Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 20mm thick in two coats including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing Rough cast plastering 20mm thick at all elevations and levels consisting of 8mm thick rough cast in cement mortar 1:3 using 6mm to 10mm size hard granite stone, over a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:5 for external faces, including scaffolding, curing, providing grooves wherever required complete all as per specification & drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates including weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

M30 grade with 370 kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete for all floors

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. (The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces.)

Conveying the surplus excavated earth & debris, boulders and spoil by mechanical means and depositing at places inside DAE installation identified as Dumping yard as per requirement with a lead specified below including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding Stack / Truck measurements. 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.

Lead charges for lead Exceeding 6 kilometre but not exceeding 7 kilometre

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4.5:8 using 20mm maximum size graded aggregates including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications.

Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 using hard granite stones obtained from approved quarry with bond stones at 2.00 metres apart for foundation, basement and in superstructure, compound/boundary walls, including sizing of stones if required, raking out joints, scaffolding, curing etc., complete all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all lifts.

Demolishing Stone rubble masonry (In cement mortar) at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling brick work in cement mortar at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:6 including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for the following floors.

Providing and laying 25mm thick Indian patent stone flooring and skirting with cement concrete 1:2:4, using 10mm and below size hard broken granite stone jelly including dividing strips, laying in panels, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surface smooth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding .

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with premium Plastic emulsion paint of (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, applying putty, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on rough cast plaster surface at all levels with Acrylic emulsion paint (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, applying putty, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying non pressure NP2 class RCC Hume pipes conforming to IS:458, with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2, laying to the levels, slopes including testing of joints etc. complete all as per the drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing at all floors and lifts 115mm thick brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt bricks including placing in position 2 nos of 8mm dia rods at every 4th layer, scaffolding, curing, racking out the joint on both faces etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The steel required for this item shall be provided by the department at Departmental store, IGCAR, Kalpakkam free of cost. Contractor has to make arrangement for transporting, loading and unloading the steel from stores to work site. The rate quoted above shall be inclusive of this.

Providing Flush pointing over the random rubble masonry wall with cement mortar 1:3 at all levels including scaffolding, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour engaged towards payment for cleaning the Terrace floor of Turbine buildings active and maintenance buildings by sweeping the loose particles removing the scrap materilas and conveying the removed unwanted materiala to the scrab bins as directed by EIC

Repairs to the wall and ceiling craks by chipping and removing the damaged portion upto 20 to 30mm deep 100 to 150mm wide making grooves, using grouting compound with cement slurry/crack filling compound replastering with chicken mesh, reinforcement rods using necessary approved quality bonding chemicals, including finishing,curring etc, complete all as directed by Engineer -in-charge

Cutting the road consisting of asphaltic concrete/cement concrete, WBM and soling,etc.,and reinstalling the soling and WBM to original condition with retrieved materials along with new materials not exceeding 15%of the original materials and disposing all unwanted materials with a lead of 3 Km and as directed by the engineer incharge

Providing jointing / pointing the existing joints of precast RCC slab of various sizes laid between the double fencing area at FBTR complex and pointing with screed concrete 1:1.5:3 between the joints of precast slabs where the jointing area prepared as per previous item and the jointing/ pointing in to a depth of 50mm and to the full width available in to the existing slab, including curing, cleaning as per specification and as directed by the Engr-in- charge.

Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position precast units in reinforced cement concrete of 1:2:4, using 20mm and below machine crushed stone aggregate including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, vibrating, consolidating, finishing of exposed faces, preparation of connections, necessary formwork, moulds as per drawing and specification for precast plain solid units and perfurated units including placing in position etc., all completeas per specification and as directed by Engineer. Note : Required steel will be measured under relevent Item.

