Dismantling brick work in cement mortar at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Plain Cement concrete by manually / by mechanical means at all levels, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris with 50m lead, labour, tools required etc. complete in all respects as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of RCC works at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, including Cutting and stacking of steel reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete of M15 Grade (with 300 kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete ) using 20mm nominal size graded hard stone aggregate obtained from approved quarry mechanical mixing/Ready mix supply plant mixing, transporting/transporting by Transit Mixers, pumping using Concrete pumps/ placing with crane buckets etc., at all levels,lifts & all structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary, including compacting, finishing, curing including compaction, finishing top suface to level, but including cost of centering and shuttering, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at levels for the items mentioned below. Coarse aggregate used should be hard granite machine crushed (with VSI technology only) graded stone aggregates withmaximum size of aggregate not exceeding 20 mm size. Fine aggregate used shall be either natural river sand or crushed stone sand (with VSI technology only and should be washed in water to remove finer particles, the micro fines particles of size less than 75 micron should be less than 7%) (Zone I /II) conforming to IS 383-2016. Note: The rate shall be quoted for this item on the basis of using 300 kg/cu.m of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F. The design mix shall got approved by department.

M15 grade with 300 kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete at all levels.

Supplying and placing in situ Normal Reinforced cement concrete of grade & total minimum cementitious content as specified (cement + fly ash) for kg/Cu.m., using OPC conforming to IS 269-2015 or latest edition and with required fly ash conforming to IS 3812 Part -I / ASTM C-618 Class F. Fly ash should be blended at site such that fly ash content should not exceed 20 % by weight of total cementitiouscontent. The cost includes weigh batching, required chemical admixtures, mechanical mixing/Ready mix supply plant mixing, transporting/transporting by Transit Mixers, pumping using Concrete pumps/ placing with crane buckets etc., at all levels,lifts & all structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary, including compacting, finishing, curing (For a period of at least 10 days), providing construction / contraction / expansion joints, pour strips etc. but excluding centering, shuttering and reinforcement at all levels / elevations as given in drawings, specifications as directed by EIC. Rate to include all materials, labour, tools /tackles, plant and equipment, supervision, etc. complete. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

M30 grade with total minimum cementitious content (cement + fly ash content not exceed 20 % by weight of total cementitious content) 380kg/cum of concrete and minimum cement content of 304Kg/cum of concrete as mentioned (in the item no.8 of above) for the levels from bottom of foundation level to plinth beam top.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts. The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. TMT bars of Fe500D grade as mentioned (in the item no.10 of above) for the levels from bottom of foundation level to plinth beam top.

Providing and constructing well cured flyash brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for the following floors.

for Basement and Ground Floor

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, 15mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing and laying non pressure NP2 class RCC Hume pipes conforming to IS:458, with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 using crushed stone sand, laying to the levels, slopes including testing of joints etc. complete all as per the drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Conveying the surplus excavated earth & debris, boulders and spoil by mechanical means and depositing at places inside DAE installation identified as Dumping yard as per requirement with a lead specified below including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding Stack / Truck measurements. 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.

Lead charges for lead exceeding 1 kilometre but not exceeding 2 kilometre

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller/earth rammer to achieve the desired density, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

for Grading-II material

Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid units, slabs, exhaust fan moulds etc., in reinforced cement concrete of 1:2:4, using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork & moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing Fabricated FRP Pultruded Gratings of "Indurotech" or equivalent for model "Model : I-6015" or equivalent with size of I-Bar Section : 15.2 x 38.1 x 4 mm & Grating Height : 38.1 mm, Bearing Bar Width : 15.2 mm, Bearing Bar Centerline : 38 mm c/c, Bearing Bar Opening : 22.9 mm, Cross Rod Spacing : 150 mm c/c & surface finished with : Anti-slip surface with quartz grit, Resin type : Isophthalic Polyester, Color: Dark Grey (RAL 7015) for storm water cover slab, curved shape drain and including chipping brick work and packing after fixing gratings etc, as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Clearing Heavy jungle area including cutting all unwanted plants, branches, twigs, wild growth, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm, uprooting of rank vegetation etc. complete, and disposing the same 100metres away by manually or burning them without disturbing other areas etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The useful firewood if any, shall be cut and stacked at the place (with 100metres lead) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include the cost of cutting and disposal if any by burning. Contractor must inform to Engineer-in-charge and prior permission shall be obtained from Engineer-in-charge before burning the wild growth.

Supplying and fixing of RCC M30 grade precast box culvert of "M/s. Lanxin Infratech Pvt LTD" or approved euqivalent for inner vent size of 1400 mm x1200mm and 300mm wall thickness alround & outer size 2000mm x 1800mm, including loading at precast yard, transport to IGCAR site, unloading and erection in position with line and level specified, including steel reinforcement (TMT of Fe550 grade main rod of dia 16mm double mat at 150mm spcing and distributor 10mm at 150mm spacing & haunch rod 10mm), casted at manufacturer pre cast yard ect., all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Excavation, PCC for levelling coarse shall be paid under releavant item. 2.Steel re-inforcement to be fixed at casting yard. 3.Rate inclusinve of casting mould, concrete, vibration, finishing, loading, transportation, unloading at IGCAR site and installation at IGCAR site.

Providing and laying the following sizes PVC water supply line with 'Finolex / Varun / Truebore' or approved equivalent make PVC pipes suitable for 6 kg/sq.cm pressure and specials confirming & marked to to IS:4985 including jointing with PVC jointing compound, laying and fixing the pipes in the excavated trenches, cost of all types of specials such as tees, reduces, coupler, reducing bushes, threaded adaptor, elbow, tail pieces, caps etc., and testing the line as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
