Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

For plane surfaces such as rectangular or square RCC columns, sunshades, top and bottom slab of RCC boxing, etc.

Brick Partition Walls using II class ground moulded chamber bricks of size 9"X43/8"X 23/4" in C.M 1:3 using hoop iron reinforcement,if found necessary standard specification including finishing, curing,etc., complete complying with standard specification - 10 sqm

For foundation and basement

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 20mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and erection of iron vertical post made with 150 x 150 size square tube of 3.00m height and one number of 150 x 150 x 16mm size m.s plate is used on base plate and same is welded at bottom of the vertical post and one number of 150 x 150 x 16 mm size m.s plate is used as gueset plate is welded at top of the same post and necessary holes are provided at the base plate and gueset plate at an appropiriate places. the iron post is erected vertically in correct alignment position used with hydralic power crane and the post embeded on the R.C.C. Concrete bed and tightend with base plate in anchor rod using with heavy type nut. the rate including cost of materials, laboure charges such as cutting, welding, drilling, Power consumbtion charges etc complete., and the iron members are painted with one coat of anti corrosive at sincromat primer and with two coat of best enamal paint, and loading and unloading charges conveyance and any other I.C etc. complete., as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and erecting special type iron Truss made up of 50 x 50 x 6 mm M.S Double Angle one at roof top 2.50 m length another at bottom 3.00 m length The height of the ridges at one side is 0.90m and another one is in front side is 0.90m .The intermediate and slope angle isto be same as 50x50x6mm angle necessary clit plate are provided on trus top at an appropiriated places . necessary holes are provided in the angle for connecting the vertical post. the special type truss may be erected on face of the vertical post in correct alignment of position used with hydralic power crane of including cost of heavy type bolt, nut washers etc complete And including cutting, drilling, Grinding, power consumption charges etc., complete the iron membrs are painted with one coat of anticorrosive sincromate primer and two coat of best enamel paint, loading and unloading transportation charges and any other incidental charges etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of Special type colour Galvanised sheet of 0.50mm thick of approved quality and best varitey with necessary ridge sheet and rate including cost of necessary bolt,nut,washers etc., complete and ercting the Galvanished Sheet in correct alignment in position used with hydraulic power crane or necessary scoffolding etc., and the rate is including cost of Loading, unloading,Transportation charge and any other I.C etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying,fabricating and fixing of Iron purline made with 75 x 40 mm M.S Tube and necessary holes,clit plates are provided on the M.S Tube at an appropriate places as directed . And including cost of bolt,nut,washrs etc,. Complete The iron members are painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of enamel paint. The rate is including cost of welding, drilling and fixing the purline with correct alignment in position and including cost of Loading, unloading,Transportation charge and any other I.C etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabrication supplying and fixing of steel sitting bench of size 2.50M L x 0.45 wide with 50x 20ms tube is top of the bench six row and 8 Nos of legs are povided with 40x40 MS tube and necessary back rest are provided with MS tube 50x20mm size. The rate is including cost of welding , grinding and painting one coat of primer and two coat of best enamel paint etc complete.

Supplying and fixing in position Cement based hydrualically pressed Anti-Skid tiles (pattern design) 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick and pointed with same colour of cement etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and fixing in position of Name board by using the M.S square pipe of size 35x35mm alround the name board and intermediate vertical pipe is same as above. 1mm Aluminium Sheet is fixing on the top of M.S pipe and the name board and imported reflected sticker lettering is fixing on the name board etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cost material,loading & un loading, Transportation charge and any other I.C etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of sizes 305mm X200mm X 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour l Set in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement ,two sand) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.
