Providing and fixing anodized aluminium (Anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 Minimum Anodic coating of grade AC 15) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 and IS:1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required. (fittings, Glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately) Note : 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered Joints. 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment’s/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, sag rod, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated with decorative lamination on both sides, 3 layer medium density (Exterior grade) particle board Grade-I, Type - II conforming to IS:12823 bonded with phenol formaldhyde synthetic resin of approved brand and manufacture in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, window shutters and partition frames with C.P brass /stainless screws etc. complete as per drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying painting One coat on wood work and other required internal surface at all levels with Synthetic enamel paint (Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Melamine polishing on wood work as per manufacturers instructions, Matt or Glossy finish as specified including preparation of the surfaces, complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Multipurpose lock of ‘Godrej’ or other approved equivalent make with a pair of keys complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing lamination sheet of formica greenlam, 1mm thick of approved shade, pattern & colour of ‘Green lam lamination’ or approved equivalent, including cutting to required size and shape, pasted over plywood or partical board using synthetic resin adhesive of fevical SR 998 G or Dunlop’s 758 glue of approved make complete all as per manufactures specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 18mm thick plywood with teak wood beading of 18x12mm size all around for cupboard shutters including cutting to required size & shape, fixing in position etc. complete for cupboard shutters etc. as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Second class Teak wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory openings and other frames, wrought framed, fixed in position of required size and shape including sawing, jointing, making rebates for shutters, making grooves as shown in the drawings, architectural beading with teakwood 50x6mm alround, finishing the surfaces to the required finish all as per specifications and drawings including necessary MS hold fasts 300mm long, 5mm thick or with rawl plugs and screws including protective painting to the surface that will come in contact with walls, joining materials, labour etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked 35mm thick non-decorative type flush door shutters (single or double leaf and size as per requirement) conforming to IS : 2202, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering, phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin bonded, hot pressed with internal Teak wood lipping of 25mm depth on all sides and fixing with 4 Nos. 150mm Stainless steel Hinges with suitable S.S. screws (8 Nos. 150mm Stainless steel Hinges with S.S. screws for double leaf), Brass aldrop 250mm long complete set with suitable brass screws (2 nos. complete set of brass aldrop 250mm long with brass screws for double leaf), 300mm long brass tower bolt with screws (2 nos 300mm long brass tower bolt with screws for double leaf), 150mm long brass door handle set with brass screws (2 nos. 150mm long brass door handle set with brass screws for double leaf) complete at all lifts and all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 4 lever cupboard lock of ‘Godrej’ or other approved equivalent make with a pair of keys complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing Homogeneous PVC sheet, 2mm thick, conforming to IS:3462 latest edition in flooring and skirting (Polyfloor or approved equivalent make) in approved pattern, colour & shade on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesive of approved quality and manufacturer like Dunlop-S -758, or Fevicol SR 998, or approved equivalent including cleaning & preparation of surface, levelling small undulations with plaster of paris if required, rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg all complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel C type Door handles 10mm dia SS 304 Grade solid Rod, 200mm long in Steel Doors/ wooden Doors including SS screws / bolts etc. all as per drawings and specifications complete. Sample to be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing reflective / non reflective type sun control polyester film ‘Garware’ or approved equivalent of required shade & colour, pasted to doors/ windows glazing as per requirement including cleaning the surface before and after pasting complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Venition vertical blinds of Luxaflex or approved equivalent make and approved colour pattern with vanes of 100mm width made up of non woven polyester fabric which are suspended from the silt travelers by self aligning vanes hooly of effective optimized system, vanes shall be coupled together by means of bead chain pivotally attach by closing to each side of each weight and other accessories required complete all as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge.   Note: 1. Sample shall be got approved before commencing work. 2. The above work shall be got executed from approved manufacturers.

