Conveying the surplus excavated earth & debris, boulders and spoil by mechanical means and depositing at places inside DAE installation identified as Dumping yard as per requirement with a lead specified below including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding Stack / Truck measurements. 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.

Lead charges for lead Exceeding 2 kilometre but not exceeding 3 kilometre

Providing Acid / Alkali resistant flooring and dadooing and wall cladding using 12mm thick Acid / Alkali resistant tiles of pelican or approved equivalent make as per IS:4457 including preparation of surface applying one coat of primer, application of 10mm thick mastic membrane, laying of tiles in potassium silicate based mortar of 2mm thick and pointing the joints with to a depth of 10 to 12mm with CNSL mortar etc., cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per manufacturer’s specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (1) The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement. The job shall be got executed by specialists in this line. (2) The tile cladding work to be done at existing plastered wall surface and hence removing of existing painting from wall, and hacking prior to fix tiles are included in this scope of item. (3) Scaffolding will be paid separately under relevant item.

Providing and fixing PVC corner beading / nosing of approved quality and colour at the corners and edges of the ceramic tiles dadooing including finishing and embedding in the wall etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing and relaying of RCC precast slabs of various thickness, size including stocking at site and relaying the same from the stock, also removing and stacking, transportation, relaying, levelling and compacting of Sand / Crushed Sand from the existing paved area, including pointing the joints of relayed slabs using cement mortar 1:5 complete all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Chipping the area of pocket for fixing anchor bolt system consist of existing water proofing material, APP membrane sheet etc., up to the Concrete surface to the correct size of 250mm x 250mm, 100mm depth in area without disturbing the other areas at all levels by chisel chipping including stacking material and disposal of unserviceable material within 200 metres lead complete all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1) The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 2) Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3) The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

M30 grade with 370 kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete for all floors

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid units, slabs, exhaust fan moulds etc., in reinforced cement concrete of 1:2:4, using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork & moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing pointing the precast RCC slab with cement mortar 1:3 between the joints of precast slabs and the jointing/pointing into a depth of 40mm and to the full width available into the existing slab, including curing, cleaning as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for precast slab size upto 600x600mm.

Providing and fixing M.S. bolts including nuts and washers, foundation bolts/threaded bolts of approved size, quality and make as per requirements complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of existing Galvalume sheets including labour charges, safety equipment’s, house keeping, ladders for access, hand rails, working platform (jalli) at required levels and hand over the same to the IGCAR departmental stores all complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing of 10 mm thick Twin walled polycarbonate sheet UV coextruded 50 micron of make M/s.Tuflite or approved equivalent on both sides of approved colour weighing 2.1 kgs per sqm, Top layer of the multiwall has to be 1mm thickness and Light Transmission as required by the Architect / Engineer-in-charge and fixing it over the existing structure using 60 mm Aluminium Top and Bottom Extrusion with suitable EPDM rubber beading. The Aluminium Bottom will be fixed to the Purlins using and SDST screw of 15 mm long at every 450 mm C/C @ 2 screw per location. The Multiwall Polycarbonate sheet has to be positioned over the bottom Aluminium fixed with EPDM rubber beading with an edge engagement of minimum 20 mm per side and 5 mm Expansion allowance and fastened by fastening the Top Aluminium ( EPDM rubber positioned) over the Bottom aluminium using SDST screws of 40 mm length of reputed makes like Corroshield / ITW / Hilti etc. Compatible RTV Silicon sealants in clear colour may be applied at the Junction of Top aluminium and Polycarbonate to additionally protect water ingress. The Multiwalled Sheets long ends may be sealed using Self adhesive Aluminium Foil tape and closed using a U-Aluminium section to prevent ingress of Water and Dust in the Cell structure of the Multiwalled sheets complete with all Tools and Tackles required for the effective completion of work all complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Necessary Test certificate for Twin walled polycarbonate sheet (UV Test certificate along with picture) to be submitted by the contractor.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment’s/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, providing and applying painting Two coats of polyuerthane paint on steel surface and other required internal surface at all levels with Apcothane CF 675 PU 240 Nickel Grey paint of Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer to give and even shade including one under coat of suitable Epoxy/PU primer, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required shall also be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and fixing 6mm thick fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) Rain water gutter of size 200x200mm fabricated using two coats of Isophthalic grade Uv stabilized gel top coating followed by reinforcement of chopped stand mat and woven roving duly impregnated with unsaturated polyster isophthalic resin with extra reinforcement of MS strip of size 25x3mm at a distance of 1000mm C/C starting from one end of the gutter to be embedded with the gutter at all elevations complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing PVC rain water downtake pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A and PVC SWR Fittings & specials conforming to IS:14735, ‘Finolex’ or other approved equivalent make of pipes, fittings & specials including jointing with seal ring / with PVC solvent adhesive including fixing in walls/columns using clamps, anchor fasteners, bolts and teakwood packing pieces, joint testing etc complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. - PVC SWR Rain water pipe 110mm outer dia

Providing and applying chemical compound for fresh reinforcement bars anchoring using Hilti Hit - RE 500 - SD - 16mm dia as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats of polyurethane paint on steel surface and other required internal surface at all levels with Apcothane CF 675 PU 240 Nickel Grey paint of Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer to give and even shade including one under coat of suitable Epoxy/PU primer, preparation of the surfaces, complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing Homogeneous PVC sheet, 2mm thick, conforming to IS:3462 latest edition in flooring and skirting (Polyfloor or approved equivalent make) in approved pattern, colour & shade on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesive of approved quality and manufacturer like Dunlop-S -758, or Fevicol SR 998, or approved equivalent including cleaning & preparation of surface, levelling small undulations with plaster of paris if required , rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg all complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

Providing and Fixing Homogeneous Anti-static (ESD) conductive with foil backing PVC sheet, 2mm thick sheet flooring and skirting ('LG royal or pastel' or 'Armstrong' or approved equivalent make) in approved pattern, colour & shade on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesive of approved quality and manufacturer like Dunlop -S -758, or Fevicol SR 998, or approved equivalent including with backing 0.1mm thick and 25mm width copper foil gridding of size 3 meter x 3 meter and fixing with acrylic adhesive cleaning & preparation of surface, levelling small undulations with plaster of paris if required, rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg all complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing Venition vertical blinds of Luxaflex or approved equivalent make and approved colour pattern with vanes of 100mm width made up of non woven polyester fabric which are suspended from the silt travelers by self aligning vanes hooly of effective optimized system, vanes shall be coupled together by means of bead chain pivotally attach by closing to each side of each weight and other accessories required complete all as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge.   Note: 1) Sample shall be got approved before commencing work. 2) The above work shall be got executed from approved manufacturers.

Providing and fixing reflective / non reflective type sun control polyester film ‘Garware’ or approved equivalent of required shade & colour, pasted to doors/ windows glazing as per requirement including cleaning the surface before and after pasting complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, removing the existing damaged parts and fixing in position the following approved make and type hardware fixtures with suitable screws/nuts and bolts etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. - PVC rubber of all types leading gasket etc., for windows, sliding shutter/door shutter all as directed.

Providing, fabricating and fixing of 304 grade Stainless Steel Flat of approved size and make including welding, fixing at site etc. for the wind tie at above roof area (Elevation of 20M) with necessary fittings, screws, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing G.I bolts including nuts and washers of approved size, quality and make as per requirements as per specifications and drawings complete all as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge.
