(No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials) -

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix (one cement four sand eight aggregate) using 40mm ISS gauge HBG metal for foundation including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for mixing, laying, ramming, curing concrete etc., complete as per standard specification.
