Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 using 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications.

Supplying and placing in situ Controlled Reinforced cement concrete of grade & total minimum cementitious content as specified (cement + fly ash), using OPC conforming to IS 269-2015 or latest edition and with required fly ash conforming to IS 3812 Part -I / ASTM C-618 Class F. Fly ash should be blended at site such that fly ash content should not exceed 20% by weight of total cementitious content. Coarse aggregate used should be hard granite machine crushed (with VSI technology only) graded stone aggregates withmaximum size of aggregate not exceeding 20 mm size. Fine aggregate used shall be either natural river sand or crushed stone sand (with VSI technology only and should be washed in water to remove finer particles, the micro fines particles of size less than 75 micron shall be less than 7%) (Zone I /II) conforming to IS 383 – 2016. The cost includes weigh batching, required chemical admixtures, mechanical mixing/Ready mix supply plant mixing, transporting/transporting by Transit Mixers, pumping using Concrete pumps/ placing with crane buckets etc., at all levels, lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other & all structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary, including compacting, finishing, curing (For a period of at least 10 days), providing construction / contraction / expansion joints, pour strips etc. but excluding centering, shuttering and reinforcement (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Rate to include all materials, labour, tools /tackles, plant and equipment, supervision, etc. complete. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture conforming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

M30 grade with total minimum cementitious content (cement + fly ash content not exceed 20 % by weight of total cementitious content) 380kg/cum of concrete at all levels

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Conveying the surplus excavated earth & debris, boulders and spoil by mechanical means and depositing at places inside DAE installation identified as Dumping yard as per requirement with a lead specified below including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding Stack / Truck measurements. 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.

Lead charges for 1st 1 kilometre or part thereof

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment’s/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like trusses, purlins etc. using MS hollow / circular / square / rectangular tubular sections including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and fixing M20 anchored G.I bolts of length 250mm with a thread length of 75mm butted with a base plate of size 35mm x 35mm and 8mm thick including nuts and washers of approved size, quality and make as per requirements as per specifications and drawings complete all as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers of approved size, quality and make as per requirements as per specifications and drawings complete all as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for the following floors.

for Basement and Ground Floor

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, 20mm thick in two coats including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing and laying factory made precast Kerb stone of M20 grade cement concrete of size 100mm thick and 500mm plus or minus 50mm depth with suitable interlocking arrangement, top chamfering of size 50x70mm or as approved size, including excavation, conveying the precast kerb blocks in position to the required line, level and curvature, making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curves shall not be more than 5mm), jointing / pointing the joints with cement mortar 1:3, refilling the sides, compacting, making drainage opening wherever required etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment and precast kerb stone shall be approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 using crushed stone sand and using hard granite stones obtained from approved quarry with bond stones at 2.00 metres apart for foundation, basement and in superstructure, compound/boundary walls, including sizing of stones if required, raking out joints, scaffolding, curing etc., complete all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all lifts.

Providing Flush pointing over the random rubble masonry wall with cement mortar 1:3 using crushed stone sand at all levels including scaffolding, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing gravel/murram backing/filling 75mm thick (consolidated thickness) for underfloor/plinth beam or as specified by Engineer, including spreading gravel in uniform layers, watering, ramming, consolidating by hand/mechanical roller, dressing the top surface to the required level complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete in all respects as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (5th Revision or latest) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

for Grading-II material

Providing and laying 25mm thick Indian patent stone flooring and skirting with cement concrete 1:2:4, using 10mm and below size hard broken granite stone jelly and crushed stone sand including dividing strips, laying in panels, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surface smooth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with premium Plastic emulsion paint (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of cement primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with Acrylic emulsion paint (ACE or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium (Anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 Minimum Anodic coating of grade AC 15) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 and IS:1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required. (fittings, Glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately). Note: 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered Joints. 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Providing and fixing IS: 3564 marked Al die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with necessary accessories and screws etc. in wooden doors / steel doors with necessary bolts & nuts "Everite/ Hardwyn" or approved equivalent make complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 4 Lever Dead/Mortice Lock ‘Godrej/Everite’ or other approved equivalent make suitable for aluminium door with a pair of keys all complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazing with 6mm thick clear Float glass pane in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with Neoprene gasket including cost of neoprene gasket complete as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing "Sandwich" puf roofing sheets of approved manufacturers made out of 0.47mm thick colour coated Galvalume AZ-150, 550mpa colour coated RAL 9002 on top, 0.35mm thick AZ-70, 350mpa color coated Galvalume RAL 9003 liner with centre core made with 50mm thick Polyuerthane of Density 38kg/Cum to the required size as per the site condition (Approximately 1.0m width and 7.0m long) necessary over lappings, driven screws, labour for fixing in position transportation etc, including providing necessary flashing by folding bottom sheet to cover the puf portion at the exposed edges/ends et., and side faces of extreme end sheets etc., trimming, cutting to profile foam fillers all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as per manufacturer specification. Note: Only laid area without overlapping will be measured for payment.

Supplying and fixing Rolling shutters of approved make as per ISI standards made out of required size of Galvanised Iron Laths interlocked together throughout entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipes shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside & outside locking all complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs grade No 2. and G.I Top cover of required thickness for Rolling Shutters.

Rolling shutters Gear operated type with handles including top hood 1.25mm thick

Providing and fixing wind operated turbo ventilator SIMA or equivalent of 600mm dia (24") along with suitable FRP/aluminium base plate matching to the existing roofing profile, including necessary flashings to make the interface between the sheet and the turbo base shouldbe considered of following throat dia & cutting of puff sandwhich panel/ poly corbonate sheet by suitable cutting tools all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Turbo vetinatilator sample should got approval before bulk purchasing.

Removing and Shifting the scraps up to a lead of 1 km comprising of MS structural steel, MS plates and MS rods etc. of various sizes, shapes, thickness and diameters including lifting and loading to lorries with help of crane / hydra with riggers and helpers and transporting to the specified locations inside the central stores / Work shop and unloading the above materials from the lorries with the help of above said and stacking the materials separately according to their group etc. complete including cost of machineries, tools, slings and required numbers of skilled and unskilled labours etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick rubber moulded with vibratory compaction Factory made cement concrete precast Interlocking paver block of M30 grade made and approved size, shape, design, colour & pattern including laid over 100mm thick compacted bed of crushed stone sand (coarse sand), filling the joints with coarse sand, compaction mechanically etc. all complete all as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before procurement.

Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid units, slabs, exhaust fan moulds etc., in reinforced cement concrete of 1:2:4, using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork & moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 6mm thick fibre glass reinforceed plastic (FRP) gutter of size 200x200mm fabricated using two coats of Isophthalic grade Uv stablilized gel top coating followed by reinforcement of chopped stand mat and woven roving duly imprignated with unsaturated polsyter isophthalic resin with extra reinforcement of MS strio of size 25x3mm at a distance of 1000mm C/C starting from one end of the gutter to be embedded with the gutter at all elevations complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing PVC rain water downtake pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A and PVC SWR Fittings & specials confirming to IS:14735, ‘Finolex’ or other approved equivalent make of pipes, fittings & specials including jointing with seal ring / with PVC solvent adhesive including fixing in walls/columns using clamps, anchor fasteners, bolts and teakwood packing pieces, joint testing etc complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