Providing and fixing Al hanging Heavy Quality floor door stopper ISI marked with Twin Rubber stoppers, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC10 as per IS:1868) transparent or dyed to req. colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in -Charge. Sample to be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing in position Suspended false ceiling system using 600 x 600mm Mineral Fibre Reinforced Factory applied Vinyl painted ARMSTRONG Ceiling tiles or approved equivalent make & pattern, Tiles having 16/15mm thick, and approved surface Design and edge Profile (TEGULAR or Equivalent ) placed in a suspended Grid of size of 600x 600mm made of Hot-dipped G.I steel sections having an exposed surface capping of Pre-finished baked polyester painted coil wherein the main tee of size 24x32x1200mm shall be suspended at 1200mm centres along the length of ceiling with 4mm dia G.I wire with necessary level adjusters. The cross tees of size 24x27x1200mm shall be inserted in to slots between the main Tees at 600mm centres and thereafter in direction vertical to the longer TEEs, cross Tees of size 24x25x600mm shall be inserted to form a grid size of 600x600mm resting on the Perifery walls on wall angles of size 24mmx24mm including providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffusers, Trap doors etc to be made as per layout Drawings and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The main Tees to be suspended from the ceiling / Soffit with the help of metal dash fastners of 6mmx50mm, soffit clits of 25mmx35x1.60mm and 4mm dia G.I wire with galvanised spring steel levelling clips. The entire grid system shall be designed to bear a distributed load of minimum 15 kg/Sq.m. Only False Ceiling area will be Measured for the Purpose of Payment.

Providing and fixing Gypsum False ceiling Tiles, 600x600x9mm of Armstrong or approved equivalent make, pattern & design in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 170 gms/Sqm) consisting of main T runner suitable spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet spaced at 1200mm center to center and cross T of size 24x25mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main T at 600mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross T of length 600mm and size 24x25mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, wherever, required, cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main T runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats fixed to ceiling with 6mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized level clips spaced at 1200mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24mm of all T sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete at all heights as per specifications drawings and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and Fixing Stainless steel Piano hinges ISI marked IS:3818 of over all width 35 mm, fixing with necessary stainless steel screws etc.complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing the aluminium glazed windows, frames and sliding shutters of different sizes in various elevations including cleaning guide ways of outer frame and shutter and other minor repairing and correction required for the free movement of sliding for and locking shutter to be properly achieved etc. complete any replacement of wornout item with a new materials will be paid for separately under relevant schedule items all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing the PVC doors / Steel / Aluminium doors of different sizes at various lifts, fully panelled/partly glazed and panelled including oiling and minor adjustment of hydraulic floor spring and hydraulic door closers, tie rod and dead lock has required for smooth movement of doors with screws, bolt and nuts where required for free movement of doors with screws, bolt and nuts where required for free movement and locking of shutter to be properly achieved etc. complete, any replacement of worn out item with a new materials will be paid for separately under relevant schedule items all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing stainless steel Mosquito mesh with wooden frames of size 40x25mm in all sides including all fixtures,nails, labour etc. complete all as per directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing of defective Mortise lock of the door including replacing the leaver, springs re-fixing it back in position for easy operation of locks with necessary wood screws etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing of defective Godrej locks of the door including replacing the spring levers, lock plate from the old defective removed Godrej locks with the new woods screws for easy operation etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing all types and sizes of defective door closers including changing the broken arms, springs, leavers from the old removed defective door closers including filling hydraulic oil where required tensioning the springs, servicing and re-fixing it back in position for effective and smooth operation complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the defective Godrej locks from door shutter and replacing with new Godrej lock of 6 lever with handle including cost of material, making necessary alterations to lock plate and key holes and planing the sides of the shutters for smooth operation complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing Aluminium hasp and staple of the following sizes as and where required as per instruction with necessary screws complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of sliding Heavy duty G- section channel for aluminium sliding door including, screws, fixing labours for aluminium sliding door work etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing white board using ‘Merino marker board laminates or approved equivalent’ of 1mm thick over a backing 12mm thick commercial plywood over the teakwood frame work of finished size 45x25mm all four sides, including polishing of tw frame, providing and fixing clamps, screws, cost of TW frame, plywood etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing display board using 12mm soft board covered by flannel cloth in one side over a backing 6mm thick commercial plywood, over the over the teakwood frame work of finished size 45x25mm all four sides, including polishing of tw frame, providing and fixing clamps, screws, cost of TW frame, plywood, soft board, flannel cloth etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Stainless steel double coat hook Jaquar ACN-CHR-1161N or other approved equivalent make’ including required fittings and brackets, screws etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 6 Lever Brass Mortice Lock with brass handle ‘Godrej’ or other approved equivalent make suitable for flush door with a pair of keys and pair of brass handles, complete all as per specification and drawings.

Removing the defective aluminium / iron oxidised D handles from the doors / cupboards / ventilators and replacing with the new stainless steel D handle of 150mm size with necessary screws etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
