Dismantling brick work in cement mortar at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of RCC works at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, including Cutting and stacking of steel reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork excavation by manual means for foundation, substructures, plinth beam, cess pits & trenches, all kinds of foundation etc., in all types of soil like hard gravelly soil, sandy soil for the following depth from average ground level upto the required founding level, line and grades in both dry and wet conditions including shoring, strutting, bailing out of water if necessary, levelling and ramming the bottom of trenches, dressing of sides, stacking the excavated materials away from the edge of trenches, refilling the sides of foundation as required with selected excavated earth and depositing / disposing the surplus excavated earth (Disposed soil to be leveled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed and leveled) within the lead specified below all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

All kinds of soil with depth upto 1.5m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 200 metres.

All kinds of soil with depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 200 metres.

Conveying the surplus excavated earth & debris, boulders and spoil by mechanical means and depositing at places inside DAE installation identified as Dumping yard as per requirement with a lead specified below including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding Stack / Truck measurements. 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.

Lead charges for lead Exceeding 3 kilometre but not exceeding 4 kilometre

Supplying and filling the selected earth from outside of DAE installation (with a lead of 28 kilometres), including excavation from borrow pits if any required, filling in layer of not more than 150mm thick, each layer well rammed and consolidated by mechanical roller including water consolidation etc., levelling, dressing the top surface to the required level, complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Proper Trip sheet records shall be maintained for bringing the earth through DAE main gate with security stamp duly signed by Departmental Engineer.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete in all respects as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (5th Revision or latest) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

for Grading-II material

Filling with selected excavated earth available at site upto a lead of 200m, filling in layer of not more than 150mm thickness, each layer well rammed and consolidated by hand/earth rammer including excavation of dumped earth, hire charges of rammer, water consolidation, levelling to proper gradient, dressing the top surface to the required level, complying with specification and all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rate 1:29 ratio (1 part of chemical and 29 parts of water) and concentrations as per IS 6313-2001 Part II for preconstructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the masonry pits, masonry foundations, wall trenches, plinth filling, junctions of wall and floor, expansion joints, surfaces of RCC works for a depth of min. 500mm from the finished ground level, surrounding of pipes, conduits etc., walls retaining soil above floor level, apron and drain along the perimeter of the building including all complete as per specification / IS 6313:2001 and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Only ground floor plinth area of the building will be measured for the payment in the following three stages. i) 20% after completion of the foundations ii) 50% after completion of the ground floor flooring iii) 30% after completion of all treatment works including ground floor doors & windows. Work to be executed by M/s Pest Control (India) or any other approved agency and specified guarantee for 6 years shall be furnished by the tenderer. Payment will be cleared only after submission of Guarantee.

Providing gravel/murram backing/filling 75mm thick (consolidated thickness) for underfloor/plinth beam or as specified by Engineer, including spreading gravel in uniform layers, watering, ramming, consolidating by hand/mechanical roller, dressing the top surface to the required level complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and placing in situ Normal Reinforced cement concrete of grade & total minimum cementitious content as specified (cement + fly ash) for kg/Cu. M, using OPC conforming to IS 269-2015 or latest edition and with required fly ash conforming to IS 3812 Part -I / ASTM C-618 Class F. Fly ash should be blended at site such that fly ash content should not exceed 20 % by weight of total cementitiouscontent. Coarse aggregate used should be hard granite machine crushed (with VSI technology only) graded stone aggregates withmaximum size of aggregate not exceeding 20 mm size. Fine aggregate used shall be either natural river sand or crushed stone sand (with VSI technology only and should be washed in water to remove finer particles, the micro fines particles of size less than 75 micron should be less than 7%) (Zone I /II) conforming to IS 383 – 2016. The cost includes weigh batching, required chemical admixtures, mechanical mixing/Ready mix supply plant mixing, transporting/transporting by Transit Mixers, pumping using Concrete pumps/ placing with crane buckets etc., at all levels,lifts & all structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary, including compacting, finishing, curing (For a period of at least 10 days), providing construction / contraction / expansion joints, pour strips etc. but excluding centering, shuttering and reinforcement at all levels / elevations as given in drawings, specifications as directed by EIC. Rate to include all materials, labour, tools /tackles, plant and equipment, supervision, etc. complete. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

M30 grade with total minimum cementitious content (cement + fly ash content not exceed 20 % by weight of total cementitious content) 380kg/cum of concrete and minimum cement content of 304Kg/cum of concrete for the levels from bottom of foundation level to FFL

M30 grade with total minimum cementitious content (cement + fly ash content not exceed 20 % by weight of total cementitious content) 380kg/cum of concrete and minimum cement content of 304Kg/cum of concrete for the levels above FFL.

M20 grade with total minimum cementitious content (cement + fly ash content not exceed 20 % by weight of total cementitious content) 350kg/cum of concrete and minimum cement content of 280 Kg/cum of concrete for flooring and other areas as required.

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts. The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at levels for the items mentioned below, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. (The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces.)

Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid units, slabs, exhaust fan moulds etc., in reinforced cement concrete of 1:2:4, using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork & moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment’s/penetration etc. using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, sag rod, square, sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying paint as described below of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per technical specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: (i) Lifting device arrangements if any required also to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (ii) Painting: a) Epoxy primer - 2 coats (Before and after erection b) Micaceous iron oxide - 1 coat. c) Chlorinated rubber based paint - 2 coats (Finish paint)

Providing and constructing at all floors and lifts 115mm thick brick work in cement mortar 1:4 including providing and placing in position 2 nos of 8mm dia rods at every 4th layer using approved well cured flyash brick work as per IS 12894 of latest edition (flyash + crushed sand stone + Lime + additive/cement with water proofing chemicals and Accelerators) (non modular) of class designation 5.0 in mortar in the ratio of 1:1:4 where 1 part of cement(IS 269 latest) , 1 part of Fly Ash(IS 3812 latest editoin) and 4 part of fine aggregate (IS 2116 latest edition), including scaffolding, raking out joints, continuous water curing for a minimum period of 14 days from the date of construction, complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at all levels and lifts & all floors , scaffolding, curing, racking out the joint on both faces etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: The rate shall be excluding the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be paid separately under relevant item.

for Basement and Ground Floor

Providing and filling cement brick jelly concrete 1:2.5 using 20mm size broken brick jelly including compaction, curing, etc. all complete in all floors depression for toilet sunken areas etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing F3 finish over concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:1.5 using crushed stone sand (1 part cement : 1.5 part fine sand) including wetting the surface, labours, curing, all materials, scaffolding, at all elevations complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, 15mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with premium Plastic emulsion paint (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of cement primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying on external surfaces Acrylic based textured paint (Renova or other approved equivalent brand and manufacturer) of approved colour, textured pattern, horizontal and vertical groove if required on plastered surfaces with two coats of external emulsion paint over under coat textured paint including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding, cleaning the surfaces complete at all level and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The work should be executed by an approved agency. The rate shall be included of textured paint one coat and emulsion paint two coats.

Providing 40mm thick concrete flooring with metallic concrete hardner topping at all levels and floors consisting of underlayer of 28mm thick cement concrete 1:1:2 using crushed stone sand (1 part Cement : 1 part Fine aggregate : 2 part Coarse aggregate of 12.5mm and below size) by volume, top layer of 12mm thick 1:2 mix (1 part cement with metallic hardener of Hardonate / Ironite or approved equivalent : 2 parts of stone aggregate of 6mm nominal size by volume) (metallic hardener and cement mixed ratio is 1:4) prepared as per manufacturer's instructions including chipping the concrete surface, finishing, curing, providing aluminium dividing strips, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings.

Acid / Alkali resistant walls and flooring and dadoing using 15mm thick Acid / Alkali resistant tiles of Johnson Endura/Pelican or equivalent as per IS:4457 all as per manufacturer’s specification including preparation of surface, applying one coat of Acid/alkali proof bitumen primer followed by 10mm thick mastic membrane, laying of tiles using Acicem mortar with bed thickness 5-6mm leaving a gap of 5mmx10mm between AR tiles. The gap will then be filled up using Acid/Alkaline resistant grade Cashewcem mortar etc. all complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The job shall be got executed by specialists in this line.

Providing and fixing 1st quality Digital CERAMIC Tiles glazed floor/wall tiles conforming to IS 15622 of KAJARIA/JOHNSON/SOMANY or approved equivalent in approved size, shade and colour (as approved by Engineer-in-charge), free from cracks, fissures & flakes with straight edges & perfect corners fixed at right angles as per design and pattern required over a bed of 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3), including machine / hand cutting to required size and shape, pointed neatly with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of tile, properly finished in all respects, including providing and fixing PVC corner beading / nosing of approved quality and colour at the corners and edges of the ceramic tiles dadooing including finishing and embedding in the wall curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area, all materials and labour complete. Note: The sample tile in respect of brand, thickness, shade, finishes or charges of tiles has to be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

In flooring fixing with 20mm thick bedding in cement mortar 1:4 tiles with minimum Size (300X300) MATTE Anti skid ceramic tile

Providing and laying approved quality polished Granite slabs with Leather finish for flooring & Skirting of required size & specified colour, pattern and free from cracks, fissures & flakes with straight edges & perfect corners laid at right angles as per pattern over a bedding of cement mortar 1:4, 20mm thick (or backing of cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick as mentioned below) pointed neatly with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of slab and finished in all respects, including machine / hand cutting to required size and shape, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, fixing stone to level and plumb, anti-skid grooves for steps, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area, all materials and labour complete. Note: The sample Granite slab shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

In flooring 18mm thick Granite slab fixing with 20mm thick bedding in cement mortar 1:4

Supplying and fixing FRP Hand rail, middle rail and vertical posts at all elevations including all fittings transporting including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineeer-in-charge. Note: The Rate shall be inclusive of anchoring of anchor bolt or Hilti system for installation of FRP Handrail and vertical posts.

Providing and fixing of Hollow metal steel door at all levels from certified Manufacturer. All hollow metal general doors with or without vision panel/louvers shall be of Pressed Galvanised steel Double or Single leaf to required sizes of approved make shakti Hormann or approved equivalent which consists of frame, shutter, infill and finish as detailed below and conforming to IS 277. Note: 1.Door frame shall be Single rebate profile of size 100 x 57 mm made out of 1.20mm thick galvanised steel sheet (18 gauge). Frames should be Mitered and field assembled with self tabs.Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once frame installed should be grouted with cement slurry if recommended on the clear masonary opening. Note: 2. Door leaf should be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision panel as per requirement. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 0.8mm (22 guage) minimum thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid with steel stiffeners / pads and reinforcement. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors should be factory prepared for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, mortice locks, and inculding door closer Make HARDWIN or DORMA. Providing and fixing anodized aluminium (Anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 Minimum Anodic coating of grade AC 15) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 and IS:1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required.
