Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Hydraulic door closure

Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level.

Dismantling / removing / demolishing as the case may be of the following by manually/mechanical means and carefully stacking the serviceable materials at site of work or conveying and handing over the same at BHEL stores and disposal of unserviceable materials by transporting and dumping in the near by low level areas within a lead of 100 metres. All as per instructions of Engineer- in-charge.

Providing and fixing PVC water pipes and specials conforming to ISS on walls and floors with clamps at one metre spacings, joining with proper adhesive as suggested by manufacturers, cutting and making good the wall etc. complete. (internal work - exposed on walls)

PVC Pipe 18/20 mm OD (10 kg/Sq.cm)

Providing and laying PVC water pipes and specials conforming to ISS in trenches, joining with proper adhesive as suggested by manufacturers etc. complete. (External work) Earth work excavation for trenches and refilling will be paid separately

PVC Pipe 63 mm OD (6 kg/Sq.cm)

Rectifying to the weathering course tile joints by scraping the old mortar joints to a minimum depth of 12 mm with wire brush and cleaning the surface of all dirt, loose mortar etc., pointing the grooved joints with CM 1:3 thoroughly mixed with Roff plaster master solution (100 ml. of plaster master liquid to be mixed with not more than 40 litre of water for one bag of cement), finishing the pointed joints smoothly, proper curing etc. complete.

Providing weathering course on top of roof slab with one course of split tiles or pressed flat tiles of 17 to 20 mm thick and of approved brand & size, set in cement mortar 1:3 with an admixture of crude oil at 10% by weight of cement, 12 mm thick bedding layer including pointing the tiles with the same oiled mortar etc., complete, all as per standard specifications

Attending to leak at roof slab and wall joint. The scope of work includes clearing the tiled terrace surfaces to be free of dust, loose particles, algae growth and atmospheric deposits, filling small blow holes if any with CERAFIL 45/ TEC TILE 12/ Sika Grout/NACC Tile Grout/Dr. Fixit Crack-X and providing primer and top coat of CERAFLEX/TEC WAVE 3000/Sika Raingard/NACC High Flex single component/Dr. Fixit New Coat highly flexible membrane SQM 335.50 coating including curing adequately .All as per manufacture's recommendation/ standard specifications and instructions of Engineer-in- charge. Providing one coat of Antifungal coating - tec touch /Cera re-played/Sika Multi guard or Sika gard 67/NACC acrylic/Dr. FIXIT DAMPGAURD - protective and decorative coating system as per manufacturer's recommendations/ standard specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.The scope of work includes surface preparation including cleaning the wall surfaces to be free of previous coatings, dust, loose particles, algae growth and atmospheric deposits, filling small blow holes if any with putty. Providing and fixing in wall panelling made of Anutone Eckel soak plane of any approved colour and shade of size 1200 x 600 x 23 mm thick groove edge having density 400 kgs/cum, weight 4.20 kg/sqm, with high impact resistance, recyclable environmentally free, UV-stable resistant to fading, natural surface for mid and high frequencies sound absorption installed on H-Splines having UV surface PVC vinyl core of thickness and length 2400 mm, which are fixed to synth panels with necessary crews etc. The synth panels are be made of synth polyester fibre 25 mm thick (synth) PF*10*25 mm) adhered to aluminium framework which is fixed to the wall. The synth is to be back lined to acoustical infill soak plane and fixed to aluminium framework and SS chicken wire mesh etc as per the directions of the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying & Fixing in position at all floors matt finished Alu.work for skirting 50mm, with extruded builtup standard sections of bottomline aooroved skirting or any other approved equivalent make and quality, fixing with fasteners of required size. Alu. Section shall be smooth , rust free, straight and jointed mechanically wherever required, panelling, screws all complete. All complete as per detail drawing, as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
