Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (One cement, two sand and four aggregate ) using 20mm HBG metal from approved quarry,including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges ( excluding cost of centering charges ) for laying,finishing and curing etc, complete as per the standard specifications.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS staandards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials) - Upto Basement

Supplying and fabrication placing in postion of RTS Steel Rods forrequired size and length as directed by the departmental officers design including bending cutting tying and cost of binding wire cost and approvedconveyance of all materials to site etc., complete as per standardspecification

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) 20mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications (S.I.309).

Picking the existing BT surface upto 50mm thick as directed by the Departmental officers and collecting the picked up salvaged metal and stacking the same for reuse and depositing the debris excludung cost of materials including all labour charges for picking and all other tools and plants employed of the work and including all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per standard specifications as per clause 111,112,202, 900 & 305.4.3 of MORTH - Vth Revision etc.,complete.

Wet Mix Macadam (Table 400-13) :Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, as per clause 111,112, 406 & 900 of MORTH Vth Revision etc.,complete.

Advance Patch work 13.20mm Providing Advance Patch work using 50mm consolidated Thickness by using 1 m3 of 13.20mm IRC Metal with 44kg of Bitumen per 1 m3 of Metal For Pre Mixing For existing surface advance Patch work including cost and conveyance of materials to the work site and stacking them to the departmental metric gauge for the premeasurement, heating the bitumen in bitumen boiler, heating the aggregates and mixing them with bitumen in mini hot mix plant for premix carpet only rolling by 60-70KN power roller for premix carpet and seal coat separately including labour charges for spreading the mix for premix carpet application of bitumen for seal coat over premix carpet, including labour charges for spreading seal coat separately over premix carpet etc. including higher charges and fuel charges for , bitumen boiler and all other tools and plant employed etc. complete as per of MoRTH Rev - V Specifications

Prime coat :Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I type) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/Square Metre using mechanical means as per clause 111,112, 501, 502 & 900 of MORTH Vth Revision - over WMM/ WBM

Tack coat - Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I type) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per Square Metre on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 111,112, 501, 503 , 900of MOR TH Vth Revision - over granular surfaces treated with primer

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0.25 cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23 cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20Kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min. required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to worksite, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20- 30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher /9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 40mm/30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50 mm graded metal and 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.26 cum of 2.36 mm & below metal with 46.28 kgs of 60/70 bitumen & 4.02Kgs of free of cost Plastic waste (Total-50.30 kg) and for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to C M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 40mm / 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory roller to the required density etc., including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit,labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t C M P with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks, paver finisher, Vibratory rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc.,complete using C M P specifications clause No. 111,112,507 & 900 of MORTH vth Revision complete in all respects - Grading II

Raising the existing Manhole to road surface with PCC 1:2:4 Mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost of Former works for centering for inner and outer inculuding cost of Dismantling existing manhole raising, refining and curing charges etc., completed as per standard specifications

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per Sqm area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35 the finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc. complete as per MORT & H specification No.803
