Providing and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) 78, solar reflection 0.70 and initial emittance 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including prepatation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies , terraces etc, consisting of following operations. (a) Applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water -proofing compound confirming to IS 2645 including cleaning the surface before treatment, (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabsand as directed by Engineer-In-Charge including all labour, materials ,tools etc., all complete (c) After two days of proper curing applying a secound coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645. Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineerin- charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test, All above operations to be done in order and as directed and and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge including all labour, materials ,tools etc., all complete With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurras point.

Polishing in high gloss/matt finish melamine clear polish on wood work in required color/wooden shade texture with following process in the sequence as detailed below: 1. The surface to be polished is rubbed with sand paper 80/120 no. and then with sand paper of 160/180 nos. 2. Applying two coats of sealer with spray gun and allowing sufficient drying time for 1st coat and 2nd coat is allowed to dry for 8 to 12 hrs. 3. On drying of sealer coat, wet rubbing with emery cloth of finer grading with ample water to remove excess sealer layer and make the surface further smooth after this wet rubbing, then surface is applied with special grade melamine fillers to fill all the small and big holes/grooves etc. Filler coat to be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hrs on which again a light wet rubbing is done this surface is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. 4. On this, 1st coat of melamine polish is applied with spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner in required proportion. This 1st coat is allowed to dry for 24 hrs then this dry surface again fine wet rubbed smooth, which is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. The final melamine polish is applied with compressor pressure spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner mixed in required proportion complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. - PARITION & DOORS.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides , ball bearing and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including all labour, material, tools, scaffolding, etc. Complete.

Supply, fabrication, transporting, assembling & erecting in place, the Pre-designed, Pre-Engineered Prefabricated Structure including all columns, rafters, purlins, portals, trusses, beams, plates, sag rods, canopy etc., with all primary & secondary structural members, etc complete for PEB shed having dimension of 9.46m x 10.46m and canopies as per drawing. All fasteners to be used for fitting the roof and holding surface should be of non rusting coated. This item also includes Design, Preparation and submission of design details, detailed fabrication drawings for Pre Engineered Building. The design and drawings to be provided as per the IS norms in applicable zone and shall be submitted to KPL/ consultant for their approval. The job also includes providing monkey ladder in approved design, section thickness for safe access to roof. steel grade E350A, conforming to IS-2062.

PARTITIONS

Providing and fixing 75mm thk Full Height Veneer finished PLY wood Partitions using 25 x 50mm anodised aluminum section framework @ 600 c/c bothways with horizontal noggings at floor and soffit, both side skinning with 12mm thick veneer finished PLYwood. All electrical/network switch boxes, niches to be boxed/packed with adequate reinforcement using PLYwood. The aluminium channel to be provided at intersection of two materials. The partition may have 6mm thk glass panels at specified areas as per the drawing fixed with veneer finished PLY Jamb lining all around. Note cost to include aluminum frame upto actual ceiling (frame to be anchored to actual ceiling). Complete as per drawing and directions. FALSE CEILING
