Providing Brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse river sand) using bricks of class designation 50 in foundation and basement wherever required, all as per relevant specification, drawings and as directed, scaffolding, curing including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete

Preparing the external and internal surfaces of walls and providing plastering in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement: 5 fine river sand) 12 mm thick to the required finish, curing etc., all as per relevant specification, drawings and as directed including all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools, equipments etc., complete.

Providing and fixing PVC Coated GI chain link fencing of 2.40m high of mesh size 50mmx50mm and 3mm thk of G.I wire to the M.S. angle post and M.S. flat all as directed at site of work including all labour, equipments, transport, fuel, materials, tools, plants, scaffolding etc., complete. Note: MS angles posts and MS flats shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supplying, fabricating, and fixing MS Structural Members like MS Angle, MS Plate, MS Flat, MS Channels required for fencing posts, Structural member for holding the PVC water tank, Structural members for Height guard as required at site or as directed and other similar type works by cutting, welding, with Bolts & Nuts etc. in position as directed at the site, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position by welding/bolting/riveting etc., as directed including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, tackles, scaffolding etc., complete. Note: The Cost is exclusive of Primer and Paint, which will be shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Painting the MS Structural Members like MS Angle, MS Plate, MS Flat, MS Channels with 2 coats of epoxy paint over one coat of zinc chromate primer all as directed including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, tackles, scaffolding etc., complete. Note: The brand and shade of the Primer and Paint should be get approved by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position M.S. Grill gate of approved design to suit the size of the door opening in the fencing, made out of MS Flats of size 20 x 6mm with necessary MS Spindle clamps to fix the gate to the existing MS / Structrual frame arrangement in the fencing by Welding including painting with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of Zinc Chromate primer all as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, equipments,scaffolding, transport, fuel etc. complete. Note: 1. The weighment of the MS Grill and accessories will be done at site using the approved weighing scale in the presence of Engineer’s representative. Necessary chargesfor transport, weighment etc., will be borne by the contractors. In case the specified MS section is not available in the market , the nearest alternative section may be used after approval of Engineer’s In-Charge.

Supplying, and fabricating TMT Fe 500D bars for reinforcement and placing it in position for all RCC members as shown in the drawing including handling, cutting, bending and tying with 1.25 mm dia black annealed binding wire wherever required including all materials, labour, lifting, tools, equipments, etc., complete. Note: The rate shall be inclusive of cost of steel, binding wire and fabrication charge etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position water storage tank (1000 Litres), black in colour with cover, vertical cylinder or horizontal cylinder type of approved design of “SINTEX” or of approved equivalent make and quality with G.I fittings and hoisting / fixing on roof at height with all allied works complete as per manufacturer’s specifications including all labour, materials, tools, equipments etc., all as per specification, and as directed etc., complete.

Providing and fixing rigid PVC pipe of 110mm dia (Truebore or Finolex or equivalent) (6kgf/cm2) conforming to IS 13592 with for sewage water including providing necessary bends, shoes, specials etc., inside ground, including earthwork excavation to the necessary depth, maintaing slope to maintaing flow of water, refilling including joining the pipe with suitable adhesives all as per drawing relevant specifications and as directed including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, scaffolding etc., complete.

Providing and fixing 1 HP motor jet pump of approved make all as per manufacturer specification and fixing the same in positions with suitable starter all as directed including electrical connection fixing with electrical on/ off switches wherever required and necessary wires , fuse carriers all labour, materials, tools, equipments etc., complete. Note: Payment will be made for this item after completion of successful testing of pump to assure the suction of water from the source.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing of Retro-Reflective Road Sign Board of size of 1.80m x 0.90 m made out of rectangular corner micro prismatic grade sheeting confirming to IRC 67:2010 & Type XI standards of ASTM D 4956-09 specification and fixed over 2mm thick aluminum sheet back support frame of stainless steel supported by 50.8mm NB stainless steel pipe all around and 63.8mm NB pipe vertical post firmly fixed to the ground by means of foundation with RCC embedding the pedestal into ground. The information message shall be made out of cut out letters in green colour transparent overlay film as per IRC 67-2010 Guidelines. The board should be supported by 2 nos, vertical 63.8mm dia SS 304 g pipe and 25 x 25mm SS angle has to be fixed over the pipe all round and connecting the horizontal pipes vertically at two places at the backside.
