Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility
2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor.
3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

(panels shall be made by least ratio of cement mortar and the same shall be througly cleaned before receving further treatment). 2)This item shall includes placing the pumpable concrete by boom placer, concrete pump, supply of RMC concrete in Tranist mixer as directed by Engineer-in-charge if bulk quantity is required according site condition. 3)Concrete shall be placed in layers such a way that fiber glass mesh will be fixed in between layers and Fixing of fiber glass mesh shall be paid under separate item.

Providing and fixing approved design of Doka Staircase Tower system up to 30M height using with 1.20m height load bearing tower frame, preassembled stairway elements, intermediate exits permit safe access to all work - deck levels. The stair tower is anchored to the structure as required by the usage situation and complies with the relevant safety rules (Class B to EN 12811-1). The system consists screw jack foots, basic frames, inner, outer, access, landing, railing systems, staircase systems, access supports, scaffolding tubes, scaffolding planks, hand rail posts, scaffolding tube holders, couplers of different types etc. made with M.S. Tubes and M.S. Plates and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The Doka Staircase Tower system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in-charge. The elevation area of the doka staircase system shall be measured for payment purposes at wide of every 1.20m and plan area of intermediate exits permit safe access to all work - deck levels also shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of doka staircase system.
