Supplying and placing in situ Controlled Reinforced cement concrete of grade & total minimum cementitious content as specified (cement + fly ash) for kg/Cu. M, using OPC conforming to IS 269-2015 or latest edition and with required fly ash conforming to IS 3812 Part -I / ASTM C-618 Class F. Fly ash should be blended at site such that fly ash content should not exceed 20% by weight of total cementitious content. Coarse aggregate used should be hard granite machine crushed (with VSI technology only) graded stone aggregates with maximum size of aggregate not exceeding 20mm size. Note:- 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture conforming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor.
3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

Strengthening of RCC members with CF wrap system: Providing and applying single layer 400 gsm Carbon Fibre (CF) wrapping of 'Cera Cfr Membrane or Fosroc NITOWRAP CWS 450 or MasterBrace FIB 230/400 or approved equivalent' for the severely deteriorated RC members/portions after comprehensive repair such, such as columns, beams and stair case soffits. The application includes necessary surface preparation, such as grinding and application of compatible putty if required to remove any irregularities on the surface, then application of primer (two part epoxide resin system with 1:1 mix proportion) at 4-6 sqm/kg mix and leave it for drying (preferably 4 to 6 hours or overnight). Then one coat of saturant on the surface, pasting the dry CF cloth against the saturant. After this there will be stamping by brushes and rolling to saturate the cloth and followed by application of second coat of saturant and again repeated rolling to saturate the cloth etc., complete. The saturant shall be two part epoxide resin system with 1:1 mix proportion and coverage of 1.5-2.0 sq.m/kg. Mix the application of primer and saturant will be done by brush, etc. complete all as per manufacture specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
