Dismantling existing MS structural embedment’s/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. using MS angles, channels, I sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing 8mm tk welding of Reinforcement steel rods on both sides and procedures shall be followed as per (IS 9417 & IS 815) at all elevation including scaffolding complete all as directed by the Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40mm maximum size graded aggregates and crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications.

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts. The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for the following floors.

for Basement and Ground Floor

First floor

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, 20mm thick in two coats including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing and fixing UPVC windows of suitable colour and size with a sliding window is of 2 track 2 panels or more that slide. A Slide window can also be in a combination of fixed and slide window joined with a coupler as per the detailed specification. The rates for uPVC windows is inclusive of all fasteners, Window fittings like wheel, hinges, handles, locks required for fabrication and fixing in the walls, 5mm clear glass, beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge, including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required. The contractor shall submit shop drawing and get prior approval from Engineer-in-charge before procurement of material.

Providing and fixing glazing 5mm thick tinted colour Float glass pane in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with Neoprene gasket including cost of neoprene gasket complete as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium (Anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 Minimum Anodic coating of grade AC 15) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 and IS:1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required. (fittings, Glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately). Note: 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered Joints. 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with premium Plastic emulsion paint (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of cement primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based wall putty (Birla wall care or approved equivalent) over concrete or plastered surface two or more coat to get uniform surface free from undulation including clearing complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying painting two coats on ceiling surface at all levels with white colour Cement paint (Snowcem or Equivalent approved brand, and manufacturer) to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding, curing complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with Acrylic emulsion paint (ACE or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying on external surfaces Acrylic based textured paint (Renova or other approved equivalent brand and manufacturer) of approved colour, textured pattern, horizontal and vertical groove if required on plastered surfaces with two coats of external emulsion paint over under coat textured paint including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding, cleaning the surfaces complete at all level and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The work should be executed by an approved agency. The rate shall be included of textured paint one coat and emulsion paint two coats.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on wood work and other required internal surface at all levels with Synthetic enamel paint (Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fabricating, installing, placing and securing in position steel grills for windows comprising of square bars / MS flats as per detailed drawing including cutting, bending to shape, welding, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over one coat of primer complete all as per specification and drawings.

Providing on the floor area by screeding with screed concrete of M20 grade with total minimum cementitious content (cement + fly ash content not exceed 20 % by weight of total cementitious content) 320kg/cum of concrete and minimum cement content of 256 Kg/cum of concrete (shall be using 10mm down aggregate) admixed with crystalline based integral water proofing admixture CERA CRYSTALLINE INTEGRAL / Conplast / SIKA WT-215P or equivalent at the ratio specified by manufacturer recommendation to the required thickness of depending on the downtake pipes available including applying one coat bonding polymer modified mortar 1 : 2 (1 cement : 2 sand) admixed with CERA LATEX SBR / FOSROC NITO BOND SBR / SIKA additive or Equivalent at 3kg per bag of cement by manually with compressed air under pressure over the prepared surface at all locations and all the elevation as specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The area shall be tested for any leakages by ponding of water (water holding test) before and after applicaiton of treatment in panels. (panels shall be made by least ratio of cement mortar and the same shall be througly cleaned before receving further treatment). 2)This item shall includes placing the pumpable concrete by boom placer, concrete pump, supply of RMC concrete in Tranist mixer as directed by Engineer-in-charge if bulk quantity is required according site condition. 3)Concrete shall be placed in layers such a way that fiber glass mesh will be fixed in between layers and Fixing of fiber glass mesh shall be paid under separate item.

Providing and laying cement based water proofing treatment with a course layer of broken bricks of various sizes to an average thickness of 100mm over a 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand mixed with water proofing compound, plastering the top layer 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, mixed with waterproofing compound, finished smooth with thread marking at 300mm squares (South India water proofing or equivalent, ratio to cement shall as per manufacturer specification or 2% to be adopted) Note: Suitable guarantee for 10 years is to be provided for this work. This work has to be executed as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment’s/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and fixing approved design of Doka Staircase Tower system up to 30M height using with 1.20m height load bearing tower frame, preassembled stairway elements, intermediate exits permit safe access to all work - deck levels. The stair tower is anchored to the structure as required by the usage situation and complies with the relevant safety rules (Class B to EN 12811-1). The system consists screw jack foots, basic frames, inner, outer, access, landing, railing systems, staircase systems, access supports, scaffolding tubes, scaffolding planks, hand rail posts, scaffolding tube holders, couplers of different types etc. made with M.S. Tubes and M.S. Plates and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The Doka Staircase Tower system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in-charge. The elevation area of the doka staircase system shall be measured for payment purposes at wide of every 1.20m and plan area of intermediate exits permit safe access to all work - deck levels also shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of doka staircase system.

Core cutting of reinforced cement concrete in trench wall of 150mm width by using Diamond core drilling equipment, without disturbing the existing structure and making the cutting edges smooth and even, as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
