Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS staandards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials) For foundation & basement

Ground floor

Fly Ash Bricks in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 230 x 110 x 70mm including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT

Special Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix using 10mm thick including all cost and conveyance etc. complete as per standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix using 12mm thick including all cost and conveyance etc. complete as per standard specification

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification. - 10 sq.m

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Supplying and fixing rain water PVC rain water down fall pipes of 4kg/cm2 variety of 110mm PVC Pipe including charges for fixing them in position with necessary shoes, bends, clamps, TW plugs, screws, nails etc., complete.

White washing plastering area with cement paint tow coats with etc complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats for Exterior surface with approved Exterior Plastic Emulsion paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mix enamal paint of approved colour and trade for doors & windows including cost and conveyance of all materials and all other labour charges etc., complete.

Weathering course with broken brick jelly of 20mm size mixing of slacked lime required ratio and required slope and as directed by the departmental officers, as per standard specification.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 20x20x2 and pointing with cm 1:3 pointing red oxide etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying Steel Door and windows as per standard specification Door of size 0.90mx2.10m

Supplying and fixing of RCC Jolly as per standard specification

Supplying and erriecting, centring for plane surfaces structures such as RCC slab, beam etc., inlcuding strutting upto 3m height using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm x and B.G 10 stiffened with M.s angles of size 25 mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over country wood (silver Oak) joists of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm spaced at 90cm centres and supported by casurina props of size 10 - 13cm dia spaced at 75 cm centres including necessary cross bracings\ etc., complete complying with standard specifications 10 m2 Centering.

Supplying and fixing of grill work, grill design approved by department engineer etc., complete, cost including all materials costs, labour chrages, conveyance and all other costs etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying, cutting, bending, tying and fixing in position of M.S (or) RTS Grills for RCC works including cost of steel and blinding wire etc., complete.
