Providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking trips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour ,T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per drawings and specifications

Providing and laying Dense graded bituminous macadam 50 mm thick with 100 - 120 THP hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder at 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler, trnsporting the hot mix to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandom rollers to acheieve the desired compaction as per clause 507 of MORT & H specifications complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 40mm thick with 100 - 120 THP hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder at 5.4 to 5.6% by weight of total mix and filler, trnsporting the hot mix to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandom rollers to acheieve the desired compaction as per clause 509 of MORT & H specifications complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887 using emulsion pressure distibuter including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom. with rapid settling emulsion on bitumen surface @ 0.25kg/sqm. as per clause 503 of MORT & H specifications complete in all respects .

Providing and applying prime coat using slow setting bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887 on prepared surface of granular base incl;uding clearing the road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 6kg/10sqm, as per clause 502 of MORT & H specifications complete in all respects

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range53 mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge, as per clause 406 of MORT & H specifications complete in all respects.

Providing and Fixing reflective road studs of ‘category B’ Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate/ABS moulded body and reflective panels(bi-convex reflectors) with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro-reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTMD4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular no RW/NH.33023/10/97-DOIII dt 11.06.97 and the length ,height and width of the body shall not be less than 100mm,15mm and 90mm and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3mm. The marker shall support a load of 13635Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Lenses shall be moulded of polycarbonate of methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788. The area of each retro –reflector surface shall be 35+5 degree to base.
