Providing Acid / Alkali resistant flooring and dadooing and wall cladding using 12mm thick Acid / Alkali resistant tiles of pelican or approved equivalent make as per IS:4457 including preparation of surface applying one coat of primer, application of 10mm thick mastic membrane, laying of tiles in potassium silicate based mortar of 2mm thick and pointing the joints with to a depth of 10 to 12mm with CNSL mortar etc., cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per manufacturer’s specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (1) The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement. The job shall be got executed by specialists in this line. Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item.
Note: 1) The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 2) Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3) The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

Supply & fixing of 10 mm thick Twin walled polycarbonate sheet UV coextruded 50 micron of make M/s.Tuflite or approved equivalent on both sides of approved colour weighing 2.1 kgs per sqm, Top layer of the multiwall has to be 1mm thickness and Light Transmission as required by the Architect / Engineer-in-charge and fixing it over the existing structure using 60 mm Aluminium Top and Bottom Extrusion with suitable EPDM rubber beading. The Aluminium Bottom will be fixed to the Purlins using and SDST screw of 15 mm long at every 450 mm C/C @ 2 screw per location. The Multiwall Polycarbonate sheet has to be positioned over the bottom Aluminium fixed with EPDM rubber beading with an edge engagement of minimum 20 mm per side and 5 mm Expansion allowance and fastened by fastening the Top Aluminium ( EPDM rubber positioned) over the Bottom aluminium using SDST screws of 40 mm length of reputed makes like Corroshield / ITW / Hilti etc. Compatible RTV Silicon sealants in clear colour may be applied at the Junction of Top aluminium and Polycarbonate to additionally protect water ingress. The Multiwalled Sheets long ends may be sealed using Self adhesive Aluminium Foil tape and closed using a U-Aluminium section to prevent ingress of Water and Dust in the Cell structure of the Multiwalled sheets complete with all Tools and Tackles required for the effective completion of work all complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Note: Necessary Test certificate for Twin walled polycarbonate sheet (UV Test certificate along with picture) to be submitted by the contractor.
