Note : - a) Proper Trip sheet records shall be maintained for bringing the earth through DAE main gate with security stamp duly signed by Department Engineer. b)The Item rate shall include conducting all field tests / laboratory tests. c)Soil sample at each source has to be got approval of Engineer-in-charge before bulk supplying the same. d)Layer thickness has to be got approval from Engineer-in-charge and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing light jungle area, bulb weeds, grass including cutting all unwanted plants, branches, twigs, wild growth etc. complete, and disposing the same 100metres away manually or burning them without disturbing other areas etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Contractor must be informed to Engineer-in-charge and prior permission shall be obtained from him for burning the wild growth.

Providing and erecting system for dewatering and drainage of water as from site/pond to main drain so as to retain the excavated formation dry for the duration required by the client / consultant including cost of all equipment’s, hose/pipes, consumables, site protection etc. all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Plain Cement concrete by manually / by mechanical means at all levels, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris with 50m lead, labour, tools required etc. complete in all respects as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of RCC works at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, including Cutting and stacking of steel reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Brick work in cement mortar at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 6mm thick fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) gutter of size 200x400mm fabricated using two coats of Isophthalic grade UV stabilized gel top coating followed by reinforcement of chopped strand mat and woven roving duly impregnated with unsaturated polyester isophthalic resin with extra reinforcement of MS strip of size 25x3mm at a distance of 1000mm c/c starting from one end of the gutter to be embedded with the gutter at all elevations complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns by manually with chisel directed by Engineer-in-charge including tapering all edges, making square shoulders of cavities etc. complete and disposal of debris up to 50 metres and all lifts. - Upto 25mm average thickness for slabs

Removing concrete all around reinforcement including from behind the reinforcing bars to give an average 25mm (but not less than 15mm clear air gap). Length of reinforcement bars cleared of concrete all around shall be measured for payment. By manual methods (hammering the rebar, using wire brushes, chiseling etc.)

Providing rigid and water tight centering and shuttering using best quality wood/ plywood/ steel forms and centering with steel props, acro tubes etc., including strutting, propping, bracing, staging etc., complete for all RCC items fixed in position as required including labour for careful removal of form work etc., complete all as per specifications upto lintel In Horizontal / Vertical/ slanting surfaces for Columns, pillars, piers, struts, mullions, etc.

Providing and placing in position Micro-concrete 'Cera Micro concrete or Fosroc Renderoc RG45 or MasterEmaco S 340 or approved equivalent' of Grade M30, which shall be cement based prepacked single component, chloridefree, non shrink, freeflow, self compacting ,ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion obtained from approved manufacturer as per specification and directions of Engineer-in-charge (Payment under his item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding /tapping with a blunt metal instrument).

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500 / Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'SAIL annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement or VIZAG or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department.

Providing, mixing and applying polymer modified cement mortar in layers, each layer not exceeding 10mm thick, including trowelling with wooden tools etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge (cost of polymer shall be paid separately) For payment purposes, pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed. (Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument), Plastering 20mm thick of Cement Sand mortar in proportion of 1:5 (1-cement : 5-graded coarse sand) with polymer admixed in proportions approved by Engineer-in-charge. Propping and supporting the structural members and its adjoining areas with steel props till the completion of the particular work (adjustable or as required), bracings, steel/timber runners etc to relieve the structural member of the required load coming over it as per the pattern given by the contractor & approved by Engineer-in-charge complete. - for Steel Prop of up to 5 MT Capacity and up to 3.6 m height

Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Service charges for removal of construction debris manually, loading in tractors/trucks and disposing at a specified location over a lead of 2KM as specified by the department, including loading, unloading, levelling etc. completed all as directed by Engineer -in-charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil, @ 50% in respect of Rock and @ 30% in respect of debris from the corresponding Stack / Truck measurements. 2) The earth/debris shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:6 using crushed stone sand including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for basement and ground floor.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 using 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as per specifications.

Supplying and placing in situ Controlled Reinforced cement concrete of grade & total minimum cementitious content as specified (cement + fly ash) for kg/Cu. M, using OPC conforming to IS 269-2015 or latest edition and with required fly ash conforming to IS 3812 Part -I / ASTM C-618 Class F. Fly ash should be blended at site such that fly ash content should not exceed 20% by weight of total cementitious content. Coarse aggregate used should be hard granite machine crushed (with VSI technology only) graded stone aggregates with maximum size of aggregate not exceeding 20mm size. Fine aggregate used shall be either natural river sand or crushed stone sand (with VSI technology only and should be washed in water to remove finer particles, the micro fines particles of size less than 75 micron shall be less than 7%) (Zone I /II) conforming to IS 383 – 2016. Note:- 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture conforming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

M30 grade with total minimum cementitious content (cement + fly ash content not exceed 20 % by weight of total cementitious content) 380kg/cum of concrete for the levels above ground level to all levels.

