Dismantling aluminium / Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling at all levels including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling asbestos sheets at all levels and cleaning the surface including disposal of rubbish to the dumping yard within 2 kms lead all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for the following floors.

Providing and fixing glazing with 5mm thick clear Float glass pane in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with Neoprene gasket including cost of neoprene gasket complete as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment’s/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid units, slabs, exhaust fan moulds etc., in reinforced cement concrete of 1:1.5:3, using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork & moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Hollow metal steel door at all levels from certified Manufacturer. All hollow metal general doors with or without vision panel/louvers shall be of Pressed Galvanised steel Double or Single leaf to required sizes of approved make which consists of frame, shutter, infill and finish as detailed below and conforming to IS 277. Note:1 Door frame shall be Single rebate profile of size 100 x 57 mm made out of 1.20mm thick galvanised steel sheet (18 gauge). Frames should be Mitered and field assembled with self tabs. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once frame installed should be grouted with cement slurry if recommended on the clear masonry opening. Note:2 Door leaf should be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision panel as per requirement. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 0.8mm (22 guage) minimum thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid with steel stiffeners / pads and reinforcement. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors should be factory prepared for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, mortice locks, and inculding door closer Make HARDWYN or DORMA. The edges should be interlocked with lock seam. For pair of doors astragals will be provided as required. 200x300mm Vision lite with 5mm thick clear toughened glass with sealant in each shutter wherever applicable should be as per joinery details with a screw on glass beeding on the inside. Louvers when recommended should be site proof and shall be flush fixed on the external surface. Note:3 All doors and frames shall be finished with polyurethane aliphatic grade paint of approved colour. Rate should include supply and installation of door and hardware set as mentioned in the door and hardware schedule and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The door shall be despatched after the approval of the pre-despatched inspection by the Engineer-in-charge. Dismantling doors, windows and clear storey openings (Steel /wood) shutter at all levels including chowkhats, architraves, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50m lead (Full windows) of area above 3.00 sq.m all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing roofing sheet, cladding with 0.47mm thick colour coated concelled system profile corrugated/semi corrugated/plain zincalume sheets of 55mpa yield stress (AS 1397 – Zincalume AZ 150) with coating class AS/NZS 2728 (minimum 150 grams per relevant standard) having a total coating thickness of 35 micron. The sheet should be rolled over specially designed concealed fixing clip manufactured from hi-tensile Aluminium Zinc alloy Zincalumen steel based and galvanized hooks. The clip should be fastened with minimum 40micron Zinc coated / minium 25micron Zinc-Tin alloy coated. The rate is inclusive of all fixtures required for fixing the side roof, cladding on all sides, ridges etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing false ceiling with 12.5mm thick tapered edge gypsum moisture resistant board at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm, at 1200mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9mm running at the rate of 1200mm centre to centre to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having lips of 10.5mm, at 450mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25mm at 230mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150mm or both sides of joint and including the cost of painting one coat primer and two coats of emulsion paint of approved colour, all as per manufacturer’s specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clear storey openings (Steel /wood) shutter at all levels including chowkhats, architraves, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50m lead (Full windows) of area 3.00 sq.m and below all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department.