Providing and laying Coping over the newly built RR wall of 25mm thick in cement Concrete 1 : 2 :4 over the RR masonry including curing complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer

Levelling, bull-dozing the heeped/dumped loosowed earth/debris etc., to form road surface by hiring JCB/Bull-dozer etc., behind the boundary wall of FBTR Complex including labour if any required for dressing sides and formation etc. to the width and length etc., So that heavy vehicle can be passed through all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.,

Removing the existing 60mm thick rubber moulded with vibratory compaction Factory made cement concrete precast interlocking paverblock without damaging blocks and disturbing existing structure. Stacking of sand near to the area to make use for re-laying levelling the bed to the required height (50mm) by filling the crusher dust and compact it properly to the required slope, relaying the blocks in desired pattern by using existing sand and with additional sand & paverblocks wherever required and compacted by Vibratory compaction etc. all complete all as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick moulded with vibratory compaction Factory made cement concrete precast Interlocking paver block of M30 grade made and approved size, shape, design, colour & pattern including laid over 100mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, compaction mechanically etc. all complete all as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before procurement.

Cleaning the sun shades roof gutters at all levels of various building, removing the vegetation growth and cleaning the drain pipes, spouts periodically as and when required, conveying the removed unwanted materials to the bins as directed, cutting and making opening in brick,precast slab pointing , haunching,paver block realigned , masonry, RCC concrete, removing the debris, disposing off as directed, attending the masonry repairs and making good the sides of hole packing the removed portion of the inside by filling concrete / brick work including finishing the surfaces etc. construction of brick masonry foundation walls wherever required etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying Crushed stone sand for civil construction work such as brick masonry / concrete plastering etc. and stacking at place shown for measurement etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying ordinary portland cement of 43 grade conforming to IS:12269 in paper bags to Civil maintenance stores at IGCAR Kalpakkam including transporting all taxes and levis etc. all complete.

Supplying stock bricks as per standard specifications for using in brick masonry works in IGCAR area and stacking at the place as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Collection of garbage / refuse in vehicle from bins near the buildings/road sides ofFBTR Complex areas conveying to dumping yard, including loading, unloading, dumping, pushes to low level and levelling etc. with lead beyond 3km upto 4kilometres as directed by the Engineer -in-charge. Note: The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding Stack / Truck measurements.

Providing,straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe 500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer -in-charge at all lifts. Note : The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department.For further details please see clause 11 of section VIII, General informaton for Guidance of Tenders.

Supplying 40mm /20mm coarse aggregate for civil construction work such as P:C:C & R:C:C concrete etc. and stacking at place shown for measurement etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing pressure grouting to the underground and basement area & Roof ceiling area of buildings using GI Nipple and grouting the same with neat cement slurry admixture with expanding grouting additive CERAEXPAN 250@ or euivalent 225 gms per bag of cement etc.complete. Note :a) 10mm dia holes shall be drilled at 100mm to 300mm away from the joints or cracks or leakage points at an angle of 45 degrees to intercept the plane of joint/crack inside the wall after identifying and marking the leakage location.b) 100 mm long 10mm dia Non-return injection packers shall be fixed 200 mm to 300 mm apart along the construction joints and cracks into the drilled holes and tightened using spanners and cured for a day.c) single component hydrophobic PU Injection resin CERA EXPAN 250 or equivalent @225gms per bag of cement shall be injected through the packers fixed using SWM1000 grouting machine and allowed become closed cell foam,blocking the cavities inside the concrete . The treated area shall be observed for a day.The process shall be repeated if the leakage points shift to other location.

Providing, fixing and grouting with Cera inject SS,or Equivalent make fixing non returnable packer into the roof slab to a depth of 30mm for grouting purposes including injection packer, packer connector, labour for packing fixing, labour for packer grouting and applying Cera or other approved make inject SS of 1.14g/cc and Cera inject LV plus of 1.04g/cc mixing in ratio of 1:1 and having a pot life upto 6 to 8 hours for arresting roof leaks, low roof leakages, under ground sump leaks at various elevations including all machinery, tools, manpower, necessary scaffoldings and as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The consumption of grout material measured for bill is the actual quantity of intake during grouting. Wastages during grouting process and other wastages are not considered for measurement.

Supplying and applying renderrock plug rapid setting cement based water leak plugging mortar fosroc make or equivalent as directed by EIC

Renderoc plug is supplied as a ready to use blend of dry poweders which requires only the addition of clean water at site to produce a highly consistent,rapid setting mortar which is easy to apply many difficullt conditions. Note : a) Fosroc offers a comprehensive range . b) The water stopping mortar shall be renderoc plug, a single component cement based product to which only the site -addition of clean water shall be permitted.