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, 20mm thick in two coats including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.specifications.

Providing Rough cast plastering 20mm thick at all elevations and levels consisting of 8mm thick rough cast in cement mortar 1:3 using 6mm to 10mm size hard granite stone and crushed stone sand, over a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand for external faces, including scaffolding, curing, providing grooves wherever required complete all as per specification & drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with premium Plastic emulsion paint of (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, applying putty, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Migratory type corrosion inhibitors over the old concrete surface to receive the new concreting using ‘CERA COTE SP CI 100 or Fosroc Protectsil CIT or Masterprotect 8500CI or approved equivalent’, as per the manufacturer's specifications including cleaning the surfaces, cost of all materials, labour, etc. all complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying a protective painting with Anti-Carbonation coating to the external wall surfaces (rough cast / plain surfaces) at all locations and at all elevations including preparing the surface, providing and applying a single component acrylic polymer-based protective coating CERA INFRAGUARD - WA / FOSROC DEKGUARD / SIKAGARD 550W Elastocolor or equivalent of a minimum of 2 coats over a primer coat with CERA INFRAGUARD – WA PRIMER / FOSROC DEKGUARD / SIKAGARD 552W Primer or equivalent and cost of all materials, labour, tools, tackles, equipment’s, fuel & transport etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge and as per the specifications. The total dry film thickness of both coats should be minimum of 200 microns. Note: 1) Scaffolding work will be paid in separate item. 2) The contractor shall arrange the suitable safety arrangements for executing the work at his own cost as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on wood work and other required internal surface at all levels with Synthetic enamel paint (Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and application of single component elastometric Polyurethane coating system ‘Cera roof cote 1500 or MasterSeal M 862 or approved equivalent’ on concrete surface. The scope of the work includes shifting of materials to the required elevation, stacking, packing pinholes with suitable filler material, cleaning & preparing the surface, applying one coat of compatible primer and then applying manually PU coating of 2mm thick in multiple coats as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling of flooring with granular sub-base (GSB) of Grading-II material by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 25mm thick Indian patent stone flooring and skirting with cement concrete 1:2:4, using 10mm and below size hard broken granite stone jelly and crushed stone sand including dividing strips, laying in panels, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surface smooth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing VITRIFIED floor tiles in different sizes with water absorption less that 0.08% and confirming to IS 15622 of Marbonite or approved make in all colours and shades in Glossy or Matt or satin finish (as required by Engineer-in-charge) laid over a bed of minimum 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand (in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 using crushed stone sand) including machine/hand cutting to required size & shape, grouting the joints with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of tile patterns, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per drawings and specifications. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

In flooring, tile size of 600x600mm fixing with 20mm thick bedding in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand.

Removing / cutting of existing wooden window with glass pane with frame and fixing the existing frame with hold fast in to masonry structure neatly as directed by EIC. Note: The cutting of existing window has to done carefully without damaging the remaining part of existing window to be fixed. Note: Contractor's are advised to visit to know about this item of job at site before quoting.

Lifting and removing out the partially displaced slabs (precast RCC slabs of all sizes) carefully without damaging to the nearby slabs, so as to fill the sunken areas with gravel filling and to maintain required slope and gradient, relaying in position the removed slabs etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : Pointing shall be measured separately under relevant item.

Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid units, exhaust fan moulds, slabs, etc, in controlled reinforced cement concrete of M30 grade using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork, moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer. Note: 1. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using 380 Kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in schedule F. 2. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS:9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 3. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position M.S structural steel members frame works for fixing the wall cladding work like ACM, glazing etc in existing building and for trench stiffener etc., with embedment’s and structural frame work using MS angles, channels, plates, flats, sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, paint of approved colour and make and as specified in note, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer­in­charge. Painting: a) Epoxy primer ­ 2 coats (Before and after erection) b) Micaceous iron oxide ­ 1 coat. c) Chlorinated rubber based paint ­ 2 coats (Finish paint) Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required shall also be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and fixing mechanical bolts anchored in to RCC beams, columns and slab to a required depth of 150mm to 250mm by using "Hilti" make "ANCHOR ROD HIT-Z M10x95" anchor fasteners bolts and grouting with injection mortar system of adhesive HILTI brand "Hilti HIT ­ HY 200­R" at all elevation including drilling, fixing in position inclusive of all machinery and man power, scaffolding and as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing in position of Alkali resistance Glass fibre mesh (4-5mm square aperture with 145gsm) over the joints of RCC and Brick work with cement paste before plastering all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
