Earthwork excavation for foundation in all types of loose/hard soil and depositing the spoils with an initial lead of 20m and lift upto 2m including refilling etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying PCC 1:4:8 mix for foundation/ flooring work, etc. using 40mm and below grade hard blue granite jelly including all form works, mixing, laying, compaction, consolidation and curing, etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying PCC 1:2:4 mix for foundation/ flooring work/kerb wall drainage wall, etc. using 20mm and below grade hard blue granite jelly with water proofing compound (Sika/Perma) including all form works, mixing, laying consolidation and curing, etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying brick masonry in CM 1:6 using well burnt country brick of minimum size 22.9x11.2x7cm for foundation/kerb wall/wall upto 4.5m height from ground level including all scaffolding, staging, curing, etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and fixing twisted reinforcement IS 1786 HYSD bars Fe500D/Fe550D (TMT bars - TATA/ Agni/ JSW) including fabrication, cutting, bending, cold tying, with overlapping to the standard length wherever necessary and placing the reinforcement in position as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including binding, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges, necessary scaffolding, staging, safety arrangements, etc. complete for all RCC works as per standard specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 for RCC works using 20mm and below grade hard blue granite jelly with specified reinforcement (rate excluding the cost of reinforcement) and all mixing, laying, compaction, leveling, consolidation and curing, etc., including the cost of centering/shuttering work, necessary scaffolding, staging, safety arrangements, etc. complete as per the specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, plastering with CM 1:4 mix 15mm thick one coat floated hard & trowelled smooth etc for floors & walls upto 5m height with neat finishing and necessary grouting, necessary scaffolding, staging, safety arrangements, etc. and mix with for flooring work only, etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, plastering with CM 1:3 mix 15mm thick one coat floated hard & trowelled smooth etc for floors & walls upto 5m height with neat finishing and necessary grouting, necessary scaffolding, staging, safety arrangements, etc. and mix with water proofing compound (Sika/Perma) for flooring work only, etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying PCC 1:2:4 mix for roof terrace flooring/ sunshade/ inner side of parapet wall work using 6mm chips and below grade hard blue granite jelly with reinforcing welded MS plaster mesh (1"x1") including providing 2 coat of polymer coating [Water Proof Coating (Sika/Perma) as per the desired ratio of manufactured product - The mix shall be stirred thoroughly until no bubbles remain in the mix, any lumps found in mix shall be removed. Apply first coat of polymer (water proofing agent) modified cementitious slurry by brush on wet cleaned surface. After drying, second coat shall be applied on the first coat etc.] for said portion, before applying water proof coating the surface shall be cleaned and remove all dust, foreign matters loose materials or any other deposits of contamination by rubbing with wire brush, etc. and all form works, mixing, laying consolidation and curing & necessary scaffolding upto 20m height from ground level, etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing, laying, dadoing the floors with 10-15mm thick teracotta pattern floor tiles (matte finish) (Somania/Kajaria/Qutone) make of size 300mm x 300mm of approved quality and shade fixing with CM 1:2 – 10mm thick, etc. including neat cleaning, grouting and edge finishing with shaded colour joint filler complete etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of paints and painting two coat with emulsion paint (Asian/Berger/Nippon) 1st quality of approved shade over a coat of cement primer for the external/internal masonry surface upto 20m height and above from ground level, including thorough scrapping, cleaning, removal of dirt, all tools & tackles, sandpaper and scaffolding arrangements, etc. and applying putty touch-up works wherever required, etc complete as per specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of paints and painting two coat with 1st quality enamel/touch wood paint of approved shade (Berger/Asian/Nippon) matching to the existing for all doors, windows, false ceiling, etc. including thorough cleaning and removal of dirt and applying wood sealer/primer and putty wherever required including necessary scaffolding arrangements, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and fixing Sintex make PVC door of size 750x2100mm including hinges, handle and locking arrangements, etc. complete as per specification and as per the directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying 20/25mm CPVC Astrol/Ashirvad pipes including all specials CPVC/brass such as bend, elbow, reducer, tee, solvent cement, MTA & FTA etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying 20/25/32mm ID PVC finolex/Ashirvad/Astral super thick pipes including all specials such as bend, elbow, reducer, tee, diverter solvent cement, etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and laying 110mm dia ID PVC finolex/Ashirwad/ Astral (6Kg) pipes including all specials such as bend, elbow, reducer, tee, solvent cement, etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing, and fixing of stainless steel handrails (height 0.85m) for staircase near wet riser using 50mm dia 304L grade stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick will be provided with tubular supports made of 304L grade stainless steel pipe of 25mm dia of 1.60mm thick welded to the railing. The supports will be grouted into the wall and provided with 93mm thick stainless steel circular base plate of 304 grade. The rate shall be included for grouting into concrete/adhesive bonding agent with necessary supporting arrangements the hand rail in floor polishing, buffing, bonding, cutting, grinding, conveyance, welding charges, electrical charges, etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and fixing partly glazed and partly heavy type aluminium door (Jindal) of size 1500x 2100mm consisting of 47.60x 44.50x1.50mm at vertical and top horizontal frame and bottom 100x44.50 and 5mm thick plain glass at top and 1.8mm aluminium alloy sheet at bottom including rubber beading, door divider, aluminium clips, brass pivot, hinges, door lock and door closer Dyna/Everite make, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and fixing of 1st class Malaysian Vengai wood Ventilator of overall size 0.6x0.45m consists of outer frames 75x50mm and 3no. round bars with louvered arrangement with 4mm thick 4nos. of plain glass(125mm wide) and painting two coat of enamel paint (Asian/ Berger/ Shalimar) over a coat of wood primer etc. including removal of existing door with frames and provide proper anti-termite treatment and fixing new frames with masonry works complete with neat finishing, etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing, laying and fixing electrification concealed (polythene pipe) point with required wire (make: Finolex/Havells/Polycab), switch box, switches (Make: Polycab/ Havells) with all required necessary fittings including chipping, routing, clamping and all other incidental charges, etc. complete as per the specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and fixing 500 ltrs. capacity Sintex water tank with all inlet and outlet pipe fitting arrangements and 20mm brass float valves, ball valve, etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and fixing the CP & sanitary fittings: Parryware Wall Mounted Basin (Ultra White JOY Model No. C042B1C) with necessary accessories (waste coupling, waste hose, etc.) as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and fixing of roof sheet with 0.47mm thick powder coated sheet/ powder coated end curved sheet [TATA - Durashine/JSW colouron+ ( blue / red)] with riveted joint/necessary fixing arrangements to suit the existing M.S. angle/channel, purlin, GI pipes, etc. including necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements , rain water collecting bowl with all conveyance charges, loading/ unloading charges, etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Minimum required overlapping is 15cm).

Supplying, fabricating and fixing of required size ISI standard GI TATA Structura pipes Square/ Rectangular/Circular of thickness 1.8mm-2.2mm for roof, shed, etc. including painting the pipe with two coat with 1st quality epoxy paint of approved shade (Asian/Berger/Nippon) over a coat of epoxy primer (Asian/ Berger/ Nippon), including necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements, etc. complete as per specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Square & Rectangular: IS: 4923 & Circular: IS: 1161/IS3601).

Engagement of Mason for miscellaneous works complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Required materials will be issued by company on free of cost).
