Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - Upto 1.50 m depth below G.L.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1 : 1 1/2 : 3 mix ( one Cement one and half sand and three hard broken granite stone of 20mm size hard broken granite stone) for ventilator of dia. 0.45 m with 0.05m thick. including the cost of men & materials complying with standard specification and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Above 1.50 m upto 4.50 m depth below G.L.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed Cement paint of first quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including preparing the surface, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply ,delivery and fixing of RCC inside Access ladder of size 0.10x0.15x4.14m with steps of size 0.15x0.05x0.45m at an interval of 0.3m c/c using M30 concrete and RTS reinforcement with main rod of 10mm 4 nos. for Rib and 8mm stirrups at 0.15m c/c and with main rod of 8mm 2 nos. for each step with 8mm distributer at 0.1m c/c including cost of all materials , moulding charges, all labour charges finishing curing etc.. complete as directed by TWAD Board officers. For storage depth of 3.00m

Plain Cement Concrete 1: 4 : 8 (One cement, Four Sand and eight hard broken granite stone of size 40 mm ) for levelling course for fountation including curing, finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the TWAD Board officers

Providing cut stone 0.45X0.45 X 0.15 m set in CM 1:3 mix below inlet pipe including the cost of men & materials complying with standard specification and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Upto 3.30 m above GL - Circular column

Supply, Delivery and fixing of Outside MS Ladder of 45cm clear wide made out of 50mmx50mmx6mm MS angle for sides and steps in 16mm plain rods fixed at 30cm c/c welded, jointed etc, and as directed by TWAD Board officers.

3.30 m to 4.30 m above G.L. - plane surface

Supply , delivery and fixing of enameled water level indicator of approved design and pattern (graduation in metric system) with required all accessories as directed by TWAD Board Officers. (The rates including loading , unloading, conveyance charges but excluding GST)

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank within an initial lead of 10 m and the following lifts and classfication of soils. Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil ( SS 20B) - for first depth of 2m

up to 3.30 m above GL- curved surface

Upto 3.30 m below GL - Circular column

Supplying and fixing in position of 0.60 x 0.60 m size RCC Manhole on the roof slab including the cost of men & materials complying with standard specification and as directed by the TWAD board officers.

Refilling the foundation with excavated earth (other than sand) including watering, ramming, consolidating etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

From 3.30 m to 4.30 m above GL- curved surface

Pipe connection work to sump including cost labour, materials etc. (SEPARATE SHEET)

Provision for change in Soil classification

Provision for levelling, clearing light jungle .

Centering for soffits of reinforcement concrete slabs or plain surface including strutting upto 3m height using m.s. sheet of size 90cm and BG 10 gauge stiggened with welded MS angles of sizemm x 3mm laid over oak (Country Wood) Joints of 10cm x 6.5cm space - Upto 3.30 m below G.L. - Curved surface

Painting TWAD Board Emblem in accordance with the size and specifications as approved by the Board on the side wall of Sump including cost of all consumable, one coat of base paint etc complete and as directed by the TWAD Board officers

Filling with clean river sand complying with standard specification including watering ramming and consolidation etc., complete and as directed by TWAD BOARD Officers.