Providing Post construction anti termite treatment detailed below including cost of chemical labour and all other incidental charges drilling holes along the internal walls of the building at all the junction of walls and floor and entire floor area at an interval of 300mm on both sides and to a depth of 500mm on the entire ground floor area of each buildings and injecting termite(Durmat/Durspan) emulsion at the ratio of 1:19( 1 part of the chemical and 19 part of the water ) so as to soak the soil below at 5 litres per linear metre on the sides of the walls and until refusal. care shall be taken to seal the holes after treatment with white cement . Also the soil in contract with the foundation along the external perimeter of the building (i.e in between wall and plinth protection) shall be treated with the chemical emulsion at 5 litres per linear meter to faciliate the treatment, holes shall be made at 150mm apart with long Ibar or crowbar close to the wall face shall be extebded upto a depth of 50mm and the chemical emulsion pumped in to these holes to spread to the soil below.

Dismantling weather proofing 2 layer of old bitumen felt or App membrane sheets at all levels and cleaning the surface including disposal of rubbish to the dumping yard within 6km metres lead all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing the coating on the floor area by screeding with 1:2:4 screed concrete with 10mm down aggregate to an suitable thickness depending on the Drain floor condition over the prepared surface at all locations and all the elevation as specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing water proofing treatment to the RCC cast insitu terrace and gutters using ‘CERA WP SHIELD P4180’ 4mm thick and ‘CERA WP SHIELD SLATED’ 4mm thick as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a ) The surface shall be cleaned thoroughly with wire brush and light chisels for making the surface free from existing bitumen primer, dust and other laittance etc."V" grooves shall be cut along the construction joints on wall- slab joints and filled with cement - sand mortar admixed with styrene butadiene rubber based additive "CERA LATEX SBR". b) The area shall be tested for any leakages by ponding water in panels. Incase of any leaks found, Foam grouting shall be done with contractor cost. c) When the entire surface is clean, dry and moisture free, one coat of bituminous primer shall be applied over surface @ 0.3kg/sq.m. and 1st layer of 5-layered 4mm thick polymer reinforced APP membrane 'CERA WP SHIELD P4180' shall be laid with 200mm overlapping by torch on application when the primed surface is tacky and as per the manufacturer's recommendation. d) The second layer of 5-layered, 4mm thick, polymer reinforced APP membrane 'CERA WP SHIELD – SLATED’ shall be laid with 150mm overlapping by torch - on application when the primed surface is tacky and as per the manufacturer's recommendation shall be laid in perpendicular direction to the first layer. Note i) The treatment should be done by an agency specialised in the job having sufficient knowledge of water proofing treatment. Suggested vendors : (1) M/s. Cera-Chem Pvt. Ltd., Chemicals (2) M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. Chemicals. ii) Ten years guarantee shall be given by the contractor in the prescribed form of the department for the above water proofing treatment works. iii) The work described above is to be executed at a height of 20.0m and necessary lifting arrangements for material and men movement should be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. iv) All necessay safety permits should be obtained from IGCAR safety division as admissible.

Supplying and Providing crushe stone dust 100mm thick (consolidated thickness) including spreading in uniform layers, watering, ramming, consolidating all complete as per specifications and as directed at site.

Providing and Painting with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) using APCODUR-CF-641 finishing coat at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications including a priming coat if specified by the manufacturer, preparation of surface and etching with 10% commercial Hydrochloric acid wherever necessary and neutralizing the acid etched areas by washing with 5% solution of soda ash neatly and washing with sufficient water, after first coat Epoxy based trowelling compound if required, including preparation of the surface by scrapping, applying sand paper, filling the holes, joints, cracks if any, etc. complete all as per manufacturers Technical Data and as directed at site to achieve 150micron Dry film thickness (50 Micron Primer coat and 100micron finishing Coat). (Contractor has to provide Elcometer sampling sheets etc. at his cost for testing film thickness)
