdoor unit shall be factory assembled weather proof casing constructed from heavy gauge mild steel panels with epoxy coated painting. The unit shall be completely factory wired and tested with necessary controls. The compressor shall be highly efficeint Digital scroll type controller. The aluminium fins shall be covered with anti-corrosion resin. Unit shall be equipped with oil recovery system to ensure stable operation with long refrigerant piping. The minimum Energy Efficiency Ratio shall be as per ASHRAE STANDARDS 90.1 -2001 table 6.2.1B . The COP of the system shall be greater than 4 under ARI conditions for 100% load . The unit shall be compatible for BMS operation, as per Specifications and as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supply, installation and commissioning of wall mounted/ cassette type Independent split Air conditioner units meeting the technical requirements specified in technical specification & rated cooling capacity, given below; The scope of work includes a) supply and installation of copper tube (min 3 length - liquid & gas lines individually) with insulation material and power & communication cable, comsumables such as fasteners and ODU bracket, b) pressure testing, vacuumising, refrigerant charging and commissioning of the units c) Supply of IDU LCD remote controller, voltage stablizer of required rating as per technical specification. Supply, fabrication and Erection of GI Ducting and fittings: Supply of Galvanized steel sheets confirming to IS: 277-2008, designation GPD, grade of zinc coating 275 of 1.0 mm thick sheets, transportation, preparation and submission of Incoming material inspection report (IMIR), storage, preparation of duct/ fitting fabrication drawings for engineer’s acceptance, cutting of sheets to required size & shape, bending, rolling, edge preparation pitts burg lock seam/ grooved seam, spiral seam for circular ducts and rectangular ducts & fittings such as bends, elbows, taps, T-joints, reducers of various sizes, collar piece, erection of ducts & fittings at site with metal flanged connection.
